技术领域
本发明属于服装面料处理技术领域,具体涉及一种服装面料用环保无刺激清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。
不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料用环保无刺激清洗剂及其制备方法,所述清洗剂在清洗服装面料过程中,可保证不伤面料、不褪色、干净光亮,温和无刺激,绿色环保,生产成本低,经济效益好。

一种服装面料用环保无刺激清洗剂,所述清洗剂包括如下重量份的成分:十二烷基苯磺酸钠:20~30份,三乙醇胺油酸皂:15~25份,椰子油醇酰胺:10~15份,脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:5~10份,磷酸三钠:5~10份,苯甲酸铵:10~15份,茉莉精油:15~20份,丙烯酸乙酯:5~10份,非离子型表面活性剂:10~20份,润滑剂:1~5份,分散剂:1~5份,消泡剂:1~5份,乙醇:10~20份,去离子水:70~80份。

同时,本发明还提供一种服装面料用环保无刺激清洗剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:取搅拌机,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三乙醇胺油酸皂、椰子油醇酰胺、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、磷酸三钠、苯甲酸铵、非离子表面活性剂及50wt%的去离子水顺序加入搅拌机,在30~40℃下搅拌1~2小时,搅拌速度400~500转/分;将茉莉精油、丙烯酸乙酯、润滑剂、分散剂、消泡剂、乙醇及剩余去离子水加入搅拌机,升温至50~60℃,在600~800转/分的转速下搅拌1~2小时,冷却至室温,过滤,即得所述服装面料用环保无刺激清洗剂。

8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的服装面料用环保无刺激清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:取搅拌机,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三乙醇胺油酸皂、椰子油醇酰胺、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、磷酸三钠、苯甲酸铵、非离子表面活性剂及50wt%的去离子水顺序加入搅拌机,在30~40℃下搅拌1~2小时,搅拌速度400~500转/分;将茉莉精油、丙烯酸乙酯、润滑剂、分散剂、消泡剂、乙醇及剩余去离子水加入搅拌机,升温至50~60℃,在600~800转/分的转速下搅拌1~2小时,冷却至室温,过滤,即得所述服装面料用环保无刺激清洗剂。
