Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电驱动的车辆的改进的驱动装置,在其中减少了由电机通过用于驱动机动车的轴发出的干扰。
背景技术
在现有技术中已知用于驱动机动车的电机,其例如在具有包括内燃机和电机的所谓的混合驱动装置的车辆中和仅由电机驱动的、完全电驱动的车辆中。电机通常包括具有多个定子绕组的定子。转子可以是永磁体、电激励磁体或鼠笼绕组
定子绕组通常由逆变器控制。逆变器不产生理想的信号变化曲线、而是产生具有跳跃和干扰尖峰的信号变化曲线。这种跳跃和干扰尖峰在电机中引起所谓的轴电流或轴电压。这些轴电流可通过变速器传播到驱动轴,由那里发出干扰场。当然,这种干扰场是不希望的。

发明内容

本发明的任务通过一种用于电驱动的车辆的驱动装置来解决。
用于电驱动的车辆的驱动装置包括构造用于使车辆加速或减速的电机,其中,所述电机具有转子,该转子设置在具有定子绕组的定子内并且设置在转子轴上。驱动装置还包括与车辆的驱动轮耦合的驱动轴。驱动装置还包括联轴节,其传递由转子轴输出的转矩,使得该转矩可被引导至驱动轴,所述联轴节具有转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件,所述转矩接收元件接收由电机输出的转矩,转矩输出元件与转矩接收元件机械耦合并且朝向驱动轴输出转矩。在转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件之间设有电绝缘油脂。
电绝缘油脂实现:轴电压或轴电流不能通过联轴节继续传播并且因此提高了驱动装置的电磁兼容性。轴电压和轴电流不被引入变速器中并且不被引入电驱动的车辆的驱动轴中。
转矩接收元件无需与转子轴直接耦合。转矩输出元件也不需要与驱动轴直接耦合。
转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件可彼此形锁合连接。绝缘油脂可设置在形锁合连接上。
转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件可构成轴毂接口。转矩接收元件可以是齿轴并且转矩输出元件可以是具有空出的内部轮廓的毂。作为替代方案,转矩接收元件可以是具有空出的内部轮廓的毂并且转矩输出元件可以是齿轴。
电绝缘油脂可包括电绝缘固体颗粒。电绝缘油脂可包括聚四氟乙烯颗粒、聚四氟乙烯薄片或类似物。聚四氟乙烯也以商品名特氟隆众所周知。通过将聚四氟乙烯作为添加剂与油脂混合实现绝缘效果,因为聚四氟乙烯颗粒可沉积在转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件上。
优选的是这样的颗粒、薄片或添加剂,其在转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件之间和/或在转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件上形成绝缘膜。该绝缘膜例如可基于作用于油脂以及所述颗粒、薄片或添加剂上的机械力形成。
在转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件上必须设置油脂,以防止腐蚀。通过将添加剂与油脂混合,不仅实现良好的防腐蚀也可实现良好的电绝缘。
设置在转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件之间的电绝缘油脂可在转矩接收元件和转矩输出元件之间引起至少10kΩ、优选至少100kΩ、最优选至少1MΩ的接触电阻。在接触电阻约为1MΩ时,驱动装置的电磁兼容性改善约10倍,这相应于约20dB的衰减。
转矩接收元件可与转子轴一体构造。例如转子轴可在一个端部上具有齿轴轮廓或带有空出的内部轮廓的毂轮廓。在该实施方式中,轴电流或轴电压的电隔离非常靠近电机。转子轴可通过变速器与驱动轴耦合。转矩输出元件可与变速器轴一体构造。该实施方式一方面可实现紧凑的驱动装置并且另一方面可在电机附近隔离轴电流或轴电压。

