耦合输入到漆中的光能够是单色光,例如蓝光、绿光、黄光或红光,或者能够是多色光。尤其,耦合输入到漆中的光能够是白光。尤其,所发射的光被耦合输入的光源,发射不同颜色的光,所述光随后在漆层内部混合。
有利的是,漆具有至少一个以导光的方式构成的部段和至少一个以不导光的方式构成的部段。由此,能够生成个性化签名,由此得到多个光学外观,所述光学外观例如可以用作为表示特定的行驶状态、和/或表示特定的交通情况、和/或表示不同的汽车制造商例如表示品牌标志、和/或表示不同的交通工具类型的区别特征。此外可行的是,将光到漆中的耦合输入与交通工具功能相耦合,使得例如在制动过程中将红光耦合输入到漆层中和/或在闪烁过程中将黄光耦合到漆层中。
尤其,漆层构成在载体材料上。
至少一个光源能够在端侧设置在漆层上以将光耦合输入。
尤其,多个光源能够并排地在端侧设置在漆层上。
有利的是,光源的厚度大致对应于漆层的厚度。
遮光板能够至少部段地遮盖漆层和/或光源和/或位于漆层和光源之间的中间空间。由此,尤其在遮盖位于光源和漆之间的中间空间时,可避免散射光。
尤其,借助于遮光板至少部分地覆盖至少一个光源和/或阻碍由至少一个光源发射的光直接离开所述至少一个光源。
至少一个结构、尤其反射和/或耦合输出结构,能够构成在载体材料上。由此,尤其与在上文中所提到的关于安置至少一个结构的特征相结合,在将结构安置在漆和/或载体材料上时提供设计自由度。
根据本发明的具有施加在其车辆车身上的和/或施加在至少一个设置于车辆车身上的安装件上的外部涂漆部的机动车辆,所述机动车辆具有根据本发明的照明装置,其中漆施加到车辆车身上和/或施加到至少一个安装件上。
由此,根据本发明的机动车辆也具有在上文中关于根据本发明的照明装置所提出的优点。
有利的是,车辆车身的和/或至少一个安装件的表面至少部分地设计用于有针对性地将光耦合输出。由此,例如能够实现多个光学外观,所述光学外观例如可用作为表示特定的行驶状态和/或车辆状态、和/或表示特定的交通情况、和/或表示不同的汽车制造商例如表示品牌标志、和/或表示不同的交通工具类型的区别特征。
尤其,为了在漆的下方有针对性地将光耦合输出,至少部分地将漫反射的和/或镜面反射的和/或部分地吸收性的覆层施加在车辆车身的表面上和/或施加在至少一个安装件的表面上。由此提供用于影响光的有针对性的耦合输出的另一可行性。
有利的是,为了影响在车辆车身的表面上的和/或在至少一个安装件的表面上的发光密度变化,分别在漆上和/或漆下方构成至少一个结构、尤其反射和/或耦合输出结构。由此,发光密度变化可匹配于不同的预先规定。
尤其,在车辆车身的具有照明装置的区域中设有清洁设施。由此保证:所期望的外观不被污物负面地损害。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的根据本发明的照明装置1包含漆2的层,所述漆在该实施例中施加在载体材料4上。借助于多个并排设置的光源6,为了实现发光效果,光可在漆层2的端侧上耦合输入到漆2中。光源6的高度或厚度大致对应于漆2的层厚度。光源的高度或厚度以及漆的层厚度分别小于1mm,例如0.7mm。在此处所示出的实施例中,在光源6和漆层2之间设置有遮光板8,尤其用于避免散射光。遮光板8在此设置在外侧并且遮盖漆层2的和光源6的部段以及遮盖位于漆层2和光源6之间的中间空间。通过遮光板8尤其对外屏蔽光源6和漆2之间的射束路径。
耦合输入到漆层2中的光可借助于位于漆2中的散射颗粒(未示出)有针对性地从漆2中耦合输出。在漆2的光出射面10上的所期望的外观可借助于散射颗粒在漆2中的浓度来影响。
在图2中示出的图1中的照明装置1的放大的细节中,在漆层2的背离光出射面10的面12上设有多个结构14,所述结构在此构成为反射和/或耦合输出结构14。如可见的,各个结构14之间的间距16根据其距光源6的距离18是不同的。在此处所示出的实施例中,间距16随着距光源6的距离18而减小。由此,可影响在漆层2的光出射面10上耦合输出的光的发光密度变化。
所公开的是如下用于机动车辆的照明装置,所述照明装置具有至少一层的漆,其中借助于至少一个用于实现发光效果的光源可将光耦合输入到漆中。为了有针对性地将光耦合输出,在漆中设有散射颗粒。由此,不再需要将照明装置安置在具有优选透明的盖板的壳体中,和/或能够缩小照明装置的壳体,因为一个或多个照明功能和/或照明功能的一部分可从壳体中转移出来。作为替选方案或者除此之外,照明装置的发光面由此可与在照明装置中实现的照明功能无关地构成为明显增大的,由此改进照明装置的可识别性,尤其在日间和/或在黄昏和/或在夜间时的可识别性。此外,由此在设计照明装置时增大了自由度。此外公开一种具有根据本发明的照明装置的机动车辆,由此关于根据本发明的照明装置所提到的特征和优点也适用于根据本发明的机动车辆,尤其提高可识别性并且在设计照明装置时从而在设计机动车辆时增大自由度。