本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有荧光加热多功能的复合面料。
背景技术
随着现代社会中用于服装的面料多种多样,人们对服装面料功能的要求也越来高。由于现在社会的进步,人们对于布料的需求在时尚和保暖方面有了较高的要求。人们通常从布料的裁剪形状和花纹的设计提高布料的时尚性,从布料的厚度和材质提升布料的保暖性能。上述手段仍旧不能够满足人们对于布料在时尚和保暖方面的需求。目前服装的面料也越来越注重时尚感,造型新颖或特殊材料制作服装也得到绝大多数消费者的喜爱,然而,目前对于上述功能应用于服装上还是较少。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有荧光加热多功能的复合面料,具有较好的加热性能、时尚感强。
本发明的一种具有荧光加热多功能的复合面料,从内到外依次包括加热层、防水防风透气层和尼龙丝层,所述防水防风透气层和所述尼龙丝层压合在一起,所述加热层可拆卸地连接所述防水防风透气层,所述加热层包括柔性石墨烯薄膜,所述尼龙丝层由多根经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱的侧表面上涂覆有荧光材料,所述尼龙丝层远离所述防水防风透气层的表面上设置有电子层,所述电子层包括若干个独立运行的贴片LED灯珠、与所述贴片LED灯珠电连接的柔性导线。
进一步地,所述防水防风透气层为聚氨酯纳米薄膜或者聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯纳米薄膜,所述聚氨酯纳米薄膜或者聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯纳米薄膜的微孔孔径在100-1000nm之间。

结合图1所示,本发明公开了一种具有荧光加热多功能的复合面料,从内到外依次包括加热层1、防水防风透气层2和尼龙丝层3。通过设置尼龙丝层3,其具有色彩鲜艳、耐磨和光泽度高的性能。所述防水防风透气层2和所述尼龙丝层3压合在一起,所述加热层1可拆卸地连接所述防水防风透气层2。所述防水防风透气层2为聚氨酯纳米薄膜或者聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯纳米薄膜,所述聚氨酯纳米薄膜或者聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯纳米薄膜的微孔孔径在100-1000nm之间。所述聚氨酯纳米薄膜或者聚氨酯/聚偏氟乙烯纳米薄膜上涂覆有防蚊虫涂层胶,通过设置有防蚊虫涂层胶,散发出驱蚊虫气味,可以直接散发至空气内,起到十分好的驱蚊虫效果。
