Abstract
本发明的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,属于花粉蜜制备领域,主要由隔离层、隔离层外部的泡腾崩解剂及隔离层内部的花粉蜜构成微囊,所述隔离层为单糖,提供了工艺简单、营养价值高、易携带、保质期长,易溶于水的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜。

技术领域
本发明的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜属于花粉蜜制造领域,尤其涉及一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜。
背景技术
蜂花粉以营养全面著称,富含多种氨基酸、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、活性物质以及微量元素硒、磷脂、核酸等成分,具有抗衰老、治疗贫血、益肠胃肝脏等功效;但花粉是中有许多成分,化学性质稳定性较差,对光、热、空气非常敏感,容易受到破坏,传统的花粉蜜在室温下可存放3-5个月,若想长期存放需要添加防腐剂;
花粉直接食用口感较差,现有花粉蜜均为较大的包装,食用、携带及保存均不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供工艺简单、营养价值高、易携带、保质期长、易溶于水的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:主要由隔离层、隔离层外部的泡腾崩解剂及隔离层内部的花粉蜜构成微囊,所述隔离层为单糖;
所述单糖厚度≤1mm;
所述泡腾崩解剂在隔离层一侧;
所述泡腾崩解剂不均匀的分布在隔离层外;
所述单糖为果糖;
所述花粉蜜是花粉与蜂蜜的混合物;
所述隔离层外的泡腾崩解剂设有孔;
进一步的所述微囊外部设有铝塑泡罩;
有益效果:隔离层隔离空气、阳光,从而降低花粉蜜营养流失,花粉与蜂蜜混合,增加营养价值的同时,延长花粉常温的保存时间;外壳为泡腾崩解剂,微囊在加入水中后,泡腾崩解剂融化并产生气体,推动和加快隔离层单糖的溶解,从而将花粉蜜快速溶解到水中;泡腾崩解剂在隔离层外不是均匀分布,因此可以尽快是使单糖接触到水,尽快融化;微囊外部设有铝塑泡罩,进一步保护微囊。

本发明不受下述实施例的限制,可根据技术方案与实际情况来确定具体的实施方式。
实施例1:如图1、4所示,一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:主要由隔离层2、隔离层2外部的泡腾崩解剂1及隔离层2内部的花粉蜜3构成微囊,所述隔离层2为单糖;
所述单糖厚度≤1mm;
所述泡腾崩解剂1不均匀的分布在隔离层2外;
所述单糖为果糖;
所述花粉蜜3是花粉与蜂蜜的混合物;
进一步的所述微囊外部设有铝塑泡罩5。
实施例2:如图2所示,其他与实施例 1相同,所述泡腾崩解剂1在隔离层2一侧。
实施例3:如图3所示,其他与实施例1相同,所述隔离层外2的泡腾崩解剂1设有孔4;
有益效果:隔离层2隔离空气、阳光,从而降低花粉蜜3营养流失,花粉与蜂蜜混合,增加营养价值的同时,延长花粉常温的保存时间;外壳为泡腾崩解剂1,微囊在加入水中后,泡腾崩解剂1融化并产生气体,推动和加快隔离层2单糖的溶解,从而将花粉蜜3快速溶解到水中;泡腾崩解剂1在隔离层2外不是均匀分布,因此可以尽快是使单糖接触到水,尽快融化;微囊外部设有铝塑泡罩5,进一步保护微囊。

1.一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:主要由隔离层、隔离层外部的泡腾崩解剂及隔离层内部的花粉蜜构成微囊,所述隔离层为单糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:所述单糖厚度≤1mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:所述泡腾崩解剂不均匀的分布在隔离层外。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:所述泡腾崩解剂在隔离层一侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:所述单糖为果糖。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:所述花粉蜜是花粉与蜂蜜的混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:所述隔离层外的泡腾崩解剂设有孔。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一一项所述的一种可溶性微囊花粉蜜,其特征在于:所述微囊外部设有铝塑泡罩。
