一种新型陶瓷贴面钢管,钢管的内壁设有陶瓷贴面,陶瓷贴面均匀分布在钢管的内壁,陶瓷贴面由若干陶瓷贴片拼贴而成,陶瓷贴面与钢管之间设有粘合层,粘合层内设有粘合剂和丝网,丝网与粘合剂相互连接,丝网上设有不规则网眼,粘合剂从网眼中挤出填充满钢管与陶瓷贴面之间形成的夹腔。在钢管的内壁设有陶瓷贴面,能够让钢管的抗腐蚀能够增强,避免了内壁被腐蚀,保证了钢管的使用效果和平稳运行,延长了钢管的时候寿命,加强内的丝网和粘合剂可以让陶瓷贴片与钢管粘合的更加牢固。

本发明涉及一种钢管,具体涉及一种新型陶瓷贴面钢管。
背景技术
特种钢管应用在一些需要高温高腐蚀的工作场所,这些场所对于钢管的内壁内腐蚀强度有所要求,需要钢管内壁能够较好的抗腐蚀能够,才能够承受住较强的腐蚀性液体的腐蚀,很多钢管在使用的时候内壁特别容易腐蚀,一旦内壁腐蚀会直接腐蚀到钢管的外壁,造成液体的泄露,产生一定的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀,结构简单的一种新型陶瓷贴面钢管。
本发明的技术方案为:一种新型陶瓷贴面钢管,钢管的内壁设有陶瓷贴面,陶瓷贴面均匀分布在钢管的内壁,陶瓷贴面由若干陶瓷贴片拼贴而成,陶瓷贴面与钢管之间设有粘合层,粘合层内设有粘合剂和丝网,丝网与粘合剂相互连接,丝网上设有不规则网眼,粘合剂从网眼中挤出填充满钢管与陶瓷贴面之间形成的夹腔。
所述的丝网上的网眼为圆孔状结构。
所述的夹腔内的丝网为若干层结构,丝网之间相互叠加。
所述的陶瓷贴片为矩形状结构。
本发明的优点是:在钢管的内壁设有陶瓷贴面,能够让钢管的抗腐蚀能够增强,避免了内壁被腐蚀,保证了钢管的使用效果和平稳运行,延长了钢管的时候寿命,加强内的丝网和粘合剂可以让陶瓷贴片与钢管粘合的更加牢固。

一种新型陶瓷贴面钢管,钢管1的内壁设有陶瓷贴面2,陶瓷贴面2均匀分布在钢管的内壁,陶瓷贴面2由若干陶瓷贴片拼贴而成,陶瓷贴面2与钢管1之间设有粘合层,粘合层内设有粘合剂和丝网3,丝网3与粘合剂相互连接,丝网3上设有不规则网眼,粘合剂从网眼中挤出填充满钢管1与陶瓷贴面2之间形成的夹腔,丝网3上的网眼为圆孔状结构,夹腔内的丝网3为若干层结构,丝网3之间相互叠加,陶瓷贴片为矩形状结构,陶瓷贴片之间设有凹槽4,凹槽4由两两陶瓷贴片拼接形成,凹槽4的深度为1cm-5cm,优选1.5cm,在凹槽4底端设有半圆弧底槽5。
