Abstract

本发明涉及一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门。按照以下工艺步骤进行:1)将气门杆端的阀片置于一箱体内,然后将阀片和箱体结合的部位做密封处理;2)通过进液口往所述箱体内注入含硼原子介质的溶液,然后将所述进液口封闭;3)通过气孔进行抽真空,实现箱体内处于负压状态,然后通过所述进液口再次注入溶液,直至溶液充满整个箱体;4)加热箱体后保温,使阀片表面形成一层渗硼耐磨层。本发明将阀片密闭设置在箱体内,并且通过二次注液和抽真空的方式实现处于箱体内的溶液给阀片表面形成较大强度的压力,然后再通过加热保温的方式使溶液在压力的作用下使阀片表面形成一层致密紧固的渗硼耐磨层。

一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门,涉及发动机零件技术领域,应用于发动机配气进排气机构。
背景技术
动机进排气门机构多数采用由凸轮轴带动的气门推杆通过摇臂来启闭进,排气阀的。
到目前为止,气门推杆的杆身均采用单一金属制造,最初系由钢材制造,近年也有用钛及钛铝合金制造的。国内气门生产厂家都以40Cr、4Cr10Si2Mo、4Cr9Si2、21-4N、23-8N等特钢制造气门。针对于目前天然气等新型清洁能源发动机高压高温燃烧后排放物的特性,另为了提高发动机的使用寿命、减轻发动机的重量、降低发动机的油耗、提升发动机的马力及降低噪音等技术要求,我们研发了天然气发动机用高性能β型γ-TiAl轻质合金气门。普通气门锥面的使用寿命延长有三种途径,一是马氏体不锈钢进行高频淬火增强耐磨性能;二是在锥面堆焊钴、铁基耐磨合金粉末;三是对气门整体进行渗氮处理增强抗磨损性能。由于上叙工艺存在复杂性和不易控制性,造成产品合格率降低,另渗氮层虽然达到抗磨损、抗腐蚀、抗自咬合性能要求,但是存在渗层浅易脱落以及高温高压工况耐磨性能降低等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种性能优质的一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:所述气门基体(2)外表面设置有耐磨层(1)。
所述耐磨层(1)为渗硼耐磨层(1)。
本发明按照以下工艺步骤进行:
1)将气门杆端的阀片置于一箱体内,然后将阀片和箱体结合的部位做密封处理;
2)通过进液口往所述箱体内注入含硼原子介质的溶液,然后将所述进液口封闭;
3)通过气孔进行抽真空,实现箱体内处于负压状态,然后通过所述进液口再次注入溶液,直至溶液充满整个箱体;
4)加热箱体后保温,使阀片表面形成一层渗硼耐磨层。
本发明的优点是:本发明将阀片密闭设置在箱体内,并且通过二次注液和抽真空的方式实现处于箱体内的溶液给阀片表面形成较大强度的压力,然后再通过加热保温的方式使溶液在压力的作用下使阀片表面形成一层致密紧固的渗硼耐磨层;通过该方法使得阀片表面生成高硬度、高耐磨性能的碳化硼层来提高气门在高温高压下的抗腐蚀及抗磨损及抗氧化性能。
具体实施方式
包括杆和杆端部的阀片,阀片上设有锥形的工作面,在阀片的锥形工作面上设有耐磨层。
所述的耐磨层为渗硼耐磨层。
本发明的一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门在气门整体上采用特殊工艺固定了一层抗磨,抗腐蚀涂层,硬度可达HV1800-2200,渗层深10-15um,使得气门在工作时,不易磨损。同时又避免钛合金在600度高温状态下表面氧化缺陷。
本发明通过在气门整个表面渗入一定深度且具有冶金结合的硬度很高的一硼系耐磨涂层,该涂层具有耐磨损,耐冲击,耐高温氧化的性能,能大幅度延长天然气发动机其使用寿命。

1.一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门,其特征在于,所述气门基体外表面设置有耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门,其特征在于,所述耐磨层为渗硼耐磨层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种渗硼耐磨涂层气门,其特征在于,按照以下工艺步骤进行:
1)将气门杆端的阀片置于一箱体内,然后将阀片和箱体结合的部位做密封处理;
2)通过进液口往所述箱体内注入含硼原子介质的溶液,然后将所述进液口封闭;
3)通过气孔进行抽真空,实现箱体内处于负压状态,然后通过所述进液口再次注入溶液,直至溶液充满整个箱体;
4)加热箱体后保温,使阀片表面形成一层渗硼耐磨层。
