Abstract

本发明公开了一种房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料及其制备方法,由异氰酸酯和混合料组成,其中异氰酸酯与混合料按质量份配比,异氰酸酯:混合料=1:1.6,所述混合料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:聚醚403:15‑18份、聚酯200:55‑65份、聚醚635:25‑35份、增塑剂3320;8‑12份、催化剂FM‑180;2.8‑3.0份、阻燃剂TCPP;35‑42份和水:1.5‑2.5份。利用上述材料制得的发泡材料阻燃性能高,可以保证房车的防火安全性和人身安全,并且其高稳定性能够延长房车的使用寿命,另外该材料制成的房车内饰和顶棚板质量轻,环保性能高,避免对环境以及人体造成危害。

一种房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料及其制备方法,具体地说是一种房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展,房车已经逐步进入人们的生活中,房车相当于一个移动家居,房车可以满足人们出行的良好旅途生活,可以减轻房屋缺少问题,其内部配置齐全,内饰以及顶棚板的防火安全性至极其重要的,同样房车内饰以及顶棚板在具有防火安全性以外,必须保证其稳定性以及满足轻量化的要求。
现有房车为达到其整体重量的减轻,会造成其防火安全性和稳定性的降低,由于人们每天几乎一半的时间处于房车内,其防火安全性的降低增加了房车使用的安全隐患,另外现有的房车内饰以及顶棚板材料环保性能差,长时间使用会对环境以及人体造成极大的伤害。
发明内容
本发明提供一种阻燃性好、质量轻、环保性能高和稳定性好的房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案是:一种房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料,由异氰酸酯和混合料组成,其中异氰酸酯与混合料按质量份配比,异氰酸酯:混合料=1:1.6,所述混合料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:聚醚403:15-18份、聚酯200:55-65份、聚醚635:25-35份、增塑剂3320:8-12份、催化剂FM-180:2.8-3.0份、阻燃剂TCPP:35-42份和水:1.5-2.5份。
一种上述房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)原料处理:将聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635和异氰酸酯进行干燥处理;
(2)称重配比:根据质量配比,分别称取增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水,以及干燥处理后的聚醚403、聚酯200和聚醚635;
(3)制备混合料:将称取好的聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635、增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水依次加入反应釜中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为0.5-1.5h,搅拌温度为50-80℃,搅拌速度为250-280r/min,即可得到混合料;
(4)合成发泡材料:将异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,并且异氰酸酯与(2)中得到的混合料按照1:1.6的质量配比进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为200-300r/min,搅拌时间为30s-50s,即可得到所述发泡材料。
作为优选,所述干燥处理的温度为40℃,时间为6-8h。
采用上述材料和方法后,由于本发明的配方组份搭配合理并且制备方法得当,使得制备的发泡材料阻燃性能高,并且稳定性好,在保证房车具有防火安全性的同时,可以延长房车内饰以及顶棚板的使用寿命。另外,该材料制成的房车内饰以及顶棚板重量轻,可以在一定程度上减轻房车整体的重量,满足其车辆的重量要求。并且由于本发明中发泡材料采用的原料均为环保原料,根据其合理的搭配不会释放有害物质,防止对人体以及环境造成危害。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例,对本发明的房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料及其制备方法作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一:
一种上述房车内饰和顶棚板用环保高阻燃高密度发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)原料处理:将聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635和异氰酸酯进行干燥处理,干燥温度为40℃,干燥时间为6h;
(2)称重配比:根据质量配比,分别称取8份增塑剂3320、2.8份催化剂FM-180、35份阻燃剂TCPP和1.5份水,以及干燥处理后的聚醚403:15份、聚酯200:55份和聚醚635:25份;
(3)制备混合料:将称取好的聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635、增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水依次加入反应釜中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为0.5h,搅拌温度为50℃,搅拌速度为250r/min,即可得到混合料;
(4)合成发泡材料:将异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,并且异氰酸酯与(2)中得到的混合料按照1:1.6的质量配比进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌时间为30s,即可得到所述发泡材料。
实施例二:
一种上述房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)原料处理:将聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635和异氰酸酯进行干燥处理,干燥温度为40℃,干燥时间为8h;
(2)称重配比:根据质量配比,分别称取12份增塑剂3320、3.0份催化剂FM-180、42份阻燃剂TCPP和2.5份水,以及干燥处理后的聚醚403:18份、聚酯200:65份和聚醚635:35份;
(3)制备混合料:将称取好的聚醚403、聚酯200和聚醚635、增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水依次加入反应釜中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为1.5h,搅拌温度为80℃,搅拌速度为280r/min,即可得到混合料;
(4)合成发泡材料:将异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,并且异氰酸酯与(2)中得到的混合料按照1:1.6的质量配比进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为300r/min,搅拌时间为50s,即可得到所述发泡材料。
实施例三:
一种上述房车内饰和顶棚板用环保高阻燃高密度发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)原料处理:将聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635和异氰酸酯进行干燥处理,干燥温度为40℃,干燥时间为7h;
(2)称重配比:根据质量配比,分别称取10份增塑剂3320、2.9份催化剂FM-180、38.5份阻燃剂TCPP和2.0份水,以及干燥处理后的聚醚403:16.5份、聚酯200:60份和聚醚635:30份;
(3)制备混合料:将称取好的聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635、增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水依次加入反应釜中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为1.0h,搅拌温度为65℃,搅拌速度为265r/min,即可得到混合料;
(4)合成发泡材料:将异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,并且异氰酸酯与(2)中得到的混合料按照1:1.6的质量配比进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为250r/min,搅拌时间为40s,即可得到所述发泡材料。
实施例四:
一种上述房车内饰和顶棚板用环保高阻燃高密度发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)原料处理:将聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635和异氰酸酯进行干燥处理,干燥温度为40℃,干燥时间为6.5h;
(2)称重配比:根据质量配比,分别称取9份增塑剂3320、2.9份催化剂FM-180、37份阻燃剂TCPP和1.9份水,以及干燥处理后的聚醚403:16份、聚酯200:59份和聚醚635:29份;
(3)制备混合料:将称取好的聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635、增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水依次加入反应釜中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为0.9h,搅拌温度为60℃,搅拌速度为260r/min,即可得到混合料;
(4)合成发泡材料:将异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,并且异氰酸酯与(2)中得到的混合料按照1:1.6的质量配比进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为240r/min,搅拌时间为38s,即可得到所述发泡材料。
上述四个实施例中的异氰酸酯采用的是美国陶氏5005。
按照GB50222-1995标准中记载的方法测试实施例一、二、三和四中的发泡材料,其结果如表1所示。

