本发明公开了一种抗菌防感染的隔尿垫，属于隔尿垫技术领域。所述隔尿垫包括从上到下依次包括表面接触层、抗菌层、防水层和底层，所述防水层包括吸水层和隔水层，所述吸水层设于隔水层上部。本发明所述隔尿垫具备吸湿性能优异、杀菌效果好、湿水情况下表面接触层仍处于干燥状态等优点，通过设置抗菌层，添加了茶树精油成份，能够有效灭菌，具备抗菌防感染的效果；将防水层分成两部分，一部分为吸水层，一部分为隔水层，能够在吸收尿液的同时防止尿液的渗漏；表面接触层和底层采用双面网孔经编间隔织物，具备高弹高透气等优点，能够增加皮肤与隔尿垫接触面的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔尿垫技术领域，尤其涉及一种抗菌防感染的隔尿垫。
背景技术
隔尿垫不是纸尿裤，也不是尿布，它的作用是隔离尿液，以保证下面的垫子或床垫不被尿液浸湿。
普通的隔尿垫，能够有效地隔尿，但是抗菌和护肤功能不足。为了解决上述问题，如中国发明专利申请（申请号：2014106028763）公开了一种隔尿垫，芦荟粘胶纤维隔尿垫分三层：面层为芦荟粘胶纤维抗菌护肤面料，中间层为TPU（Thermoplastic polyurethanes，热可塑性聚氨基甲酸酯）复合材料，底层为双面网孔的经编间隔织物，从原料和面料组织结构设计抗菌护肤面料，改变了传统工艺通过抗菌整理达到抗菌效果，对肌肤无刺激，具有快速吸湿、放湿、透气等性能。但是层数较少，中间层TPU复合材料为隔水材料，不能将尿液及时吸收，吸水效果较差，仅通过表层芦荟粘胶纤维抗菌护肤面料进行杀菌，在吸收效果差的情况下，不能很好的发挥杀菌的作用，还容易造成屁股与隔尿垫接触的部位 红疹、尿路感染等问题。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种抗菌防感染的隔尿垫，具备吸湿性能优异、杀菌效果好、湿水情况下表面接触层仍处于干燥状态等优点。
技术方案：一种抗菌防感染的隔尿垫，所述隔尿垫从上到下依次包括表面接触层、抗菌层、防水层和底层，所述防水层包括吸水层和隔水层，所述吸水层设于隔水层上部，所述表面接触层和底层为双面网孔经编间隔织物，所述抗菌层为茶树精华脱脂棉。
作为优选，所述茶树精华脱脂棉的制备方法包括以下步骤：第一步.去除棉花中可见杂质，用水清洗棉花直至流出液清澈；第二步.将处理后棉花放入搪瓷锅中，加入水淹没棉花，然后加入水重量的2%~4%，加热煮沸后熬煮6~10 min，然后冷却至室温；第三步.将冷却后的棉花用水冲洗5~10 min，冲洗过程中用力挤压棉花；第四步.将茶树精油与水以体积比2~10:1000的比例混合，然后将洗净的棉花在混合液中浸泡10~20 min后取出，放在干燥环境中晾干即可。

有益效果
（1）本发明所述隔尿垫通过设置抗菌层，添加了茶树精油成份，能够有效灭菌，具备抗菌防感染的效果；
（2）本发明所述隔尿垫通过将防水层分成两部分，一部分为吸水层，一部分为隔水层，能够在吸收尿液的同时防止尿液的渗漏；
（3）表面接触层和底层采用双面网孔经编间隔织物，具备高弹高透气等优点，能够增加皮肤与隔尿垫接触面的舒适度；
（4）进行杀菌效果分析，检验依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》第4版第2部分（2002），对金色葡萄球菌、白念珠菌和大肠埃希菌进行定量杀菌试验，30 min后金色葡萄球菌杀灭率为79.2%~85.6%、白念珠菌杀灭率71.5%~76.5%、大肠埃希菌杀灭率为95.4%~98.5%；
（5）本发明所述隔尿垫底层底部设有魔术贴，能够与下面的垫子或者床垫很好地贴合。
