Abstract
The invention discloses a method for achieving a front cover plate decoration effect of a touch screen by using a UV (ultraviolet) imprinting technology, which is characterized by comprising the steps of manufacturing a fine texture imprinting printing plate and a matched clamp, coating a water-dissolving adhesive on the back surface of a visible area of the front cover plate, coating the UV adhesive on the back surface of the front cover plate in a full-page coating thickness controlled to be 2 um ~ 20um, aligning and positioning the clamp of the imprinting printing plate and a mold where a target object is located, carrying out fine texture imprinting on a UV coating according to a stroke, stably controlling an imprinting depth in an imprinting process, carrying out photocuring on the imprinted UV coating by using a UV light source, and the like.
Description
The invention relates to a touch screen processing and decorating process, in particular to a method for achieving a front cover plate decorating effect of a touch screen by using a UV (ultraviolet) imprinting technology.
Background art in recent years, smart phones and tablet computers have been developed rapidly, and people have increasingly high requirements for products in terms of performance, appearance decoration effect and the like. At present, in order to enhance the visual impression of the touch of a mobile phone or a tablet computer, the touch is generally finished by printing a single color or a simple pattern or pasting a film. The single color or simple pattern printing is relatively lack in decorative effect, and the film pasting mode has the following defects: 1. the thickness is relatively thick, so that the requirement of thinning of the front cover plate of the mobile phone is not applicable; 2. the adhesive force between the membrane and the front cover glass is relatively insufficient, and the service life of the product is influenced.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for achieving the decorative effect of a front cover plate of a touch screen by using a UV (ultraviolet) imprinting technology, which avoids the defects of the prior art, enables front cover glass to have fine textures, greatly improves the aesthetic components of products, and is thin and durable.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a method for achieving the decoration effect of a front cover plate of a touch screen by using a UV imprinting technology is designed and used, and comprises the following steps:
A. manufacturing a fine texture impression printing plate and a matched clamp;
B. carrying out antifouling treatment on the front cover plate, and placing the front cover plate in a mould which is customized in advance;
C. coating a hydrolysis glue on the back of the visible area of the front cover plate;
D. coating UV glue on the back of the front cover plate in a full-page mode, wherein the coating thickness is controlled to be 2 um ~ 20 um;
E. the clamp of the imprinting printing plate and the mold where the target object is located are aligned and positioned, fine texture imprinting is carried out on the UV coating according to the stroke, and the imprinting depth is stably controlled in the imprinting process;
F. carrying out photocuring on the imprinted UV coating by using a UV light source;
G. cleaning with pure water to remove redundant UV glue;
H. adopting laser to sweep UV glue above the hydrolysis glue;
I. taking out the front cover plate, soaking with pure water of 60 ~ 90 deg.C to remove the hydrolyzed glue layer, washing with pure water for 2 ~ 3 times, and air drying.
The method of the invention also comprises the following steps: J. carrying out non-conducting vacuum coating treatment; K. the color requirement of the product is finished by printing matched ink; and L, cleaning and pasting a protective film.
In the invention, the coating thickness of the non-conductive vacuum coating is less than 1um, the coating thickness of the UV glue is controlled to be 4um ~ 8um, and the thickness of the ink layer printed by the ink is controlled to be within 6 um.
In the invention, the touch screen is a mobile phone touch screen or a tablet computer touch screen.
Compared with the prior art, the method for achieving the decoration effect of the front cover plate of the touch screen by using the UV imprinting technology has the technical effects that: 1. coating UV glue and then embossing by using a fine printing plate, so that the product can generate a fine three-dimensional texture effect on visual impression; 2. the non-conductive vacuum coating treatment can further enhance the stereoscopic visual effect on the appearance of the product, and the color of the appearance of the product can be relatively adjusted by adopting ink printing (such as silk-screen printing or spraying), so that brand-new stereoscopic visual impression is further achieved; 3. the thickness is thin, the total thickness of the UV imprinting layer including the subsequent electric coating layer and the printing layer can be controlled within 15 mu m, and therefore, the rear-section full-lamination screen pasting process cannot be influenced; 4. the texture type can be designed according to the requirement of visual effect, such as wire drawing, CD texture, metal imitation texture, mosaic and water drop texture, etc.; 5. the adhesive force of the UV impressing layer and the glass layer is superior to that of any intermediate adhesive material used in the existing film pasting, the UV impressing layer is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, and the service life of the product can be prolonged.

