Abstract

本发明公开了一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)坯布选择:选用1350D x 1350D的涤纶坯布;(2)坯布清洗:将步骤(1)中的坯布放入水池中进行正反面清洗;(3)除尘:将清洗后的坯布通过等离子除尘装置进行除尘;(4)上浆:将防静电涂料均匀涂抹在坯布的正反面,形成涂层;(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中上浆后的坯布通过鼓风干燥箱进行烘干;(6)印花,采用热转印的方式在烘干的面料上进行印花工艺。

一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
传统的面料通常为单层结构,功能较为单一。近几年随着纺织工业的发展,出现了双层面料,双层面料为三维结构,具有立体层次感,厚实度和强度都比较好,但不具备防静电功能。目前,防静电面料通常是通过在面料表面涂抹一层防静电层,但是现有的防静电层的性能不够稳固,在长时间使用后,便会逐渐失去防静电功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,通过在组分中加入固化剂和稳定剂,保证制成的防静电面料稳定性能更好,能够保证面料在长时间使用后仍然具有防静电性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布选择:选用1350D x 1350D的涤纶坯布;
(2)坯布清洗:将步骤(1)中的坯布放入水池中进行正反面清洗;
(3)除尘:将清洗后的坯布通过等离子除尘装置进行除尘;
(4)上浆:将防静电涂料均匀涂抹在坯布的正反面,形成涂层;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中上浆后的坯布通过鼓风干燥箱进行烘干;
(6)印花,采用热转印的方式在烘干的面料上进行印花工艺;
其中,步骤(4)中所采用的防静电涂料按照重量分数计包括如下组分:环氧树脂30-45份、钛白粉5-10份、抗静电剂8-12份、偶联剂2-4 份、固化剂0.5-1.5份、硅微粉3-5份、稳定剂0.8-1.2份、离子水40-60 份。
前述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中在坯布正反面的涂层厚度为0.15-0.2mm。
前述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中鼓风干燥箱的温度为120℃-130℃。
前述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂,所述固化剂为酸酐、氨基树脂、双氰胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
前述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为二叔丁基过氧化物或过氧化氢二异丙苯中的一种或两种的混合物。
前述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为有机锡。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在组分中加入固化剂和稳定剂,保证制成的防静电面料稳定性能更好,能够保证面料在长时间使用后仍然具有防静电性能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布选择:选用1350D x 1350D的涤纶坯布;
(2)坯布清洗:将步骤(1)中的坯布放入水池中进行正反面清洗;
(3)除尘:将清洗后的坯布通过等离子除尘装置进行除尘;
(4)上浆:将防静电涂料均匀涂抹在坯布的正反面,形成涂层;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中上浆后的坯布通过鼓风干燥箱进行烘干;
(6)印花,采用热转印的方式在烘干的面料上进行印花工艺;
其中,步骤(4)中所采用的防静电涂料按照重量分数计包括如下组分:环氧树脂30-45份、钛白粉5-10份、抗静电剂8-12份、偶联剂2-4 份、固化剂0.5-1.5份、硅微粉3-5份、稳定剂0.8-1.2份、离子水40-60 份。通过在组分中加入固化剂和稳定剂,保证制成的防静电面料稳定性能更好,能够保证面料在长时间使用后仍然具有防静电性能。同时,在坯布清洗的过程中,利用等离子除尘装置对其进行除尘,保证坯布表面的清洁度,保证后期的涂层效果,进一步保证防静电性能。
经过反复试验,步骤4中在坯布正反面的涂层厚度为0.15-0.2mm,所述步骤5中鼓风干燥箱的温度为120℃-130℃时,制成的面料防静电性能最佳。
所述抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂,所述固化剂为酸酐、氨基树脂、双氰胺中的一种或多种的混合物。所述偶联剂为二叔丁基过氧化物或过氧化氢二异丙苯中的一种或两种的混合物。所述稳定剂为有机锡,有机锡稳定剂最大的优点是具有卓越的透明性,使用有机锡稳定剂的涂层配方,可得到结晶般的制品。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,通过在组分中加入固化剂和稳定剂,保证制成的防静电面料稳定性能更好,能够保证面料在长时间使用后仍然具有防静电性能。

1.一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布选择:选用1350D x 1350D的涤纶坯布;
(2)坯布清洗:将步骤(1)中的坯布放入水池中进行正反面清洗;
(3)除尘:将清洗后的坯布通过等离子除尘装置进行除尘;
(4)上浆:将防静电涂料均匀涂抹在坯布的正反面,形成涂层;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中上浆后的坯布通过鼓风干燥箱进行烘干;
(6)印花,采用热转印的方式在烘干的面料上进行印花工艺;
其中,步骤(4)中所采用的防静电涂料按照重量分数计包括如下组分:环氧树脂30-45份、钛白粉5-10份、抗静电剂8-12份、偶联剂2-4 份、固化剂0.5-1.5份、硅微粉3-5份、稳定剂0.8-1.2份、离子水40-60 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中在坯布正反面的涂层厚度为0.15-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中鼓风干燥箱的温度为120℃-130℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电纺织面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂,所述固化剂为酸酐、氨基树脂、双氰胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
