背景技术
茶叶是一种保健作用非常好的饮品,完成好茶叶种植期间的病虫害预防工作,可以使茶叶生产质量有明显的提高,从而使茶叶经济效益更为突出。各种类型的病虫害导致茶叶质量与产量的不断下降,一旦茶叶遭受病虫害会导致茶叶萎缩甚至腐烂,必定会造成不同程度的经济损失,所以病虫害不得不提防,在防止病虫害的时候要保证茶叶质量和味道,但是现有茶叶种植时,针对病虫害大量使用化学农药,化学农药粘附在茶叶上,对人体健康产生极大的威胁。

一种茶叶种植中病虫害绿色防治方法,在对茶叶进行施根肥时采用活化膨润土负载壳聚糖混合根肥进行施肥;在对茶叶进行叶面施肥时,将活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物混合叶面肥进行施肥;在对茶叶进行浇水时,将苜蓿芽粉、石膏粉与水混合进行浇灌。
进一步的,所述活化膨润土负载壳聚糖混合根肥为活化膨润土负载壳聚糖与根肥按1:40-50质量比例混合。
进一步的,所述活化膨润土负载壳聚糖制备方法为:将钠基基膨润土在120℃下干燥至恒重后,将箱式电阻炉温度设定为250℃,将钠基膨润土置于炉中焙烧1-1.2小时,然后再将箱式电阻炉温度设定为300℃,将钠基膨润土置于炉中焙烧1.5-2小时,然后取出,研磨,过200目,将研磨后的钠基膨润土与去离子水进行混合,制成质量浓度为3.8-4.0%的钠基膨润土悬浮液,然后添加钠基膨润土悬浮液质量10%的质量分数为5%的硫酸溶液,搅拌均匀后再添加钠基膨润土质量10%的壳聚糖搅拌均匀后,进行旋转蒸发干燥,然后研磨过200目,即得。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:通过采用酸化法对钙基膨润土进行活化处理,能够使得膨润土层间的钾等金属阳离子转化为可溶性盐类溶解到溶液中,能够促使层状晶格裂开,增大层间距,提高了钙基膨润土表面活性,钙基膨润土中孔道被疏通,艾蒿提取物得以进入钙基膨润土层间通道中,被吸附在钙基膨润土内部,活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物在叶面肥中能够喷洒到茶叶叶面上,活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物能够与茶叶上的细菌或真菌细胞内带负电的物质想吸引结合,紊乱细菌或真菌细胞的正常生理功能,从而杀死细菌或真菌,达到防治病虫害的效果;通过焙烧法活化钠基膨润土,通过活化钠基膨润土负载壳聚糖,与根肥混合,不仅能够提高茶叶根部对肥料的吸收能力,还能够吸附土壤中的虫害,通过壳聚糖吸附在土壤害虫上,形成一层膜,阻碍土壤害虫表面细胞营养物质运输,降低细胞膜的通透性,从而使得土壤害虫无法进行正常生理活动,而逐渐死亡;通过在对茶叶进行浇水时,将苜蓿芽粉、石膏粉与水混合进行浇灌,能够提高茶树的抗病能力,能够稳定细胞壁,加固茶叶细胞结构,增强了茶叶抗病力和抗倒伏能力;采用本发明方法,能够极大的降低茶叶病虫害发生率。

