本发明涉及食用菌的培养料,具体是一种碳源为芽苗菜根桑树枝的滑菇培养料
背景技术
栽培木腐菌,传统培养料的碳源多用杂木屑、棉籽壳等,主要提供食用菌生长所需的木质素、纤维素、半纤维素,但杂木屑、棉籽壳的产量有限,制约了食用菌生产的发展,而多种农作物废弃物中,也含有这些物质,也可以作为食用菌的碳源材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以桑树枝芽苗菜根作主碳源的栽培滑菇的培养料。这种培养料能够降低生产成本、增加经济效益、又能减少焚烧秸秆对环境的污染。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种碳源为芽苗菜根桑树枝的滑菇培养料,是由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
桑树枝碎屑38-42
芽苗菜根40-45
玉米粉2-4
豆粉2-4
石膏粉0.8-1.2。
进一步,各原料的重量份配比是:桑树枝碎屑40,芽苗菜根43,玉米粉3,豆粉3,石膏粉1。
所述的桑树枝是将修剪下来的桑树枝晒干,用粉碎机打成碎屑;所述的芽苗菜根是采收芽苗菜后的剩余部分,桑树枝中纤维素的含量290-420mg/g,半纤维素含量80-210mg/g,木质素的含量280-490mg/g,并含有蛋白质和可溶性糖,完全能满足食用菌生长对碳源的需要。
本发明培养料的制备方法如下:
(1)选择干燥无霉变的桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根用粉碎机打成碎屑;
(2)按配方重量比称料,其中将桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根用0.5%的石灰水清液预湿1-2天;
(3)将预湿桑树枝和芽苗菜根与玉米粉、豆粉、石膏粉混合拌匀,使含水量达到60-63%;
(4)装袋灭菌。
研究表明,本发明培养料与用杂木屑、棉籽壳作碳源栽培滑菇产量基本相同。
本发明的优点:以价廉易得的桑树枝、芽苗菜根代替价高难得的杂木屑,棉籽壳作碳源,较好的解决了栽培滑菇的碳源主料问题,降低了生产成本又增加经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明内容做进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
称取桑树枝碎屑400公斤,芽苗菜根430公斤,玉米粉30公斤,豆粉30公斤,石膏粉10公斤,制作时,将桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根用粉碎机破成碎屑,用浓度0.5%石灰水清液泼洒,预湿一天;之后将玉米粉、豆粉、石膏粉与预湿桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根拌匀,使含水量达到60%-63%;然后装袋灭菌即成。

桑树枝碎屑38-42
芽苗菜根40-45
玉米粉2-4
豆粉2-4
石膏粉0.8-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养料,其特征在于:各原料的重量份配比是:桑树枝碎屑40、芽苗菜根43,玉米粉3,豆粉3,石膏粉1。
