背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高，并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面，而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展，在寒冷的天气里，保暖性好的衣物倍受青睐，但当遇到下雨天或湿度较大的天气时，这种保暖衣物因吸附水分而变得潮湿，不但起不到保持身体温暖的效果，反而会阴冷无比，使穿着者感到非常的不舒适。同时在高精密度要求的电子业，加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要。
另外，传统的制作服装的织物不带有花纹，且织造完成后，需染色。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防静电防水保暖织物带有花纹的面料，具有较好的保暖性能和防水性能，延长面料的使用寿命，同时可以提高面料的导电性能，从而起到防静电的作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防静电防水保暖织物带有花纹的面料，它依次包括外层、面料层和里层，所述外层和面料层压合，其中外层为防风防水透气膜，面料层为织物，里层为保暖层，所述里层与面料层之间设置有防静电层，所述防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成；所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜，微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为100-500 微米；所述外层外还设置有保护层，所述保护层为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜；所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其组织结构为3/1交织斜纹组织构造，经纱为800D涤纶大有光FDY，纬纱为800D涤纶大有光FDY，经密度为25根/cm，纬密度为16根/cm，经纱加Z捻180个/m。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明防水保暖面料，该面料从外到内依次包括防水层、底料层和保暖层，保暖层在内侧，贴身穿着，具有良好的保暖效果，在外侧设置有防水层，可使底料层和保暖层保持干燥，防水效果好，保证衣物的保暖效果。
本发明织物通过织物组织结构变化形成花纹图案，且织造完成后，无需染色，同时经纱为加捻经纱，使织物比较硬挺。
