Abstract
本发明公开了一种气球灯布料,包括基布,基布为涤纶布,所述基布的上表面涂覆第一PU层,基布的下表面涂覆第二PU层。本发明与传统气球灯布料相比,具有耐紫外线等级高输出的色温稳定,抗撕裂强度高,单位重量轻的优点;而且新布料因图层工艺较贴膜工艺气密层厚度减薄,减轻重量的同时提高了产品的光输出效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,具体涉及一种气球灯布料。
背景技术
气球灯至今已经发展到6个系列、60多款产品,作为一种创新的活动布置设备,为活动中各种星光大道、户外草坪、空旷广场、挑空舞台等布置提供全新的创意思路、集活动照明、活动标语、活动场地、活动装饰于一身的气球灯为活动增添亮点,彰显活动品味,尤其被广泛应用在电影拍摄及路政施工。
气球灯由充气灯罩及内部设置的灯具组成,现有的气球灯布罩布料,通常采用尼龙布表面贴膜的生产工艺。现有的气球灯布罩布料有如下问题:
1.现有的传统布料以尼龙布为基材,用贴膜工艺做耐水压,因尼龙的特性决定其耐紫外线的效果不理想,易黄变,使产品在后期使用中会降低灯具的色温,影响产品使用;因贴膜工艺的局限,膜的厚度很难做到很薄,这样就很大程度上增加了产品的单位面积克重,使得产品自重增加,产品的飘空也无法实现。
2.现有传统布料采用高温贴膜工艺,胶水和高温在一定程度上对基布产生了一定的破坏,使得布料的撕裂强度急剧下降,撕裂强度的下降使得产品的耐用性受到影响,同时对体积比较大,压力比较高的产品有了一定局限性,不能应用到这些产品上。
针对上述问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种气球灯布料,气球灯布料是依照大型金属卤化物充气灯需求设计的一款新型布料,利用布料的涤纶基布与双层PU涂层气密工艺,能满足金卤灯充气飘空,耐黄变,色温稳定的专业照明需求。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种气球灯布料,包括基布,基布为涤纶布,所述基布的上表面涂覆第一PU层,基布的下表面涂覆第二PU层。
更优的技术方案,基布为白色涤纶平纹布。
更优的技术方案,基布的幅宽为幅宽150CM。
更优的技术方案,第一PU层外侧涂覆有第三PU层。
更优的技术方案,第二PU层外侧涂覆有第四PU层。
更优的技术方案,PU层为抗紫外线等级30+以上的白色PU胶水层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明与传统气球灯布料相比,具有耐紫外线等级高输出的色温稳定,抗撕裂强度高,单位重量轻的优点;而且新布料因图层工艺较贴膜工艺气密层厚度减薄,减轻重量的同时提高了产品的光输出效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1,一种气球灯布料,包括基布1,基布1为涤纶布,基布1的上表面涂覆第一PU层3,基布1的下表面涂覆第二PU层2。这里采用涤纶布作为基布,涤纶为高强度布料,基布克重保持在63克每平米左右,产品的经向撕破强度达到3.6N,纬向撕破强度达到2.1N。产品颜色为白色,在标准光源下测试光源透过布料色温在5600K±200K,在基布的两侧通过涂抹PU胶水工艺进行密封。通过对涤纶基布的两侧涂抹PU胶水,既可以提高产品的抗撕裂强度,又大大降低布料的克重,由原来的250克每平米降低至100克每平米以内,而且提高了光输出效率,提高光线色温的稳定性。
PU胶水通过干法涂层工艺涂抹于涤纶基布上,干法涂层是用溶剂或用水稀释PU涂层剂并添加必要的助剂配制而成涂布浆即PU胶水,借涂布器均匀涂布于织物底布上,然后经加热,使溶剂汽化或水分挥发,从而使涂层剂在底布表面形成坚韧的薄膜。
更优的技术方案,基布1为白色涤纶平纹布。涤纶平纹布具有更好的防水,不吸湿,强度好等特点。
更优的技术方案,基布1的幅宽为幅宽150CM,可以用于更大的气球灯。
更优的技术方案,第一PU层3外侧涂覆有第三PU层4。双层涂抹PU胶水用来提高布料的密封性能。
更优的技术方案,第二PU层2外侧涂覆有第四PU层5。基布两侧进行两次涂抹的工艺来提高产品的耐水压等级,这样的布料的耐水压能力达到10000MM以上。
更优的技术方案,PU层为抗紫外线等级30+以上的白色PU胶水层。PU层选用抗紫外线等级30+以上的PU胶水进行涂抹形成,这样可以大大提高布料的耐黄变性能,而且可以将布料的每平米的克重控制在96克以内。使得生产体积更大,抗撕裂强度高,耐黄变性能更好的气球灯成为可能。

综上所述,本发明与传统气球灯布料相比,具有耐紫外线等级高输出的色温稳定,抗撕裂强度高,单位重量轻的优点;而且新布料因图层工艺较贴膜工艺气密层厚度减薄,减轻重量的同时提高了产品的光输出效率。

1.一种气球灯布料,包括基布(1),其特征在于,所述基布(1)为涤纶布,所述基布(1)的上表面涂覆第一PU层(3),所述基布(1)的下表面涂覆第二PU层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气球灯布料,其特征在于,所述基布(1)为白色涤纶平纹布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气球灯布料,其特征在于,所述基布(1)的幅宽为幅宽150CM。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种气球灯布料,其特征在于,所述第一PU层(3)外侧涂覆有第三PU层(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种气球灯布料,其特征在于,所述第二PU层(2)外侧涂覆有第四PU层(5)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种气球等布料,其特征在于,PU层为抗紫外线等级30+以上的白色PU胶水层。
