Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative films, and particularly relates to a 3D multi-texture decorative film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, 3C products have been widely used in daily life of people, such as mobile phones, notebook computers, tablet computers or handheld electronic products, and such electronic products have great convenience for people to live, but the shells of such electronic products are relatively single, so that various manufacturers do not need to think about how to improve the styles of the shells.
Common shell improvement methods employ two modes, coating or film, which coat or attach a decorative film with lines or colors to the shell to improve the appearance of the shell.
The existing decorative film mostly adopts the printing ink imprinting technology to manufacture textures, but the mode has the defect of shallow or unclear texture paths, the printing ink among the textures is easy to migrate when the multi-texture film is manufactured, the definition degree of the textures is influenced, and the printing ink is damaged after being irradiated by ultraviolet rays for a long time, so that the quality of the textures is influenced, and the application range of the multi-texture decorative film is further widened if the problems of unclear texture, low texture quality and the like in the prior art can be solved, and the market prospect is wider.

firstly, coating a hot melt adhesive on the surface of a carrier, heating the hot melt adhesive through infrared heating, and embossing the hot melt adhesive through a roller or a die with textures and printing ink to form a first texture;
step two, coating UV glue on the hot melt adhesive in the step one, transferring the UV glue through an LED cold light lamp to form a first transfer texture, and enabling the UV glue to finish primary hardening;
step three, coating hot melt adhesive on the UV adhesive in the step two, heating the hot melt adhesive through infrared heating, and embossing the hot melt adhesive through a roller or a die with textures and printing ink to form a second texture;
step four, coating UV glue on the thermosol in the step three, and forming a second transfer texture through mercury lamp transfer printing;
and fifthly, coating an ultraviolet protective film on the surface of the UC glue in the fourth step, and thoroughly solidifying and airing to obtain the 3D multi-texture decorative film.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, firstly, hot melt adhesive is coated on a carrier layer, a first texture is printed on the hot melt adhesive, then the first texture is formed through cold light LED lamp transfer printing by using UV adhesive, then the hot melt adhesive is coated on the UV adhesive, a second texture is printed on the hot melt adhesive, a second transfer texture is formed through mercury lamp transfer printing by using UV adhesive, and finally a 3D multi-texture decorative film is formed on a laminated anti-ultraviolet film.
2. According to the invention, the first HC layer is treated through the LED cold light, the first HC layer is subjected to primary hardening, the second HC layer is treated through the mercury lamp, and finally thorough solidification is completed, so that the binding force between the first HC layer and the second HC layer is effectively improved, and the tensile strength of the whole decorative film is further improved.
