技术领域

背景技术
为防治种传土传病害和苗期地老虎等害虫危害,提高种子田间出苗率和作物产量,种子包衣技术得到了广泛应用。经过几十年的发展,包衣剂剂型也已经从简单的拌种包衣向多功能复合型发展,各种多功能型、专用型的种衣剂成为种子包衣技术的发展方向。种衣剂的组成一般包含两大类物质:活性组分和非活性组分。其中活性组分包括杀虫剂、杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂等一种或多种物质,是种衣剂的有效成分。非活性组分包括成膜剂及其它一些助剂(如润滑剂、乳化剂、保水剂、渗透剂等)是形成种衣剂稳定剂型和充分发挥其作用的基础。
就种衣剂的作用机理而言,由于其所含的杀虫杀菌活性成分能够对种子本身携带的病原菌以及土壤中的病原物起到很好的杀灭作用,对地下害虫有很好的防治作用,从而达到防治苗期病害的效果。并且经包衣处理可在种子的表面形成一层致密的膜,能够调控水分和空气进入种子,从而使种子内部维持一种较佳的物质及能量代谢水平,促进种子发芽正常,出苗整齐,使种子活力提高,并对幼苗叶片光合速率也有一定的促进作用,利于植株光合产物的生产和积累,从而增加作物产量。另外一些功能型种衣剂还对增强幼苗的抗逆性有一定的作用,由于加入生长调节类活性物质,种衣剂可通过调节植株抗逆代谢酶的活性,增强植株的抗逆性,适应其在不利环境中的生长。
目前,现有技术中大多应用化学药剂进行调配,虽然防治病虫害效果较好,但化学药剂的作用机理基本相同,在长期的使用过程中很容易产生抗药性,从而影响其防治效果,同时很容易残留在土壤中,对土壤造成严重的污染,且有毒成分也易进入植物体内,从而对人畜造成伤害。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种环保型农业种子包衣剂,其材料大多来源于植物,具有高效、低毒、低残留、速效性好、持效期长、对环境友好、不易产生抗药性等优点,且不影响植物的产量和品质。

鱼藤根粉3.5~6.5份;无花果提取物3~7份;极细链格孢蛋白1.5~6.5份;纳米水性粘合剂3~6份;聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯0.2~1份;海藻酸钠4~8份;氨基寡糖素10~20份;除虫菊提取物0.5~1.5份;藜芦碱3~5份;苦楝鲜叶粉2.5~5.5份;蔗糖酯2.5~8份;蜡状芽胞杆菌1~3份;地衣芽孢杆菌1~3份;水10~20份。
其中,所述无花果提取物通过以下步骤制备:
S1、将采集的无花果叶片用清水反复洗净后晾干,置于红外线灯光下,控制鲜叶叶面温度为28-32℃,萎凋20-50分钟,然后置于粉碎机内进行粉碎处理,粉碎过程中采用脉冲激光对无花果叶进行照射,粉碎完成后,过80目筛,得无花果干粉;
S2、精确称取10.0g所得无花果干粉于100mL的三角瓶中,以料液比1g:10mL,加入质量分数为70份的乙醇,置于超声波细胞粉碎仪中,35℃提取30min后,吸取三角瓶上部提取液放入旋转蒸发仪进行减压蒸馏,排除提取溶剂70%乙醇的影响,蒸馏后喷雾干燥,得无花果提取物。
其中,所述除虫菊提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的除虫菊置于渗滤桶中,加入适量90份的有机溶剂水溶液浸泡提取三次,每次24h,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩得除虫菊提取物。

无花果提取物、纳米水性粘合剂、聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯和海藻酸钠在反应的过程中会形成一层薄膜,然后将鱼藤根粉、极细链格孢蛋白、除虫菊提取物、藜芦碱、氨基寡糖素、蜡状芽胞杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌等有效成分包裹在这层薄膜内,使得这些有效成分可以均匀的覆盖在种子的表面,从而实现了植物病虫害的有效防治,同时所得在包衣剂内含有从植物中提取出的大量的氨基酸、生物钾、脂肪酸等,这几种化合物能快速被种子吸收,补充种子营养元素,从而促进种子的生长发育,大幅度提高种子的产量和品质;本发明所得制剂具有高效、低毒、低残留、速效性好、持效期长、对环境友好、不易产生抗药性等优点。

鱼藤根粉6.5份;无花果提取物7份;极细链格孢蛋白6.5份;纳米水性粘合剂6份;聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯1份;海藻酸钠8份;氨基寡糖素20份;除虫菊提取物1.5份;藜芦碱5份;苦楝鲜叶粉5.5份;蔗糖酯8份;蜡状芽胞杆菌3份;地衣芽孢杆菌3份;水20份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型农业种子包衣剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
鱼藤根粉5份;无花果提取物5份;极细链格孢蛋白4份;纳米水性粘合剂4.5份;聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯0.6份;海藻酸钠6份;氨基寡糖素15份;除虫菊提取物1份;藜芦碱4份;苦楝鲜叶粉4份;蔗糖酯5.25份;蜡状芽胞杆菌2份;地衣芽孢杆菌2份;水15份。
