本发明涉及一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,它依次包括外层(1)、中间层(2)和里层(3),外层(1)和中间层(2)压合,其中外层(1)为防风防水透气膜,里层(3)为保暖层,里层(3)与中间层(2)贴合。所述中间层由面料制成,所述面料由不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱、不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱、含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱构成,不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱和不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱织造为表层织物,含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱织造为里层织物。本发明防水、保暖效果。本发明避免皮肤过敏。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高,并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面,而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展,在寒冷的天气里,保暖性好的衣物倍受青睐,但当遇到下雨天或湿度较大的天气时,这种保暖衣物因吸附水分而变得潮湿,不但起不到保持身体温暖的效果,反而会阴冷无比,使穿着者感到非常的不舒适。另外,传统的制作服装本体的面料防辐射功能不是很好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,具有较好的保暖性能和防水性能,延长面料的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,它依次包括外层、中间层和里层,所述外层和中间层压合,其中外层为防风防水透气膜,中间层为织物,里层为保暖层,所述里层与中间层贴合;所述中间层由面料制成,所述面料由不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱、不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱、含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱构成,不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱和不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱织造为表层织物,含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱织造为里层织物。
所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜,微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为100-500 微米。
所述外层外还设置有保护层,所述保护层为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,该面料从外到内依次包括保暖层在内侧,贴身穿着,具有良好的保暖效果,在外侧设置有防水层,可使中间层和保暖层保持干燥,防水效果好,保证衣物的保暖效果。
本发明所采用的面料防辐射功能好,且通过含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱少量交织达到表层织物和里层织物相连接,提高人体穿着这类面料的舒适感,避免皮肤过敏,又提高了颜色的多样性,增加美观感。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明涉及一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,依次包括外层1、中间层2 和里层3,所述外层1 和中间层2 压合,其中外层1 为防风防水透气膜,里层3 为保暖层,所述里层3 与中间层2 贴合。
所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜。
所述微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为100-500 微米。
所述外层1外还设置有保护层4,所述保护层4 为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜。
所述中间层由面料制成,所述面料由不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱、不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱、含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱构成,不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱和不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱织造为表层织物,含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱织造为里层织物。

1.一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,其特征在于它依次包括外层(1)、中间层(2)和里层(3),所述外层(1)和中间层(2)压合,其中外层(1)为防风防水透气膜,里层(3)为保暖层,所述里层(3)与中间层(2)贴合;所述中间层由面料制成,所述面料由不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱、不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱、含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱构成,不含不锈钢纤维的表层纬纱和不含不锈钢纤维的表层经纱织造为表层织物,含不锈钢纤维的里层纬纱和含不锈钢纤维的里层经纱织造为里层织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,其特征在于:所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜,微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为100-500 微米。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防水保暖双层的防辐射面料,其特征在于:所述外层(1)外还设置有保护层(4),所述保护层(4)为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜。
