Abstract
本发明提供一种复合刚玉磨料,按质量份算,其化学成本包括:碳化硅2‑5份、氧化锆6‑35份、氧化镁17‑35、氧化铬1‑15份,二氧化铈1‑6份,余量为氧化铝,本发明具有比传统刚玉耐火材料更强的抗渣性及抗冲刷性,本发明是以两种或两种以上的材料在特殊装置及工艺过程中复合成—种具有比任—种参与变合的材料的性能都有很大提升的材料,以取代国外限制向国内出口的SG等高端研磨材。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及刚玉制作技术领域,尤其是一种复合刚玉磨料及其制作方法。
背景技术
传统刚玉一般只能用于磨料等相关行业,其抗渣性和抗冲刷性并不可靠,尤其在钢铁行业作为耐材使用效果极差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对已有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种复合刚玉磨料及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
为解决上述问题,拟采用这样一种复合刚玉磨料,按质量份算,其化学成本包括:碳化硅2-5份、氧化锆6-35份、氧化镁17-35、氧化铬1-15份,二氧化铈1-6份,余量为氧化铝。
前述的一种复合刚玉磨料中,优选的,质量份算,其化学成本包括:碳化硅5份、氧化锆15份、氧化镁25、氧化铬8份,二氧化铈3份,余量为氧化铝。
一种复合刚玉磨料的制作方法,该方法采用连续融化电炉或氛围,将上述原料投放到炉料中,然后待炉料连续流出后。
前述的一种复合刚玉磨料的制作方法中,所述连续融化电炉或氛围工艺包括电炉加热、等离子氛围、天然气加富氧燃烧氛围或二甲醚加富氧燃烧氛围。。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有比传统刚玉耐火材料更强的抗渣性及抗冲刷性,本发明是以两种或两种以上的材料在特殊装置及工艺过程中复合成—种具有比任—种参与变合的材料的性能都有很大提升的材料,以取代国外限制向国内出口的SG等高端研磨材。

本实施例提供一种复合刚玉磨料,按质量份算,其化学成本包括:碳化硅2-5份、氧化锆6-35份、氧化镁17-35、氧化铬1-15份,二氧化铈1-6份,余量为氧化铝。

1.一种复合刚玉磨料,其特征在于:按质量份算,其化学成本包括:碳化硅2-5份、氧化锆6-35份、氧化镁17-35、氧化铬1-15份,二氧化铈1-6份,余量为氧化铝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合刚玉磨料,其特征在于:优选的,质量份算,其化学成本包括:碳化硅5份、氧化锆15份、氧化镁25、氧化铬8份,二氧化铈3份,余量为氧化铝。
3.一种复合刚玉磨料的制作方法,其特征在于:该方法采用连续融化电炉或氛围,将上述原料投放到炉料中,然后待炉料连续流出后。
