技术领域
本发明属于废料利用和环境保护技术领域,具体涉及一种基于鞋面边角料的填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国在一些企业,每年产生大量的边角废料,如制鞋企业的鞋面边角废料、做包的企业的边角废料等,边角料的材质为纯棉面料、合成纤维面料、纤维泡沫复合面料、植绒面料、人造革面料、无纺布面料等,产生的废料的常规处理方法是用电力焚烧和填埋的方式,第一种方式焚烧方式要一次要焚烧几万吨以上才启动一次设备,不仅不能及时处理废料,成本高,而且污染环境非常严重。第二种填埋方式显然也不符合环保要求,这不仅是企业亟待解决的问题,而且也是政府机构十分重视头疼的事,因此,对这些边角废料的处理是目前政府和企业亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种基于鞋面边角料的填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料及其制备方法,按本发明方法对鞋面的边角废料进行处理,具有易操作、成本低、无污染,而且可实现资源再利用等特点。
本发明的原理,将不同组份的鞋面边角料碎片与液态的聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯等混合分散均匀,利用多元醇和异氰酸酯生成聚氨酯高分子的同时使他们粘结在一起形成鞋面边角料与聚氨酯的复合材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实施:

所述聚醚多元醇为聚醚二元醇、聚醚三元醇等的一种或多种复配;
所述扩链剂为乙二醇、乙二胺、1,4—丁二醇、一缩二乙二醇等其中的一种;
所述发泡剂为二氯甲烷、HCFC-141b、水等的一种或多种复配。
所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、三乙烯二胺等的一种或多种复配。
所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)等的一种或两种复配。

特别是,本发明的研究主要针对雄安新区各制鞋企业的鞋面边角料堆积如山、不能有效进行环保方式处理的现状进行的,政府部门十分重视,亟待解决该问题,本发明不但提供了对环境无污染、低成本的处理方法,而且实现了资源化、变废为宝,产生了新的产品增长极。

本发明方法基于鞋面边角料的填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将鞋面边角料破碎成1.0~10.0cm2的碎片备用,按配方称取鞋面边角料、聚醚多元醇及其它助剂,放入容器中混合3~10秒钟,装填到模具中,30℃,固化10~30分钟,冷却后取出制品,得到填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料。

将鞋面边角料破碎成1.0~10.0cm2的碎片备用,按配方称取鞋面边角料、聚醚多元醇及其它助剂,放入容器中混合3~10秒钟,装填到模具中,30℃,固化10~30分钟,冷却后取出制品,得到填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料;
所述助剂是指扩链剂、发泡剂、催化剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的基于鞋面边角料的填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征是,先将鞋面边角料进行清洗、杀菌、干燥处理后再破碎。
8.如权利要求6所述的基于鞋面边角料的填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征是,所述固化温度30℃,固化时间20~30分钟。
9.如权利要求6所述的基于鞋面边角料的填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征是,所述混合时间5~10秒钟。
10.如权利要求6所述的基于鞋面边角料的填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下具体步骤:
将鞋面边角料破碎成1.0~10.0cm2的碎片备用,按质量份数称取聚醚三元醇(330N)100,一缩二乙二醇8,MDI 35,水0.5,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1,鞋面边角料30,放入容器中混合5秒钟,迅速装填到模具中,30℃固化10分钟,冷却后取出制品,得到填充型软质聚氨酯泡沫材料。
