为了进一步增强药物容器保持器与壳体之间的位置锁定,致动器可以包括锁定机构,锁定机构被可操作地连接到剂量定位机构,使得当致动器被操作时,定位元件与药物容器保持器的螺纹锁定接合。以此方式,定位元件不会被迫从螺纹脱开,确保药物容器保持器与壳体的非常稳固的锁定。
为了不能设定比药物容器的剩余剂量高的剂量,药物输送装置可以进一步包括最后剂量机构,最后剂量机构被可操作地布置到剂量螺母并且能够将待设定的最大剂量限制到药物容器中的药物的剩余量。
根据一个可能的解决方案,最后剂量机构可以包括在药物容器的近侧区域中的止动壁架,止动壁架被布置成与剂量设定螺母接触并且限制剂量设定螺母的移动。
剂量输送装置可以进一步被布置成使得致动器包括可手动操作的按钮,其在远侧方向上延伸通过壳体。用户然后可以仅通过在近侧方向上挤压按钮而容易地执行剂量输送操作。在该方面,致动器可以优选包括返回力元件,其被布置成在输送药物的剂量后使致动器返回。

具体实施方式
附图中所示的药物输送装置10的实施例包括大致管状的壳体,在实施例中所示的壳体是远侧壳体部12和近侧壳体部14。远侧壳体部12被布置有第一近侧区域16,图3,其具有比壳体部的其余部分稍小的直径,形成近侧指向的圆周壁架18。第一近侧区域16进一步被布置有多个臂20,所述多个臂20在基本径向方向上可弯曲并且在它们的自由端处设置有向外延伸的突出部22。这些突出部22被布置成被卡口配合在近侧壳体部14的远侧区域中的凹部24中,图1,使得两个壳体部被连接到彼此。
远侧壳体部12进一步被布置有剂量定位机构26,其包括近侧指向舌部 28,图3。舌部28的自由端被布置有向内指向的尖的突出部30,其功能将在下面描述。第一近侧区域16在它的近侧端被进一步布置有第二近侧区域 32,其具有减小的直径,形成近侧指向壁架34。近侧指向壁架34进而被布置有锯齿图案,即,直的纵向延伸部和倾斜部,如图3a中所见。在远侧壳体部的近侧端表面,布置近侧指向的第一止动壁架36。上述元件的功能将在下面描述。
药物输送装置进一步被布置有基本管状的、伸长的药物容器保持器38,图1和4,其被布置成经由近侧壳体部14中的近侧通道40装配到壳体部中。药物容器保持器38被设计成容纳药物容器42,所述药物容器42被布置有颈部44,颈部44被布置有在药物容器42内侧可移动的可渗透的隔膜和止动器 46。当装配到药物容器保持器38中时,它的颈部44装配到药物容器保持器 38的近侧颈部48中,如图2中所见。药物容器保持器38的颈部48被布置有附接元件,用于可释放地附接药物输送构件50,在实施例中示出为注射针。附接元件可以如所示的螺纹,但可以替代地是其它形式,诸如卡扣式装配、鲁尔接口连接等。环形台肩52被进一步布置在药物容器保持器38的外表面上,在其近侧区域处。
药物容器保持器38在其相对两侧上在它的外表面上被布置有两个升高的带的螺纹段54,图4。螺纹段54被布置成与基本管状剂量螺母58上的螺纹56协作。这些螺纹56被布置在剂量螺母58中的中心通道60中。剂量螺母58的外表面优选被布置有夹持元件诸如肋62。剂量螺母58进一步被布置有远侧指向的圆周端表面64,图5。在端表面64上,布置两个基本圆周延伸的臂66,所述臂66在药物输送装置的纵向方向上可弯曲。臂66的自由端被设置有远侧指向的突出部68。
布置在剂量螺母58的是基本管状剂量滚筒70,图4。剂量滚筒70具有近侧指向的端表面,该端表面绕它的圆周被布置有切除部72。切除部72具有一形状,其一个侧壁是直的并且在近侧方向上延伸,并且其一个侧壁是凸地弯曲的。切除部72的侧壁与剂量螺母58的臂66和突出部68协作,如图 6中所见以及如将描述的。剂量滚筒70的外表面被布置有标记74诸如数字,所述标记74被示出在远侧壳体部12的开口或窗口75中,图1。
