本发明涉及食用菌的培养料,具体是一种碳源为芽苗菜根桑树枝的黑木耳培养料
背景技术
在扶贫计划和菜篮子工程中,食用菌占有重要地位。传统栽培食用菌的培养料,碳源多用杂木屑、棉籽壳,这些原料的来源不足,制约了食用菌的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以桑树枝芽苗菜根作主碳源的栽培黑木耳的培养料。这种培养料能够降低生产成本、增加经济效益、又能减少焚烧秸秆对环境的污染。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种碳源为芽苗菜根桑树枝的黑木耳培养料,是由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
桑树枝碎屑38-42
芽苗菜根40-45
麸皮13-16
生石灰0.3-0.6
石膏粉0.8-1.2。
进一步,各原料的重量份配比是:桑树枝碎屑40,芽苗菜根43,麸皮15,生石灰0.5,石膏粉1。
所述的桑树枝是将修剪下来的桑树枝晒干,用粉碎机打成碎屑;所述的芽苗菜根是采收芽苗菜后的剩余部分,桑树枝中纤维素的含量290-420mg/g,半纤维素含量80-210mg/g,木质素的含量280-490mg/g,并含有蛋白质和可溶性糖,完全能满足食用菌生长对碳源的需要。
本发明培养料的制备方法如下:
(1)选择干燥无霉变的桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根用粉碎机打成碎屑;
(2)按配方重量比称料,其中将桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根用0.5%的石灰水清液预湿1-2天;
(3)将预湿桑树枝和芽苗菜根与麸皮、生石灰、石膏粉混合拌匀,使含水量达到60-63%;
(4)装袋灭菌。
研究表明,本发明培养料与用杂木屑、棉籽壳作碳源栽培黑木耳产量基本相同。
本发明的优点:以价廉易得的桑树枝、芽苗菜根代替价高难得的杂木屑,棉籽壳作碳源,较好的解决了栽培黑木耳的碳源主料问题,降低了生产成本又增加经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明内容做进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
称取桑树枝碎屑400公斤,芽苗菜根430公斤,麸皮150公斤,生石灰5公斤,石膏粉10公斤,制作时,将桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根用粉碎机破成碎屑,用浓度0.5%石灰水清液泼洒,预湿一天;之后将麸皮、生石灰、石膏粉与预湿桑树枝碎屑、芽苗菜根拌匀,使含水量达到60%-63%;然后装袋灭菌即成。

桑树枝碎屑38-42
芽苗菜根40-45
麸皮13-16
生石灰0.3-0.6
石膏粉0.8-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养料,其特征在于:各原料的重量份配比是:桑树枝碎屑40、芽苗菜根43,麸皮15,生石灰0.5,石膏粉1。