具体实施方式
参考图1,其示出电驱动的车辆的驱动装置1的示意图,在其中也示出用于电磁兼容性以及用于轴电压和轴电流的等效电路图。
逆变器2设置在逆变器壳体6中。逆变器2由牵引蓄电池(未示出)的直流电压产生三相交变电流。三相交变电流包括谐波和脉冲(所谓的纹波)。三相交变电流通过三相导线4传导到电机10。
电机10包括三个定子绕组8。由定子绕组8产生的旋转磁场引起,一个力作用于在转子轴14上的磁铁11,该力又引起转子轴14旋转。转子轴通过轴毂接口100与变速器30的输入轴18耦合,该变速器具有多个啮合的齿轮20、22,它们将转子轴14的转矩传递到驱动轴24上。在驱动轴24上设有制动盘26和车轮29。
下述说明涉及驱动装置1的电磁兼容性的等效电路图。在电机和逆变器壳体6之间的接地线12用作接地电感LGND。三相导线4和/或定子绕组8具有用于转子轴14的第一寄生电容16。定子绕组8具有相对于电机10的壳体的第二寄生电容9。此外,制动盘26例如通过制动块具有相对于车身28的第三寄生电容27。在变速器32中的油产生寄生电阻32。
下面示例性说明轴电流或轴电压,只要它们对于观察驱动装置1的电磁兼容性是重要的。第一轴电流50从逆变器2经由三相导线4、第一寄生电容16、转子轴14、变速器30的输入轴18以及经由变速器30的齿轮20、22流向驱动轴24。由此在驱动轴24上出现轴电压,其是交变电压,从而驱动轴用作天线并发出干扰信号。第一轴电流50可经由制动盘和第三寄生电容27流向车身28。
第二寄生轴电流52从逆变器2经由三相导线4、第一寄生电容16、转子轴14、轴毂接口100、变速器输入轴18,至少一个齿轮20、22和寄生变速器油电阻32流向变速器30的壳体,第二寄生轴电流从那里出发经由电机10的壳体、从EMV密封件7旁经过地经由逆变器壳体6流回逆变器2。
第三寄生轴电流54从逆变器2经由三相导线4、第一寄生电容16、转子轴14、轴毂接口100、变速器30的输入轴18以及经由变速器油的寄生电阻32流向变速器30的壳体。第三寄生轴电流54从变速器30壳体流向电机10的壳体并且经由形成寄生电感的接地线12流向逆变器2的壳体6并且最终流向逆变器2。
第四寄生轴电流56从逆变器2经由三相导线4、定子绕组8和第二寄生电容9流向电机10的壳体,第四寄生轴电流从那里出发从EMV密封件7旁经过地流向逆变器2的壳体6并且最终流向逆变器2。
参考图2a和2b,其中,图2a示出轴毂接口100的横截面图并且图2b示出轴毂接口100的纵剖面图。转子轴14包括多个径向延伸的齿102。变速器30的输入轴18包括毂110,该毂具有多个沿径向延伸的凹部106。转子轴14的齿102设置在毂110的凹部106内,该毂安装在变速器30的输入轴18上。构成联轴节的轴毂接口100也包括壳体108,其可由塑料制成。
在齿102和凹部106之间设有油脂膜104。该油脂膜是需要的,以便防止齿102和凹部106的腐蚀。
本发明的发明人已经认识到,当在轴毂接口100中使用电绝缘的油脂104时,可显著减弱第一轴电流50、第二轴电流52和第三轴电流54。绝缘油脂104例如可含有聚四氟乙烯颗粒和/或聚四氟乙烯薄片。聚四氟乙烯也称为特氟龙。本发明的发明人已经发现,通过使用绝缘油脂104轴电流可减小10倍,这相应于例如在25MHz时约20dB的衰减。
聚四氟乙烯颗粒和/或聚四氟乙烯薄片作为添加剂与绝缘油脂104混合。它们构成绝缘聚四氟乙烯层,其例如在从齿102到凹部106的过渡处存在。与此相反,常规的油脂在齿102和/或凹部106的表面粗糙度上允许导电接触处。
绝缘油脂104提供具有至少10kΩ、优选至少100kΩ、最优选至少1MΩ的接触电阻的轴毂接口100。通过这种接触电阻可使轴电流减小10倍或者说衰减20dB。
Claims (12)
1.用于电驱动的车辆的驱动装置(1),包括:
-构造用于使车辆加速的电机(10),其中,所述电机(10)具有转子(11),该转子设置在具有定子绕组(8)的定子内部并且设置在转子轴(14)上;
-驱动轴(24),该驱动轴与车辆的驱动轮(29)耦合;和
-联轴节(100),该联轴节传递由转子轴(14)输出的转矩,使得该转矩能被引导至驱动轴(24),其中,所述联轴节(100)具有转矩接收元件(102)和转矩输出元件(106),所述转矩接收元件接收由电机(10)输出的转矩,而所述转矩输出元件与转矩接收元件(102)机械耦合并且朝向驱动轴(24)输出转矩,
在转矩接收元件(102)和转矩输出元件(106)之间设有电绝缘油脂(104),使得转矩接收元件(102)仅通过电绝缘油脂(104)与转矩输出元件(106)连接。

-聚四氟乙烯薄片(105)。
7.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的驱动装置(1),其特征在于,设置在转矩接收元件(102)和转矩输出元件(106)之间的电绝缘油脂(104)在转矩接收元件(102)和转矩输出元件(106)之间具有至少10kΩ的接触电阻。