剂量滚筒70的远侧区域76被布置成具有减小的直径,形成远侧指向壁架78。壁架78进而被布置有锯齿图案,即,直的纵向延伸部和倾斜部,如图5中所见。在剂量滚筒70的远侧端表面处,布置远侧指向的止动壁架80,图7。具有减小的直径的远侧区域被布置成邻近远侧壳体部12的第二近侧区域32,其中具有减小的直径的区域32、76具有基本相同的直径。止动壁架 36、80被进一步放置成彼此相邻,如在周向方向上所见,图6。扭转弹簧82 被沿着具有减小的直径的两个区域32、76布置,其中扭转弹簧82的自由端被布置有倾斜部83,其基本上对应于锯齿壁架的倾斜部并且将与弹簧82的端部接合并锁定弹簧82的端部。
此外,释放机构84被布置在药物输送装置中,图1和9。它包括环形的近侧元件86,近侧元件86具有比近侧壳体部的直径稍大的直径的通道88,其中近侧壳体部延伸到通道中。通道88被进一步布置有切除部90,药物容器保持器38的螺纹段54的带被装配在切除部90中,在药物容器保持器38 与释放机构84之间形成旋转锁定。释放机构84被进一步布置有附接到环形元件的两个远侧延伸臂92。臂92在它们的远侧区域布置有纵向延伸狭槽94。在狭槽94的远侧端处,形成桥部96。
释放机构84被布置成被附接到致动器98。致动器98包括具有远侧部的基本管状本体100,其带有端壁102,图2,其延伸通过远侧壳体部12中的远侧指向通道104,图3b。致动器98的远侧部用作可手动操作的致动按钮 105,如将描述的。柱塞杆106被附接到端壁102的近侧指向表面或者与端壁102的近侧指向表面一体制成,其中柱塞杆106在近侧方向上朝向药物容器42延伸,如在图2a中所见。致动器98被进一步布置有近侧延伸引导臂 108,所述引导臂108被布置成装配到释放机构84的狭槽94中。此外,致动器98的本体100的内表面被布置有壁架110,其位于狭槽94的延伸部中,其中桥部96装配在壁架110的远侧上,如图2b中所见。狭槽94中引导臂 108和壁架110的远侧上的桥部96提供释放机构84与致动器98的锁定。
致动器98被进一步布置有成近侧延伸舌部112的形式的锁定机构,其功能将在以下描述。返回弹簧114,图2,被布置在致动器98的本体100的近侧指向端表面与远侧壳体部12的壁架116的远侧指向表面之间,图3b。药物输送装置也包括保护盖118,图1,其被可释放地附接到近侧端。通过装配到远侧壳体部的外表面上的环形凹槽122中的保护盖的内表面上的环形壁架120,保护盖被保持在原位。
装置旨在起到以下功能。当用户要施用一个剂量的药物时,保护盖118 被移除。为了设定剂量,剂量螺母58相对于壳体旋转。因为剂量螺母58与药物容器保持器38之间的螺纹连接,药物容器保持器38将在远侧方向上与药物容器42一起移动。剂量螺母58的臂66与剂量滚筒70的切除部72的侧表面接合,由此剂量滚筒70也将旋转。剂量滚筒上的标记74将通过窗口 75显示,指示设定的剂量。
在剂量滚筒70旋转时,扭转弹簧82将被扭转,这是因为弹簧的一个自由端与剂量滚筒的锯齿壁架78接合并且另一自由端与远侧壳体12的固定锯齿壁架34接合。待设定的最大剂量被剂量滚筒的远侧指向止动壁架80和远侧壳体部12的近侧指向止动壁架36限制,在于当剂量滚筒70已经旋转小于一整圈的某个距离时,远侧指向止动壁架80将移动成与近侧指向止动壁架36接触。然而,在该旋转范围内,能够由用户视需要向上和向下调整剂量大小。
应进一步注意的是,柱塞杆106被设计和定位在不受影响的初始位置,使得甚至当最大剂量已被设定时它的近侧端也不与药物容器42的止动器46 接触,其中药物容器保持器38和药物容器42已经在远侧方向上移动最大距离。在剂量的设定期间,当药物容器保持器38在远侧方向上移动时,剂量定位机构26的带有突出部30的舌部28将骑在螺纹段54上,引起音频响应。剂量大小扣合突出部30与螺纹段54的接合也将限定精确的和不同的剂量大小位置。
