Abstract

本发明涉及一种石膏板,具体涉及一种驱虫石膏板。驱虫石膏板,其制备方法为在普通石膏板原料中按总重量的2~7%添加驱虫纳米纤维。本发明制得的石膏板具有驱虫杀虫的功能,采用本发明的方法制得的驱虫石膏板,驱虫效果持久,成本较低。

本发明涉及一种石膏板,具体涉及一种驱虫石膏板。
背景技术
蚊虫具有趋光性,很多蚊虫会聚集在灯光附近,不仅天花板上有大量蚊虫,还会导致了人们家里的吸顶灯里会有蚊虫进入,不仅影响了灯光效果,而且很难打扫。
目前,很多人家里为了美观,都安装了石膏板吊顶,但是这种石膏板功能单一,因此,本发明提供一种具有驱虫作用的石膏板。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种驱虫石膏板。
一种驱虫石膏板,该石膏板为在普通石膏板原料中添加驱虫纳米纤维。
其中,驱虫纳米纤维制备方法为:将香茅草经过提纯制得香茅草精油,将中空腈纶纤维放入到香茅草精油中,超声波震荡2~4h,再在80~90℃下,干燥40~60h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
或者,驱虫纳米纤维制备方法为:将中空腈纶纤维放入到环戊烯丙菊酯中,超声波震荡2~4h,再在80~90℃下,干燥40~60h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
优选的,驱虫纤维添加量为石膏板总重量的2~7%。
本发明的有益效果:通过在石膏板中添加驱虫纳米纤维,使石膏板具有驱虫杀虫的功能。采用本发明的方法制得的驱虫石膏板,驱虫效果持久,成本较低。
具体实施方式
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种驱虫石膏板。
一种驱虫石膏板,该石膏板为在普通石膏板原料中添加驱虫纳米纤维。
其中,驱虫纳米纤维制备方法为:将香茅草经过提纯制得香茅草精油,将中空腈纶纤维放入到香茅草精油中,超声波震荡2~4h,再在80~90℃下,干燥40~60h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
香茅草具有驱蚊的效果。香茅草驱蚊对于人体是没有任何坏处,十分适用于家庭驱蚊,香茅草驱蚊并不是通过杀死蚊虫,而是利用其自身的气味对其进行驱赶。
优选的,中空纳米纤维孔径为700~800nm。
或者,驱虫纳米纤维制备方法为:将中空腈纶纤维放入到环戊烯丙菊酯中,超声波震荡2~4h,再在80~90℃下,干燥40~60h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
优选的,驱虫纤维添加量为石膏板总重量的2~7%。
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的描述,并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
将中空的腈纶纳米纤维材料放入到香茅草精油中,超声震荡3h,然后在80℃条件下恒温干燥40h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
将石膏板制作原料放入到搅拌装置中,制成石膏浆料,用雾化装置将石膏浆料喷入混合桶,同时用喷射装置将驱虫纳米纤维按总重量的2%喷入混合桶,形成最终物料;物料在混合桶中搅拌滞留时间半分钟;用喷涂机将最终物料喷涂到模具内,约25min,待石膏凝固后脱模,将成品放入干燥室干燥,控制温度50~80℃;最后对成品外观整形,制得驱虫石膏板。
实施例2
将孔径为800nm的中空腈纶纳米纤维材料放入到环戊烯丙菊酯中,超声震荡4h,然后在80℃条件下恒温干燥40h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
将石膏板制作原料放入到搅拌装置中,制成石膏浆料,用雾化装置将石膏浆料喷入混合桶,同时用喷射装置将驱虫纳米纤维按总重量的3%喷入混合桶,形成最终物料;物料在混合桶中搅拌滞留时间半分钟;用喷涂机将最终物料喷涂到模具内,约25min,待石膏凝固后脱模,将成品放入干燥室干燥,控制温度50~80℃;最后对成品外观整形,制得驱虫石膏板。

1.一种驱虫石膏板,其特征在于,该石膏板为在普通石膏板原料中添加驱虫纳米纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫石膏板,其特征在于,驱虫纳米纤维制备方法为:将香茅草经过提纯制得香茅草精油,将中空腈纶纤维放入到香茅草精油中,超声波震荡2~4h,再在80~90℃下,干燥40~60h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种驱虫石膏板,其特征在于,驱虫纳米纤维制备方法为:将中空腈纶纤维放入到环戊烯丙菊酯中,超声波震荡2~4h,再在80~90℃下,干燥40~60h,制得驱虫纳米纤维。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种驱虫石膏板,其特征在于,驱虫纤维添加量为石膏板总重量的2~7%。