所述活化膨润土负载壳聚糖制备方法为:将钠基基膨润土在120℃下干燥至恒重后,将箱式电阻炉温度设定为250℃,将钠基膨润土置于炉中焙烧1-1.2小时,然后再将箱式电阻炉温度设定为300℃,将钠基膨润土置于炉中焙烧1.5-2小时,然后取出,研磨,过200目,将研磨后的钠基膨润土与去离子水进行混合,制成质量浓度为3.8-4.0%的钠基膨润土悬浮液,然后添加钠基膨润土悬浮液质量10%的质量分数为5%的硫酸溶液,搅拌均匀后再添加钠基膨润土质量10%的壳聚糖搅拌均匀后,进行旋转蒸发干燥,然后研磨过200目,即得。
所述活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物混合叶面肥为活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物与叶面肥按1:30-40质量比例混合。
所述活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物制备方法为:将钙基膨润土按1:5质量比例与质量分数为10%的盐酸均匀混合,加热至50℃,以200r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后过滤,采用去离子水清洗,烘干至恒重后,再将钙基膨润土与去离子水按1:10质量比例均匀混合,然后添加钙基膨润土质量2%的艾蒿提取物,搅拌均匀后,进行旋转蒸发干燥,然后研磨,过500目,即得。
所述艾蒿提取物制备方法为:将艾蒿与椿树叶按10:1质量比例混合粉碎至100目,然后采用75%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶剂,按料液比1: 30,在60℃下回流提取4h,离心得上清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,然后冷冻干燥制得。
所述苜蓿芽粉、石膏粉与水混合为苜蓿芽粉、石膏粉、水按1:2-3:100质量比例混合。
所述苜蓿粉制备方法为:采摘平均长度为2.5厘米的苜蓿芽,然后放入质量分数为15%的乙醇溶液中浸泡2小时,再进行过滤,清水清洗后,再进行烘干至含水量至10%,然后粉碎至400目,即得。
实施例2
一种茶叶种植中病虫害绿色防治方法,在对茶叶进行施根肥时采用活化膨润土负载壳聚糖混合根肥进行施肥;在对茶叶进行叶面施肥时,将活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物混合叶面肥进行施肥;在对茶叶进行浇水时,将苜蓿芽粉、石膏粉与水混合进行浇灌。
所述活化膨润土负载壳聚糖混合根肥为活化膨润土负载壳聚糖与根肥按1:40-50质量比例混合。

对比例3:与实施例1区别仅在于在对茶叶进行浇水时,仅采用清水。
试验:在相同环境下种植同种绿茶,分别采用实施例与对比例方法对绿茶病虫害进行防治处理,对照组为不进行病虫害防治处理,田间管理相同,施肥量与浇水量相同,对比各组茶叶病害发生率和虫害发生率:

由表1可以看出,在对茶叶进行施根肥时采用活化膨润土负载壳聚糖混合根肥进行施肥,能够显著降低病害发生率,一定程度上降低虫害发生率;在对茶叶进行叶面施肥时,将活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物混合叶面肥进行施肥,能够显著降低虫害发生率,一定程度上降低病害发生率,并且二者具有协同降低病虫害发生率的作用,在对茶叶进行浇水时,将苜蓿芽粉、石膏粉与水混合进行浇灌能够显著提高茶叶的抗病能力。
Claims (8)
1.一种茶叶种植中病虫害绿色防治方法,其特征在于,在对茶叶进行施根肥时采用活化膨润土负载壳聚糖混合根肥进行施肥;在对茶叶进行叶面施肥时,将活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物混合叶面肥进行施肥;在对茶叶进行浇水时,将苜蓿芽粉、石膏粉与水混合进行浇灌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶种植中病虫害绿色防治方法,其特征在于,所述活化膨润土负载壳聚糖混合根肥为活化膨润土负载壳聚糖与根肥按1:40-50质量比例混合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种茶叶种植中病虫害绿色防治方法,其特征在于,所述活化膨润土负载壳聚糖制备方法为:将钠基基膨润土在120℃下干燥至恒重后,将箱式电阻炉温度设定为250℃,将钠基膨润土置于炉中焙烧1-1.2小时,然后再将箱式电阻炉温度设定为300℃,将钠基膨润土置于炉中焙烧1.5-2小时,然后取出,研磨,过200目,将研磨后的钠基膨润土与去离子水进行混合,制成质量浓度为3.8-4.0%的钠基膨润土悬浮液,然后添加钠基膨润土悬浮液质量10%的质量分数为5%的硫酸溶液,搅拌均匀后再添加钠基膨润土质量10%的壳聚糖搅拌均匀后,进行旋转蒸发干燥,然后研磨过200目,即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶种植中病虫害绿色防治方法,其特征在于,所述活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物混合叶面肥为活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物与叶面肥按1:30-40质量比例混合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种茶叶种植中病虫害绿色防治方法,其特征在于,所述活化膨润土负载艾蒿提取物制备方法为:将钙基膨润土按1:5质量比例与质量分数为10%的盐酸均匀混合,加热至50℃,以200r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后过滤,采用去离子水清洗,烘干至恒重后,再将钙基膨润土与去离子水按1:10质量比例均匀混合,然后添加钙基膨润土质量2%的艾蒿提取物,搅拌均匀后,进行旋转蒸发干燥,然后研磨,过500目,即得。