当剂量已经被设定时,药物输送构件50被附接到药物容器保持器38的近侧端。在所示的实施例中,药物输送构件50是注射针,其被旋拧在药物容器保持器38上。注射针然后被布置有远侧指向的尖的端部,其将穿透药物容器42的隔膜。用户然后将药物输送装置放置在剂量输送地点,引起注射针的穿透。致动器98的致动按钮105然后在近侧方向上被挤压。首先,柱塞杆106仅被近侧移动一定距离而不与药物容器42的止动器46接触,其中所述距离取决于设定的剂量,其中较大的剂量将提供较短的距离并且较小的剂量将提供较大的距离。在致动器98在近侧方向上的移动期间,舌部112 将在剂量定位机构26的外侧移动,如在径向方向上所见,图11,由此防止剂量定位机构26移动成脱离与螺纹段54的接合。所述接合也防止药物容器保持器38在注射期间脱离位置。
当柱塞杆106已经移动该距离时,它与止动器46接触并且在近侧方向上推动它,使设定剂量的药物通过药物输送构件50输送。致动器98在近侧方向上的移动也将使释放机构84在近侧方向上移动,其中它的近侧端表面 86移动成与剂量螺母58的臂66接触,由此这些臂在近侧方向上被推动并且脱离与剂量滚筒70的切除部72的接合。当释放机构84的近侧表面抵接剂量螺母58的远侧端表面时,剂量输送停止。此外,剂量滚筒70的释放将使它通过扭转弹簧82的力旋转回到它的初始位置。致动器98的停止和剂量滚筒70的返回将告知用户,将药物输送装置从剂量输送地点移除是安全的。用户然后释放致动器98,由此它通过返回弹簧114被远侧地移动回到它的初始位置,该初始位置由释放机构84的环形元件86的远侧指向表面抵接远侧壳体部的内表面上的环形近侧指向壁架来限定。然后,在药物输送构件在的情况下,或者在药物输送构件被移除并且丢弃的情况下,用户可以将保护盖 118放回原处。
因而,每次用户将要施用一个剂量的药物时,执行如上所述的步骤。当药物容器几乎是空的时,不能够设定比剩余剂量大的剂量。这是由于药物容器保持器38上的台肩52,因为当药物容器保持器38在剂量设定期间在远侧方向上移动时,台肩52将移动成与剂量螺母58的近侧指向表面接触,防止药物容器保持器38的任何进一步移动,并且由此防止药物容器42的任何进一步移动。当药物容器42空时,药物输送装置10被以安全的方式丢弃。
应理解的是,以上所述和附图中所示的实施例将被视为仅仅是本发明的非限制性示例,并且在专利的权利要求的范围内,可以许多方式对本发明进行改进。

Claims (16)
1.一种药物输送装置(10),包括壳体(12、14):
-药物容器保持器(38),被布置成在所述壳体(12、14)的远侧方向上可移动并且构造成容纳药物容器(42);
-致动器(98),被布置在所述壳体中处于初始位置并且在被致动以作用在所述药物容器上用于排出药物的剂量时在近侧方向上可移动,其中在排出药物的剂量之后,致动器被释放并向远侧移动回到初始位置,其中所述致动器包括柱塞杆(106);
-可手动操作的剂量设定螺母(58),被可旋转地连接到所述壳体并且被布置有第一螺纹(56);
-第二螺纹(54),被布置在所述药物容器保持器(38)上,与所述剂量设定螺母(58)上的第一螺纹协作,其中在设定待输送的药物的剂量期间,所述剂量设定螺母(58)的操作将使所述药物容器保持器(38)和所述药物容器(42)在相对于所述柱塞杆(106)的远侧方向上移动并朝向所述柱塞杆(106)移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物输送装置,进一步包括旋转锁(54、90),其布置在所述药物容器保持器(38)和所述壳体(12、14)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药物输送装置,进一步包括布置有标记(74)的剂量滚筒(70)以及连接机构(68、72),连接机构(68、72)被布置在所述剂