本发明公开了一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:番茄叶粉10%~15%;鱼藤根粉5%~10%;除虫菊提取物0.5%~1.5%;藜芦碱3%~5%;烟草液5%~9.4%;苦楝鲜叶粉2.5%~5.5%;苦参碱2.5%~8%;余量水。本发明其材料均来源于植物,使用安全,菌蝇防治效果好,同时还可以减少其他的病虫害,且不影响食用菌的产量和品质。

本发明涉及菌蝇防治技术领域,具体涉及一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂。
背景技术
菌蝇是危害平菇等多种食用菌的主要虫害,近年来愈来愈重,不仅降低了食用菌产量,还使其品质变劣。目前,现有技术中大多应用化学药剂进行防治,虽然防治效果较好,但对食菌均有不同程度的药害,同时在食用菌收获时,若未达到安全间隔期限,则会造成农药残留超标,对人体造成危害。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂,其材料均来源于植物,使用安全,菌蝇防治效果好,同时还可以减少其他的病虫害,且不影响食用菌的产量和品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
番茄叶粉10%~15%;鱼藤根粉5%~10%;除虫菊提取物0.5%~1.5%;藜芦碱3%~5%;烟草液5%~9.4%;苦楝鲜叶粉2.5%~5.5%;苦参碱2.5%~8%;余量水。
其中,所述鱼藤根粉通过以下步骤制备:
将干燥的鱼藤根经三次速冻解冻后置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.8MPa~1.8MPa,爆破处理8min~22min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.8MPa~2.6MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.8min~2.4min后,喷雾干燥浓缩液,得粉体。
其中,所述番茄叶粉通过以下步骤制备:
将洗净的番茄叶置于红外线灯光下萎凋20-50分钟,控制鲜叶叶面温度为28-32℃,然后置于超微粉碎机内进行超微粉碎,20-30min后,得番茄叶粉;粉碎过程中采用脉冲激光对番茄叶进行照射。
其中,所述苦楝鲜叶粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将苦楝鲜叶洗净后置于超微粉碎机内进行超微粉碎,20-30min后,得苦楝鲜叶粉。
其中,所述除虫菊提取物通过步骤制备所得:
将干燥的除虫菊置于渗滤桶中,加入适量90%的有机溶剂水溶液浸泡提取三次,每次24h,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩得除虫菊提取物。
其中,所述大蒜粉为大蒜干燥后超微粉碎所得。
其中,所述有机溶剂为天然来源的松节油衍生物,所述松节油衍生物为蒎烯的异构、歧化产物。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
制剂防虫效果稳定,经检测,效果优于环丙氨嗪等化学农药;药剂含有从植物中提取出的大量的氨基酸、生物钾、脂肪酸等,这几种化合物能快速被植物吸收,补充植物营养元素,从而促进食用菌的生长发育,大幅度提高食用菌的产量和品质;本发明所得制剂无毒、无污染,绿色、环保,不含化学农药成分,从根源上杜绝了化学农药残留的产生。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下实施例中,所使用的鱼藤根粉通过以下步骤制备:
将干燥的鱼藤根经三次速冻解冻后置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.8MPa~1.8MPa,爆破处理8min~22min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.8MPa~2.6MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.8min~2.4min后,喷雾干燥浓缩液,得粉体。

一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
番茄叶粉15%;鱼藤根粉10%;除虫菊提取物1.5%;藜芦碱5%;烟草液9.4%;苦楝鲜叶粉5.5%;苦参碱8%;余量水。
实施例3
一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
番茄叶粉12.5%;鱼藤根粉7.5%;除虫菊提取物1%;藜芦碱4%;烟草液7.2%;苦楝鲜叶粉4%;苦参碱5.25%;余量水。
其中,水可以替换成松针营养液,所述松针营养液的制备方法为:取生长六年以上的干油松松针,加10~13倍量水煮沸1.5~2小时,取滤液,加水补足至初始液体量,加入16~24%蚕蛹粉后混合即得。

1.一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
番茄叶粉10%~15%;鱼藤根粉5%~10%;除虫菊提取物0.5%~1.5%;藜芦碱3%~5%;烟草液5%~9.4%;苦楝鲜叶粉2.5%~5.5%;苦参碱2.5%~8%;余量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治菌蝇的植物源药剂,其特征在于,所述鱼藤根粉通过以下步骤制备:
