技术领域
本发明涉及电缆护套技术领域,具体涉及一种PE电缆冲气式护套挤出的方法。
背景技术
在生产紧凑型节能防水交联聚乙烯绝缘中压电缆护套时,因电缆无填充,无法支撑散热层的空间,达不到电缆F值要求,电缆呈现三角形状散热层达不到理想效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PE电缆冲气式护套挤出的方法,它提高了电缆的圆整度,加大了电缆的散热性,增强了电缆的截流量,提升经济效益。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它的挤出方法中包含的部件有空压机、机头、模具、电缆、护套、法兰片、压力表部件;机头内安装有模具,模具内部设有电缆,电缆的表面包有一层护套,电缆的拉头端通过封头帽密封,机头通过法兰片和气管连接空压机,机头与空压机的连接处安装有压力表,机头与空压机的连接处内部垫有密封件。
所述电缆的内部设有数根线蕊,电缆的外壳为护套层,线蕊与护套层的中间设有散热层。
所述电缆的挤出方法为:在挤包护套时,在机头施加额定的冲气压力值,压缩气体充分填充在散热层内,加大电缆散热的空间及载流量,电缆圆整度≤15%。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:它提高了电缆的圆整度,加大了电缆的散热性,增强了电缆的截流量,提升经济效益。

如图1-4所示,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它的挤出方法中包含的部件有空压机、机头1、模具2、电缆3、护套4、法兰片5、压力表6;机头1内安装有模具2,模具2内部设有电缆3,电缆3的表面包有一层护套4,电缆3的拉头端通过封头帽8密封,机头1通过法兰片5和气管连接空压机,机头1与空压机的连接处安装有压力表6,机头1与空压机的连接处内部垫有密封件7。
所述电缆3的内部设有数根线蕊9,电缆3的外壳为护套层11,线蕊9与护套层11的中间设有散热层10。
所述电缆3的挤出方法为:在挤包护套4时,在机头1施加额定的冲气压力值(额定的冲气压力值表如下),压缩气体充分填充在散热层10内,加大电缆散热的空间及载流量,电缆圆整度≤15%。

本具体实施方式的工作原理为:挤包护套4时在挤塑机机头1增加空气压缩,使压缩气体充分填充在散热层10内,加大电缆散热效果及载流量,同时使电缆圆整度符合标准的要求。

1.一种PE电缆冲气式护套挤出的方法,其特征在于它的挤出方法中包含的部件有空压机、机头、模具、电缆、护套、法兰片、压力表部件;机头内安装有模具,模具内部设有电缆,电缆的表面包有一层护套,电缆的拉头端通过封头帽密封,机头通过法兰片和气管连接空压机,机头与空压机的连接处安装有压力表,机头与空压机的连接处内部垫有密封件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE电缆冲气式护套挤出的方法,其特征在于所述电缆的内部设有数根线蕊,电缆的外壳为护套层,线蕊与护套层的中间设有散热层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE电缆冲气式护套挤出的方法,其特征在于所述电缆的挤出方法为:在挤包护套时,在机头施加额定的冲气压力值,压缩气体充分填充在散热层内,加大电缆散热的空间及载流量,电缆圆整度≤15%。
