Abstract
本发明公开了一种蔬菜种子包衣剂,所述的蔬菜种子按重量百分比由以下原料制得:水杨酸0.01~0.05%、硼酸0.1~0.2%、滑石粉8~10%、羧甲基纤维素2~3%、农药剂0.1~5%、颜料0.5~1%、其余为水;其中,农药剂由质量份的1~15份轮藻粉、3~10楝树粉、0.1~0.5份辛硫磷、5~10份细辛粉、3~5份鱼藤粉、5~8份烟草粉组成。本发明的种子包衣剂能避免蚂蚁对种子的啃食及搬运,及其他害虫的毒害,具有良好的驱虫,杀虫效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农林领域的植物种子包衣技术领域,具体涉及一种蔬菜种子包衣剂。
背景技术
种子包衣技术是我国九十年代广泛推广的一项植物保护技术,它具有综合防治、低毒高效、省种省药、保护环境、投入产出比高的特点。种子包衣是指利用粘着剂或成膜剂,用特定的种子包衣机,将杀菌剂、杀虫剂、微肥、植物生长调节剂、着色剂或填充剂等非种子材料,包裹在种子外面,以达到种子成球形或者基本保持原有形状,提高抗逆性、抗病性,加快发芽,促进成苗,增加产量,提高质量的一项种子技术。
蔬菜种子一般颗粒小,质量轻,发芽后其根芽纤小,因而蔬菜种子播种后易受到蚂蚁的啃食和搬运、蚊虫的叮咬及其他害虫的残害,而将含有驱蚊灭蚁杀虫作用的包衣剂对蔬菜种子进行包衣可以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术,提供一种蔬菜种子包衣剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种蔬菜种子包衣剂,其特征在于:所述的蔬菜种子按重量百分比由以下原料制得:
其余为水;
其中,农药剂由质量份的1~15份轮藻粉、3~10楝树粉、0.1~0.5份辛硫磷、5~10份细辛粉、3~5份鱼藤粉、5~8份烟草粉组成。
进一步的,所述的农药剂的制备方法为:将轮藻、樟树、细辛、鱼藤、烟草干燥后,分别切断,分别粉碎至粒径≤1mm,再将各粉碎后轮藻、樟树、细辛、鱼藤、烟草和辛硫粉按质量份投入混粉机中混合,再将混合后的农药剂加入气流粉碎分级机中,将农药剂粉碎成粒度≤5um的粉粒。
更进一步的,本发明中将农药剂制成≤5um的粒度,能使粉粒中的药物易溶解出来,同时不影响包衣膜的成膜性。
进一步的,所述的蔬菜种子包衣剂的使用方法为将包衣剂与树蔬菜种子按1:10~20的重量比混合搅拌均匀后,晾干至形成粒状后即可播种。
其中,所述的轮藻、细辛粉、烟草粉、鱼藤粉、楝树粉、辛硫磷为农药制剂,能有效的杀死黑蚁、白蚁、日本弓背蚁、子弹蚁、掘穴蚁等多种蚂蚁以及蟑螂、苍蝇、蚊子等害虫,
进一步的,轮藻对蚊虫具有驱避和杀灭作用,对一些根际害虫和龋齿动物也有驱散效果,轮藻可作为农作物根系保护剂。
进一步的,细辛为马兜铃科、细辛属多年生草本植物,细辛中所含挥发油具有特殊芳香气味,为建筑材料的防蛀填料和防蚊驱虫原料,含细辛的农药可作杀虫剂和杀菌剂。
进一步的,烟草性温味甘,有毒,具有消肿、解毒、杀虫等功效,可用于灭"四害"-钉螺、蚊、蝇、老鼠和杀虫等。
进一步的,鱼藤,属于豆科藤本植物,其根部含有杀虫活性物质即鱼藤酮及类似物可作为光谱的杀虫剂。
进一步的,楝树具有生物驱虫,杀虫等功效,对蚂蚁、蟑螂和蝇和一些无名的小虫有驱赶效果。
进一步的,所述的辛硫磷谱广,击倒性强,以触杀和毒喂作用为主,无内吸作用,对鳞翅目幼虫的杀虫效果强,其对光不稳定,很快分解,残留期短,残留危险小,但该药入土后,残留期很长,适用于防治地下害虫。
进一步的,本发明中,水杨酸能减低果蔬页面质膜透性,提高叶片含水量、叶绿素含量、根系活力以及三种渗透调节物的含量,从而提高种子的萌发率和幼苗的抗湿性;硼酸能够增加根系活力及叶片中叶绿素含量,羧甲基纤维素为作为成膜剂兼表面活性剂制成包衣剂,能将农药剂附着在种子表面,提高种子抗湿性的同时,农药剂的有效成分以渗透或挥发出来,达到驱虫灭虫的效果。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的蔬菜种子包衣剂以轮藻、细辛粉、烟草粉、鱼藤粉、楝树粉、辛硫磷为农药制剂,具有良好的驱虫,杀虫效果能避免蚂蚁对种子的啃食及搬运,及其他害虫的毒害。
2、本发明的农药剂制成微粉粒,农药剂中的有效成分能快速溶出,使蔬菜种子在较短的发芽长根期得到保护。

实施例1
一种蔬菜种子包衣剂按重量百分比的以下原料制得:
其余为水,其中,农药剂由质量份的10份轮藻粉、8楝树粉、0.4份辛硫磷、8份细辛粉、4份鱼藤粉、7份烟草粉组成。
使用方法为:将包衣剂与树蔬菜种子按1:15的重量比混合搅拌均匀后,晾干至形成粒状后即可播种。
实施例2
一种蔬菜种子包衣剂按重量百分比的以下原料制得:
其余为水,其中,农药剂由质量份的15份轮藻粉、10楝树粉、0.5份辛硫磷、10份细辛粉、5份鱼藤粉、8份烟草粉组成。
使用方法为:将包衣剂与树蔬菜种子按1:20的重量比混合搅拌均匀后,晾干至形成粒状后即可播种。
实施例3
一种蔬菜种子包衣剂按重量百分比的以下原料制得:
其余为水,其中,农药剂由质量份的1份轮藻粉、3楝树粉、0.1份辛硫磷、5份细辛粉、3份鱼藤粉、5份烟草粉组成。
使用方法为:将包衣剂与树蔬菜种子按1:10的重量比混合搅拌均匀后,晾干至形成粒状后即可播种。

1.一种蔬菜种子包衣剂,其特征在于:所述的蔬菜种子按重量百分比由以下原料制得:
所述的农药剂由质量份的1~15份轮藻粉、3~10楝树粉、0.1~0.5份辛硫磷、5~10份细辛粉、3~5份鱼藤粉、5~8份烟草粉组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜种子包衣剂,其特征在于:所述的农药剂的制备方法为:将轮藻、樟树、细辛、鱼藤、烟草干燥后,分别切断,分别粉碎至粒径≤1mm,再将各粉碎后轮藻、樟树、细辛、鱼藤、烟草和辛硫粉按质量份投入混粉机中混合,再将混合后的农药剂加入气流粉碎分级机中,将农药剂粉碎成粒度≤5um的粉粒。