由表1中可以看出,根据本发明所记载的原料、配比方法以及制备方法所制出的发泡材料,阻燃效果好,提高了房车内饰和顶棚板以及房车整体的防火安全性。

Claims (3)

1.一种房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料,其特征在于:由异氰酸酯和混合料组成,其中异氰酸酯与混合料按质量份配比,异氰酸酯:混合料=1:1.6,所述混合料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:
聚醚403:15-18份、聚酯200:55-65份、聚醚635:25-35份、增塑剂3320:8-12份、催化剂FM-180:2.8-3.0份、阻燃剂TCPP:35-42份和水1.5-2.5份。
2.一种房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(1)原料处理:将聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635和异氰酸酯进行干燥处理;
(2)称重配比:根据质量配比,分别称取增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水,以及干燥处理后的聚醚403、聚酯200和聚醚635;
(3)制备混合料:将称取好的聚醚403、聚酯200、聚醚635、增塑剂3320、催化剂FM-180、阻燃剂TCPP和水依次加入反应釜中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为0.5-1.5h,搅拌温度为50-80℃,搅拌速度为250-280r/min,即可得到混合料;
(4)合成发泡材料:将异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,并且异氰酸酯与(2)中得到的混合料按照1:1.6的质量配比进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为200-300r/min,搅拌时间为30s-50s,即可得到所述发泡材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种房车内饰和顶棚板用环保阻燃发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述干燥处理的温度为40℃,时间为6-8h。
