Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic block diagram of a construction of a single-piece insulator lifting device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a single-piece insulator lifting device 100 of the present invention includes: a chain link 1, a cylindrical support 2, a safety lock 4, and a pincer-like clip 8.
The chain ring 1 is fixed at the middle position of the top of the cylindrical bracket 2 and is used for hanging ropes, and the ropes are used for hanging the single-chip insulator lifting device 100 on a lifting device, so that the single-chip insulator lifting device 100 can be lifted to a position on an overhead telegraph pole tower, on which an insulator needs to be installed.
Safety locks 4 are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the upper part of the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical support 2.
The pincer-like clip 8 includes two L-shaped bars, a connecting piece 83 at the lower part of the long bar of the L-shaped bars, and half jaws 81 and 82 at the ends of the short bars of the two L-shaped bars, respectively, as shown in FIG. 3. The two L-shaped bars of the pincer-like clip 8 are symmetrically located on both sides of the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical stent 2, and the connecting piece 83 of the lower part of the long bar of the two L-shaped bars is movably connected to the lower side surface of the cylindrical stent 2.
The safety lock 4 is detachably fixed to the upper parts of the long bars of the two L-shaped bars of the pincer-shaped clip 8. And when the safety lock is attached to the upper part of the long bar of the L-shaped bar of the pincer-shaped clip 8, the two half jaws 81, 82 of the two L-shaped bars of the pincer-shaped clip 8 are in contact with each other and are facing each other to form a closed shape.
Alternatively, the pincer-like clip 8 can also be fixed to the cylindrical support 2 by means of the spring connection 3 between the position of its two L-shaped bars fixed to the cylindrical support 2 and the position in which the safety lock 4 can be fixed.
Alternatively, two first fixing hole parts 21 are symmetrically fixed to both sides of the upper portion of the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical bracket 2, and as shown in fig. 2, second fixing hole parts 22 are respectively fixed to both sides of the lower portion of the cylindrical bracket 2 at positions respectively located right below the two first fixing hole parts 21. The first fixing hole part 21 is provided with a fixing hole, the second fixing hole part 22 is provided with an upper fixing hole and a lower fixing hole, the safety lock 4 is movably fixed in the fixing hole of the first fixing hole part 21, and for example, the safety lock 4 can be movably fixed on the first fixing hole part 21 through a spring member.
At this time, the two L-shaped bars of the pincer-shaped clip 8 are located on both sides of the cylindrical bracket 2 in such a manner that the L-shaped bars are opposite to each other and are adjacent to the first fixing hole part 21 and the second fixing hole part 22, and as shown in fig. 1, the connection piece 83 of the lower part of the long bar of the two L-shaped bars of the pincer-shaped clip 8 is movably connected to the lower fixing hole of the second fixing hole part 22. The two L-shaped bars of the pincer-shaped clip 8 have their end half jaws 81 and 82 opposite each other and spaced apart so that when the safety lock 4 is attached to the upper portions of the two L-shaped bars, the two L-shaped bar end half jaws 81 and 82 can be brought into contact with each other and brought into facing relationship to form a closed shape.
Alternatively, the L-shaped bar of the pincer-like clip may be also movably fixed to the cylindrical bracket 2 through the upper side fixing hole of the second fixing hole part 22 by the spring link 3.
In the single-piece insulator-lifting device of the present invention, the angle of the two L-shaped bars of the pincer-like clip 8 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, an L-shaped bar of an acute angle or an obtuse angle, without being limited to a right angle.
In the single-piece insulator lifting device of the present invention, the shape of the half jaws 81, 82 of the clip 8 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, symmetrical semicircular, rectangular, elliptical, or triangular jaws.
Alternatively, in the above-mentioned single-piece insulator lifting device of the present invention, two safety locks 4 may be symmetrically fixed at one ends to the upper parts of two elongated rods of the pincer-like clip 8, and the other end ring is sleeved on the chain ring 1, as shown in fig. 7, at this time, a slide hole 7 is provided at an axially middle position of the upper middle part of the cylindrical bracket 2, and when the chain ring 3 is pulled, the chain ring 3 slides in the slide hole 7, so that the safety locks can be opened or closed.
Next, it is specifically described how to mount an insulator using the single-piece insulator lifting device 100 of the present invention.
When the safety lock 4 is not connected to the long bar upper portions of the two L-shaped bars of the clip-on clip 8 (i.e., the safety lock 4 is opened), the L-shaped bar upper portions of the clip-on clip 8 are movable, and the two L-shaped bar upper portions of the clip-on clip 8 are drawn close to each other due to the contracting function of the spring link 3, but the two L-shaped bars do not touch the column bracket 2 or the safety lock 4 due to the tension function of the spring link 3, and at this time, the semicircular jaw 81 and the semicircular jaw 82 at the lower end of the clip-on clip 8 are separated from each other as shown in fig. 4. In this case, the ball head of the single-piece insulator (as shown in fig. 5) may be put into a position between the semicircular jaws 81 and 82, and then the safety lock 4 may be closed, that is, the safety lock 4 may be connected to the upper portions of the two L-shaped bars, respectively, so that the semicircular jaws 81 and 82 are faced to close to form a circular ring, and the single-piece insulator may be clamped between the two semicircular jaws 81 and 82, as shown in fig. 6, so that the operator may be prevented from opening the pincer-shaped clamp 8 to release the insulator 5.
Then, the single-chip insulator lifting device 100 carrying the single-chip insulator is lifted to the position on the telegraph pole tower, where the single-chip insulator needs to be installed, by an operator, the single-chip insulator is installed at the corresponding position, and then the safety lock 4 at the upper part of the single-chip insulator lifting device 100 is opened to release the single-chip insulator. This can avoid the inconvenience and danger of the operator carrying the single insulator to install the single insulator, thereby ensuring the convenience and safety of the operator working aloft.
In the description provided herein, numerous specific details are set forth. However, it is understood that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without these specific details. In some instances, well-known methods, structures and techniques have not been shown in detail in order not to obscure an understanding of this description.
Furthermore, the foregoing is only illustrative of the principles and preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that several other variants are possible to those skilled in the art on the basis of the principle of the invention, which variants are also considered to fall within the scope of the invention.
Furthermore, those skilled in the art will appreciate that combinations of features of the different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the invention and form the different embodiments. For example, in the claims, any of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.