量设定螺母(58)与所述剂量滚筒(70)之间,使得当被操作用于设定剂量、显示所设定的剂量时,所述剂量滚筒(70)与所述剂量设定螺母(58)一起旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述的药物输送装置,其中所述连接机构被布置为可释放的连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的药物输送装置,其中所述连接机构包括在所述剂量设定螺母或剂量滚筒中的一个上的弹性布置的突出部(68),所述弹性布置的突出部(68)可以与在所述剂量滚筒或剂量设定螺母中的另一个上的切除部(72)接合。
6.根据权利要求4-5中的任一项所述的药物输送装置,进一步包括返回力元件(82),所述返回力元件(82)被可操作地连接到所述剂量滚筒(70),使得当设定剂量时所述返回力元件(82)被张紧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的药物输送装置,进一步包括被可操作地连接到所述致动器(98)的释放机构(84),其中,当所述致动器被致动时,所述释放机构(84)被布置成作用在所述连接机构(68、72)上,用于从所述剂量设定螺母(58)释放所述剂量滚筒(70),由此所示返回力元件(82)能够将所述剂量滚筒移动回到它的初始位置。
8.根据权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的药物输送装置,进一步包括剂量限制机构(36、80),所述剂量限制机构被可操作地布置到所述剂量设定螺母(58)并且能够限制待设定的最大剂量。
9.根据权利要求8所述的药物输送装置,其中所述剂量限制机构包括止动壁架(80),所述止动壁架(80)被布置成与所述壳体上的止动壁架(36)相互作用,其中所述剂量设定螺母的回转将使所述止动壁架在所述剂量设定螺母的一圈内彼此接触,限制待设定的最大剂量。
10.根据权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的药物输送装置,进一步包括剂量定位机构(26),所述剂量定位机构(26)被可操作地布置在所述药物容器保持器(38)和所述壳体(12)之间,能够在设定剂量时在所述药物容器保持器的纵向方向上相对于所述壳体提供不同的固定位置。
11.根据权利要求10所述的药物输送装置,其中所述剂量定位机构包括定位元件(28、30),所述定位元件被布置在所示壳体上,能够接合所述药物容器保持器(38)的所述螺纹(54)。
12.根据权利要求10所述的药物输送装置,其中所述致动器包括锁定机构(112),所述锁定机构被可操作地连接到所述剂量定位机构,使得当所述致动器被操作时,所述定位元件(28、30)与所述药物容器保持器(38)的所述螺纹(54)锁定接合。
13.根据权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的药物输送装置,进一步包括最后剂量机构(52),所述最后剂量机构被可操作地布置到所述剂量设定螺母并且能够把待设定的最大剂量限制到所述药物容器中的药物的剩余量。
14.根据权利要求13所述的药物输送装置,其中所述最后剂量机构包括在所述药物容器的近侧区域中的止动壁架(52),所述止动壁架被布置成与所示剂量设定螺母接触并且限制所述剂量设定螺母的移动。
15.根据权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的药物输送装置,其中所述致动器包括在远侧方向上延伸通过所述壳体的可手动操作的按钮(105)。
16.根据权利要求10所述的药物输送装置,其中所述致动器包括返回力元件(114),所述返回力元件被布置成在输送药物的剂量后使所述致动器返回。
