Background
The wet tissue is a disposable sanitary product, and the wet tissue is widely applied to various occasions along with the improvement of living standard of people, and especially plays an important role in the occasions inconvenient to use water, for example, the wet tissue can be used for wiping faces and hands, so that the wet tissue is sanitary and convenient.
The wet tissue is generally composed of two parts of a substrate and liquid medicine, wherein the substrate is wet-strength paper or spunlace nonwoven, and the liquid medicine basic formula comprises water, humectant, preservative and nonionic surfactant. The preparation method comprises soaking the base material in the medicinal liquid, taking out the base material, and sealing and packaging to obtain the wet tissue.
The preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid for preparing the wet tissue is the most critical, the common basic formula of the liquid medicine only has a cleaning function and does not have a whitening function, and if the wet tissue needs to be endowed with the whitening function, a component with the whitening function needs to be found and added into the liquid medicine, so that the wet tissue can have the whitening function.
Red peony root, name of Chinese traditional medicine. Is dried root of Ranunculaceae plant radix Paeoniae Rubra or radix Paeoniae Rubra. Bitter in taste and slightly cold in nature. Has the effects of clearing heat, cooling blood, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In the prior art, it is reported that red peony root can be used as a traditional Chinese medicine to be matched with other traditional Chinese medicines to prepare a mask with a whitening effect. However, the effective part with whitening effect in red peony root has not been studied deeply. Therefore, further development of red peony root is needed, and an effective part with a whitening effect of red peony root is found, and particularly, a water-soluble whitening component of red peony root is developed so that the water-soluble whitening component can be directly used in wet tissues to prepare wet tissues with the whitening effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a composition with a whitening function and a wet tissue containing the composition.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the application of a red paeony root extract in preparing a skin care product with a whitening function is disclosed, wherein the red paeony root extract is prepared by the following method:
adding water into radix Paeoniae Rubra, steam distilling to obtain oil-water mixture, separating oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain radix Paeoniae Rubra extract.
Preferably, the dosage ratio of the red paeony root to the water is 1g: 8-20 mL.
Further preferably, the dosage ratio of the red paeony root to the water is 1g: 10-15 mL.
Through a great deal of research, the inventor of the invention discovers that the effective part with the whitening effect of the red paeony root prepared by the method is a water-soluble part and can be directly used as a liquid medicine raw material for preparing the wet tissue. In addition, the red paeony root effective part prepared by the method has very good whitening effect, and the whitening effect is stronger than that of a water extract and an alcohol extract of the red paeony root.
The invention also provides a wet tissue which comprises the red paeony root extract.
A method for preparing the wet tissue, which comprises the following steps:
soaking the base material for preparing the wet tissue in the medicinal liquid for 1-3 h, and taking out the base material to obtain the wet tissue with the whitening effect; the liquid medicine is liquid medicine containing the red peony root extract.
Preferably, the substrate is a spunlace nonwoven.
Preferably, the liquid medicine comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1-3 parts of dodecyl glucoside; 5-10 parts of glycerol; 80-120 parts of the red peony root extract.
Most preferably, the liquid medicine comprises the following components in parts by weight:
2 parts of dodecyl glucoside; 8 parts of glycerol; 90 parts of the red paeony root extract.
Has the advantages that: the invention provides a composition (red peony root extract) with a brand-new composition and a whitening function, wherein the composition is a water-soluble whitening component in red peony root, has a very remarkable whitening effect, and can be directly used as a liquid medicine of wet tissues for preparing the wet tissues; the wet tissue prepared from the whitening agent has a very good whitening effect, and the whitening component is a water-soluble pure natural component and has no damage to skin.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further explained below with reference to specific examples, which are not intended to limit the present invention in any way.
Example 1
Adding water into radix Paeoniae Rubra, steam distilling to obtain oil-water mixture, separating oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain radix Paeoniae Rubra extract.
The dosage ratio of the red paeony root to the water is 1g to 12 mL.
Example 2
Adding water into radix Paeoniae Rubra, steam distilling to obtain oil-water mixture, separating oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain radix Paeoniae Rubra extract.
The dosage ratio of the red paeony root to the water is 1g to 8 mL.
Example 3
Adding water into radix Paeoniae Rubra, steam distilling to obtain oil-water mixture, separating oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain radix Paeoniae Rubra extract.
The dosage ratio of the red paeony root to the water is 1g to 20 mL.
Comparative example 1

Example 4 whitening experiments
B16 cells in the same logarithmic growth phase of the generation are selected, treated by conventional pancreatin, blown into single cell suspension, and then quantitatively inoculated in a 96-well plate. After 24 hours, the supernatant was discarded, and the experimental groups were added with culture solutions containing test drugs (red peony root extract prepared in example 1, red peony root aqueous extract prepared in comparative example 1, and red peony root ethanol extract prepared in comparative example 2, respectively), followed by 5% CO at 37 deg.C2Culturing under saturated wet condition, adding RPMI1640 culture solution into control well, culturing for three days, discarding supernatant, digesting with conventional pancreatin, counting cell density, centrifuging to obtain cell precipitate, washing with PBS twice, centrifuging to discard supernatant, adding 10% DMSO 1N NaOH solution, water bathing at 80 deg.C for 50 min, and measuring absorbance at 450nm with microplate reader.
The melanin production inhibition (%) is (absorbance of control group-absorbance of test group)/absorbance of control group × 100%, and the specific results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 results of experiment for inhibition of melanogenesis
As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the radix paeoniae rubra extract prepared by the method can obviously inhibit the generation of melanin, and the inhibiting effect on the melanin is far greater than that of the radix paeoniae rubra aqueous extract and the radix paeoniae rubra ethanol extract prepared by the comparative examples 1 and 2.
