Abstract

一种石膏耐水粉,由水泥熟料、硫酸铝、硅铝酸 盐、塑化剂和缓凝剂组成,其重量百分比为:硅铝酸盐 55~85%;水泥熟料15~40%;硫酸铝1~10%;塑 化剂0.3~1.0%;缓凝剂0.1~0.5%。在石膏粉中掺 入10~30%的石膏耐水粉,可使石膏试件显著提高 耐水性,也能改善其它物理力学性能。该粉价格低 廉,其售价仅为当前各种石膏防水剂的1/5~ 1/10,可广泛应用于各种石膏制品。

Description

本发明涉及一种石膏制品的掺加剂。
石膏制品(如纸面石膏板、石膏板空心条板、纤维石膏板等)一般耐水性能都较差,在水中、潮湿或干湿循环条件下使用,强度会大大降低,甚至完全失去强度,使石膏板受到严重破坏。为改善石膏制品的耐水性,有的在石膏中加入各种水溶性合成树脂、沥青、石腊乳液、聚乙烯醇等有机物,或赋以憎水性,或提高其结构的致密性,以达到改善其耐水性的目的。但目前采用的这些外加剂,有的价格太高(每吨达数千元),有的会降低石膏制品的强度。
本发明的目的是提供一种价格低廉的石膏耐水粉,掺入石膏拌和物后,可以显著提高石膏制品的耐水性,并不会降低制品的强度和耐久性。
本发明的石膏耐水粉,含有水泥熟料,其特征在于:还由硫酸铝、硅铝酸盐、塑化剂和缓凝剂组成,其重量百分比为:
硅铝酸盐55~85%;水泥熟料15~40%;硫酸铝1~10%;塑化剂0.3~1.0%;缓凝剂0.1~0.5%。
其中硅铝酸盐可以是硅藻土、粉煤灰或矿渣。塑化剂可以是甲基纤维素或木钙。缓凝剂可以是柠檬酸或硼酸。
石膏耐水粉的生产主要经原材料精选、干燥、混合、磨细等工序。其含水率小于1%,细度(4900孔筛余)小于5%。
石膏耐水粉按其凝结时间分为普通型和缓凝型两类。普通型石膏耐水粉掺入石膏拌和物后,不改变石膏原有的初、终凝时间;
缓凝型石膏耐水粉掺入石膏拌和物后,可根据施工的要求延长初、终凝时间,而不影响其物理力学性能。
掺入方法可采用等量取代石膏粉的方法,掺量一般为石膏粉重量的10~30%。使用时,将石膏耐水粉与石膏粉同时加入搅拌机与水拌和,不需延长搅拌时间。搅拌所需用水量、成型方法均无特殊要求;其养护方法可根据选取的材料和配比,采用自然干燥、人工干燥或在湿热条件下养护。
本发明的优点:可使石膏试件显著提高耐水性,也能改善其它物理力学性能,抗压强度可提高20~40%以上;抗折强度可提高10~30%以上;软化系数大于0.7;泡水24小时后强度高于不泡水的石膏试件;标准稠度用水量比不掺耐水粉减少2~10%;该粉价格低廉,其售价仅为当前各种石膏防水剂的1/5~1/10,与市售的耐水空心条板相比,每平方米的价格可降低5~7元。可广泛应用于纸面石膏板、装饰石膏板、空心条板、纤维石膏板、石膏保温板、石膏砌块和其它石膏制品中。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例:一种缓凝型石膏耐水粉,由40%的水泥熟料、40%的硅藻土、14.5%的粉煤灰、5%的硫酸铝、0.5%的甲基纤维素组成,另加石膏用量0.15%的柠檬酸。细度(4900孔筛余)<5%。

1、一种石膏耐水粉,含有水泥熟料,其特征在于:还由硫酸铝、硅铝酸盐、塑化剂和缓凝剂组成,其重量百分比为:
硅铝酸盐55~85%;水泥熟料15~40%;硫酸铝1~10%;塑化剂0.3~1.0%;缓凝剂0.1~0.5%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的石膏耐水粉,其特征在于:所述硅铝酸盐可以是硅藻土、粉煤灰或矿渣。
3、根据权利要求1所述的石膏耐水粉,其特征在于:所述塑化剂可以是甲基纤维素或木钙。
4、根据权利要求1所述的石膏耐水粉,其特征在于:所述缓凝剂可以是柠檬酸或硼酸。
