本发明涉及食用菌的培养料,具体是一种以花生壳花生秸秆作主碳源的白参菌培养料。
背景技术
种植菇菌类是农业开展多种经营的一项投资少、生效快的项目,同时还可以利用非耕地种植增加收入,传统栽培料多用棉籽壳、杂木屑,利用农、林废弃物来栽培,投资更少,经济效益更好。
目前,尚未见有以花生壳花生秸秆作主碳源栽培白参菌的培养料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以花生壳花生秸秆作主碳源的白参菌培养料,这种培养料能使原料本地化,降低生产成本、增加经济效益。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种以花生壳花生秸秆作主碳源的白参菌培养料,是由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
花生壳及秸秆碎屑72-78
麸皮13-16
石膏粉0.8-1.2
碳酸钙0.8-1.2。
进一步,各原料的重量份配比是:花生壳及花生秸秆碎屑75,麸皮15,石膏粉1,碳酸钙1。
所述的花生壳是干燥无霉变的花生外壳,花生壳营养成分中,干物质占90.3%、粗蛋白5%-7%,粗纤维素66%-80%、半纤维素10%,还含有丰富的矿物质和维生素,能满足白参菌的生长需要。
本发明培养料的制备方法如下:
(1)选择干燥无霉变的花生壳及花生秸秆用粉碎机打成碎屑;
(2)按配方重量比称料,其中将花生壳及花生秸秆碎屑用0.5%的石灰水清液预湿1-2天;
(3)将预湿的花生壳及花生秸秆碎屑和麸皮、石膏粉、碳酸钙混合拌匀,使含水量达到60-63%;
(4)装袋灭菌。
研究表明,本发明培养料与用杂木屑、棉籽壳作主碳源栽培白参菌产量基本相同。
本发明的优点:以价廉易得的花生壳及花生秸秆代替价高难得的杂木屑,棉籽壳作碳源,较好的解决了栽培白参菌的碳源主料问题,降低了生产成本又增加经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明内容做进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
称取花生壳及花生秸秆750公斤,麸皮150公斤,石膏粉10公斤,碳酸钙10公斤,制作时,将花生壳及花生秸秆用粉碎机破成碎屑,用浓度0.5%石灰水清液泼洒,预湿一天;之后将麸皮、石膏粉、碳酸钙与预湿的花生壳及花生秸秆碎屑拌匀,使含水量达到60%-63%;然后装袋灭菌即成。

花生壳及秸秆碎屑72-78
麸皮13-16
石膏粉0.8-1.2
碳酸钙0.8-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养料,其特征在于各原料的重量份配比是:花生壳及花生秸秆碎屑75,麸皮15,石膏粉1,碳酸钙1。
