取月桂醇烷氧基化物12份、含椰油酰胺混合物23份、烷基氧化胺1.5份、右旋柠檬烯溶剂50份、助溶剂33份、水65份加入一个烧瓶内,加热,搅拌,再将其投入反应釜中,将反应釜升温至90℃,加入氰乙酸乙酯6份,加热2小时,停止加热,加入环己烷5份、乙酸乙酯4份混合,回流脱水,温度升至125℃,出料,得到缩聚体;
将上述缩聚体混合2倍的水进行减压蒸馏至原体积的1/4,随后置于带有温度计和回流装置的三口烧瓶中,将烧瓶置于水浴锅中,升温至50~60℃,再加入200份去离子水,搅拌20~30min,静置分层,液体,再取,橘皮,加入液体,蒸煮,过滤,得到清洁液;
乌洛托品5份、草酸8份、羟甲基纤维素10份、海泥皂素8份、吖啶黄5份、草甘膦增效剂4份、三羧基三乙胺8份、二乙醇胺4份、催化剂8份,混合,加入10倍分量的水,混合,得到第一溶剂;
将2等份胶剂混合20倍分量的水混合加热,蒸馏,得到第二溶剂;
将第一溶剂、第二溶剂及剩余的5等份胶剂,混合,得到底胶。
橘皮先与水蒸煮后取出使用,其中橘皮与水的重量比为1:10-13。
橘皮与液体的重量比为1:100-110。
清洁液在喷之前,微加热,喷第一次后,进行洗涤,喷第二次后,烘干。
微加热温度为40-45℃。
经试验,本发明的印花体系与其他印花体系,利用在箱包上的性能对比
通过实验数据可知,本发明的整体耐腐蚀和耐磨的效果得到显著提升,耐高温时间更长,防水防高温,延长使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.一种增强服装印花效果的印花前处理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤
所述的前处理,将服装表面所要印花区域涂抹一层胶,待胶凝固后,撕掉,喷洒清洁液,静至10-20分钟,再涂抹一层底胶,烘干胶,在胶上进行印花;
具体为,将服装用风机吹干,将MQ硅树脂20-30份和107硅橡胶30-50份搅拌混合,同时加入催化剂3-6份,在90℃以上的高温下至完全混合;再将200#溶解汽油1-2份加入调节粘度,同时加入增粘剂3-5份,搅拌20分钟即可,最后加入盐酸调节PH值为7-8,得到胶剂,将胶分为十一等份,将1等份放入反应釜中;3等份于5倍的水混合涂抹在服装上,冷却后,微加热,撕掉,
在反应釜中加入10倍胶剂份量的去离子水,然后加入氯化钠盐10-13份份进行溶解,再边搅拌边加入环氧乙烷/丙烷嵌段共聚物5-9份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚9-11份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠9-11份及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硅烷2-3份,搅拌时间5-10分钟;
取月桂醇烷氧基化物3-12份、含椰油酰胺混合物7-23份、烷基氧化胺0.9-1.5份、右旋柠檬烯溶剂13-50份、助溶剂15-33份、水17-65份加入一个烧瓶内,加热,搅拌,再将其投入反应釜中,将反应釜升温至90℃,加入氰乙酸乙酯2-6份,加热2小时,停止加热,加入环己烷2-5份、乙酸乙酯3-4份混合,回流脱水,温度升至125℃,出料,得到缩聚体;
将上述缩聚体混合2倍的水进行减压蒸馏至原体积的1/4,随后置于带有温度计和回流装置的三口烧瓶中,将烧瓶置于水浴锅中,升温至50~60℃,再加入100~200份去离子水,搅拌20~30min,静置分层,液体,再取,橘皮,加入液体,蒸煮,过滤,得到清洁液;
乌洛托品3-5份、草酸6-8份、羟甲基纤维素8-10份、海泥皂素6-8份、吖啶黄3-5份、草甘膦增效剂2-4份、三羧基三乙胺6-8份、二乙醇胺2-4份、催化剂6-8份,混合,加入10倍分量的水,混合,得到第一溶剂;
将2等份胶剂混合20倍分量的水混合加热,蒸馏,得到第二溶剂;
将第一溶剂、第二溶剂及剩余的5等份胶剂,混合,得到底胶。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种增强服装印花效果的印花前处理方法,其特征在于:所述的橘皮先与水蒸煮后取出使用,其中橘皮与水的重量比为1:10-13。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种增强服装印花效果的印花前处理方法,其特征在于:所述的橘皮与液体的重量比为1:100-110。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种增强服装印花效果的印花前处理方法,其特征在于:所述的清洁液在喷之前,微加热,喷第一次后,进行洗涤,喷第二次后,烘干。
5.根据权利要求4中所述的一种增强服装印花效果的印花前处理方法,其特征在于:所述的微加热温度为40-45℃。