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于机动车辆的照明装置,具有至少一个光源(6)和至少一层的漆(2),所述漆构成为,使得光能够耦合输入到所述漆(2)中以实现发光效果,其特征在于,在所述漆(2)中设有用于将光耦合输出的散射颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中所述散射颗粒的浓度至少部段地根据所述散射颗粒距所述光源(6)的距离而不同,或者与所述散射颗粒距所述光源(6)的距离无关地是恒定的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,其中在所述漆(2)上构成有至少一个反射和/或耦合输出结构(14),以影响在所述漆(2)的光出射面(10)上的和/或在所述漆(2)的背离所述光出射面(10)的面(12)上的发光密度变化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的照明装置,其中至少一个所述反射和/或耦合输出结构(14)的延展越大,所述反射和/或耦合输出结构距所述光源(6)的距离(18)就越大;或者至少一个所述反射和/或耦合输出结构(14)的延展越小,所述反射和/或耦合输出结构距所述光源(6)的距离(18)就越大。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的照明装置,其中设有多个反射和/或耦合输出结构(14),并且其中各两个反射和/或耦合输出结构(14)之间的间距(16)越小,所述反射和/或耦合输出结构(14)距所述光源(6)的距离(18)就越大;或者各两个反射和/或耦合输出结构(14)之间的间距(16)越大,所述反射和/或耦合输出结构(14)距所述光源(6)的距离(18)就越大。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其中发光密度是均匀的或者沿着优选方向增加或降低。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其中将所述光耦合输入到所述漆(2)中直接借助于所述光源(6)进行或者经由设置在所述光源(6)和所述漆(2)之间的光学元件进行。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其中借助于遮光板(8)至少部段地遮盖所述漆(2)的层和/或所述光源(6)和/或位于所述漆(2)的层和所述光源(6)之间的中间空间。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其中所述漆(2)构成为液态的或粉末状的覆层物质或者构成为塑料层,所述覆层物质/塑料层借助于喷涂、和/或喷射、和/或浸渍、和/或涂抹、和/或滚碾、和/或静电喷涂法、和/或层压来涂覆。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其中所述漆(2)具有至少一个以导光的方式构成的部段和至少一个以不导光的方式构成的部段。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其中所述漆(2)构成在载体材料(4)上,并且其中所述光源(6)在端侧设置在所述漆(2)的层上,以耦合输入所述光。
12.一种具有车辆车身和/或至少一个设置在车辆车身上的安装件的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述机动车辆设有根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其中漆(2)涂覆到所述车辆车身和/或至少一个所述安装件上。
13.根据权利要求12所述的机动车辆,其中所述车辆车身和/或至少一个所述安装件的表面至少部分地设计用于有针对性地耦合输出所述光。
14.根据权利要求13所述的机动车辆,其中至少部分地在所述车辆车身的表面上和/或在至少一个所述安装件的表面上施加漫反射的和/或镜面反射的和/或部分地吸收性的覆层,以有针对性地在所述漆(2)下方耦合输出所述光。
15.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆,其中在所述漆(2)上构成有至少一个反射和/或耦合输出结构(14),以影响所述车辆车身的表面上的、和/或至少一个所述安装件的表面上的、和/或所述漆(2)的光出射面(10)上的、和/或所述漆的背离所述光出射面(10)的面(12)上的发光密度变化。