The detailed description is to be read in connection with the preferred embodiments illustrated in the appended drawings.
The invention discloses a method for achieving a decorative effect of a front cover plate of a touch screen by using a UV (ultraviolet) stamping technology, which comprises the following steps as shown in figures 1 and 2:
A. manufacturing a fine texture impression printing plate and a matched clamp;
B. carrying out antifouling treatment on the front cover plate, and placing the front cover plate in a mould which is customized in advance;
C. coating a hydrolysis glue on the back of the visible area of the front cover plate;
D. coating UV glue on the back of the front cover plate in a full-page mode, wherein the coating thickness is controlled to be 2 um ~ 20 um;
E. the clamp of the imprinting printing plate and the mold where the target object is located are aligned and positioned, fine texture imprinting is carried out on the UV coating according to the stroke, and the imprinting depth is stably controlled in the imprinting process;
F. carrying out photocuring on the imprinted UV coating by using a UV light source;
G. cleaning with pure water to remove redundant UV glue;
H. adopting laser to sweep UV glue above the hydrolysis glue;
I. taking out the front cover plate, soaking with pure water of 60 ~ 90 deg.C to remove the hydrolyzed glue layer, cleaning with pure water for 2 ~ 3 times, and air drying;
J. carrying out non-conducting vacuum coating treatment;
K. the color requirement of the product is finished by printing matched ink;
and L, cleaning and pasting a protective film.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a cross-sectional hierarchical structure of a front cover plate of mobile phone glass decorated by the method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the thickness of the non-conductive vacuum coating is less than 1um, the coating thickness of the UV glue is controlled to be 4um ~ 8um, the thickness of the ink layer printed by the ink is controlled to be within 6um, and the total thickness of the three is controlled to be within 15um, that is, the height difference between the area coated with the UV and the area printed with the ink and the visible area of the glass cover plate is controlled to be within 15um, so that the rear-section full-lamination screen-pasting process is not affected.
In the invention, the touch screen is a mobile phone touch screen or a tablet computer touch screen. In the invention, a fine stamping technology is adopted, the stamping printing plate is made of metal or ceramic, and is transcribed to a base material through a stamping reason path on the metal or ceramic, so that the texture can present a more three-dimensional visual structure; the coating film achieves the required three-dimensional effect, and the printing ink achieves the required color effect. The thickness of the texture generated by the invention is far lower than that of the traditional film sticking texture of the front cover plate, and the adhesive force of UV and a base material is superior to that of any intermediate adhesive material used in the existing film sticking, so that the film sticking can bear a longer adhesive force test; compared with the traditional method of pasting the grain film and the post processing, the method has lower cost and expense; the hydrolytic glue protects the visible area, and the visible window area of the finished product does not have the processing trace residue.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various simple deductions or substitutions (e.g., replacing the emulsion with other photosensitive materials with good fluidity, etc.) can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and all such changes should be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (4)
1. A method for achieving a decorative effect of a front cover plate of a touch screen by using a UV imprinting technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. manufacturing a fine texture impression printing plate and a matched clamp;
B. carrying out antifouling treatment on the front cover plate, and placing the front cover plate in a mould which is customized in advance;
C. coating a hydrolysis glue on the back of the visible area of the front cover plate;
D. coating UV glue on the back of the front cover plate in a full-page mode, wherein the coating thickness is controlled to be 2 um ~ 20 um;
E. the clamp of the imprinting printing plate and the mold where the target object is located are aligned and positioned, fine texture imprinting is carried out on the UV coating according to the stroke, and the imprinting depth is stably controlled in the imprinting process;
F. carrying out photocuring on the imprinted UV coating by using a UV light source;
G. cleaning with pure water to remove redundant UV glue;
H. adopting laser to sweep UV glue above the hydrolysis glue;
I. taking out the front cover plate, soaking with pure water of 60 ~ 90 deg.C to remove the hydrolyzed glue layer, washing with pure water for 2 ~ 3 times, and air drying.

The method for achieving decoration of a front cover plate of a touch screen by using a UV imprinting technology as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the steps of: J. carrying out non-conducting vacuum coating treatment; K. the color requirement of the product is finished by printing matched ink; and L, cleaning and pasting a protective film.

The method for achieving the decoration effect of the front cover plate of the touch screen by using the UV imprinting technology as claimed in claim 2, wherein the thickness of the non-conductive vacuum coating is less than 1um, the coating thickness of the UV glue is controlled to be 4um ~ 8um, and the thickness of the ink layer printed by the ink is controlled to be within 6 um.
4. The method for achieving decoration effect of front cover plate of touch screen by using UV imprinting technology as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the touch screen is a mobile phone touch screen or a tablet computer touch screen.
