技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有阻燃效果的纱线,特别涉及一种阻燃整理剂及其制得的航空内饰用纺织品纱线。
背景技术
近年来,因纺织品诱燃的火灾事故多发,各国对纺织品的阻燃要求愈来愈得到重视。解决纺织品原材料的阻燃性主要有两种途径:一式纺丝前的原丝改性,即用具有阻燃性的共聚单体合成阻燃共聚物或纺丝前加入非共聚成份的阻燃添加剂,使纤维具有阻燃性能。二是在形成纤维或织物后再进行功能性后整理。前者耐洗性好,但不能保持纤维原有特性,后者很少改变纤维基本特性,而且加工方法简便,是目前用得较多的一种方法,其缺点是对织物的强力、手感、耐洗和日晒牢度、黄变等有一定影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种航空内饰用纺织品纱线,该纱线经过经阻燃整理剂进行功能性后整理得到,阻燃功能优异,耐洗和耐摩擦性能好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种阻燃整理剂,所述阻燃整理剂包括以下质量分数的组分:阻燃成分15~20%,木质素5~6%,糯米淀粉4~5%,三聚磷酸钠1~2%,氢化蓖麻油1~2%,聚醋酸乙烯酯3~4%,余量为水。本发明的阻燃整理剂用于纱线的阻燃功能性后整理,使用后,在纱线表面附着一层阻燃膜层,因此可以提高纱线的阻燃效果。
阻燃整理剂采用木质素,增加了阻燃成分在纱线表面附着率,并对附着在纱线表面的阻燃膜层起到了增强强度的良好效果。配方中的糯米淀粉用于对体系提供适当的粘稠度,氢化蓖麻油起增稠、增硬和缓释等作用,用于包覆阻燃成分,避免其暴露在阻燃膜层外部迅速失效。另一方面,氢化蓖麻油与进一步糊化的糯米淀粉一起,对配方中的阻燃成分起到支持和增效功能。聚醋酸乙烯酯的加入加强了对阻燃成分的包覆。
作为优选,所述阻燃成分为N-羟甲基-3-(二甲氧基膦酰基) 丙酰胺、四羟甲基氯化氨或甲基磷酸二甲酯。
一种所述阻燃整理剂的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将糯米淀粉与水混合后加热至56-58℃,保温2min后加入三聚磷酸钠充分混匀,然后加热至63-65℃,保温2min后自然冷却至50℃以下,
步骤二,将配方量的阻燃成分、木质素、氢化蓖麻油和聚醋酸乙烯酯充分混匀,得到混合乳液,
步骤三,将混合乳液加入到步骤一得到的物料中混匀。
一种采用所述阻燃整理剂进行处理得到的航空内饰用纺织品纱线,该纱线是由阻燃涤纶、阻燃腈纶和羊毛进行混纺,然后经阻燃整理剂进行功能性后整理得到。
作为优选,所述阻燃涤纶、阻燃腈纶和羊毛的质量比为6:3:1。
一种所述的航空内饰用纺织品纱线的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤:
所述阻燃涤纶、阻燃腈纶和羊毛混纺制得航空内饰用纺织品坯纱;
功能性后整理:航空内饰用纺织品坯纱,经环保分散染料、毛用活性染料、阳离子染料“一浴两步法”或“两浴两步法”进行染色,然后采用所述的阻燃整理剂浸渍,浴比1:8-10,30-60min→脱水2min,带液率控制在25%~30%→烘干,60-80℃×30-60min→焙烘,100-150℃,3-15min,检验,送航空指定第三方检测公司检测合格后,得到航空内饰用纺织品纱线产品。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的原料选择在纺丝阶段就加入阻燃剂的阻燃涤纶、阻燃腈纶和羊毛进行混纺,有效的增强了产品纱线的阻燃效果,然后通过添加优选的阻燃整理剂进行功能性后整理,提高阻燃效果,所选用的阻燃整理剂无甲醛、无卤素,绿色环保,不含有毒、污染物质,符合Oeko-Tex的要求,不影响纱线强力及手感,降低黄变几率。

实施例1:
一种阻燃整理剂,其特征在于所述阻燃整理剂包括以下质量分数的组分:N-羟甲基-3-(二甲氧基膦酰基) 丙酰胺20%,木质素5%,糯米淀粉4%,三聚磷酸钠2%,氢化蓖麻油2%,聚醋酸乙烯酯4%,余量为水。该阻燃整理剂的制备方法为:
步骤一,将糯米淀粉与水混合后加热至58℃,保温2min后加入三聚磷酸钠充分混匀,然后加热至65℃,保温2min后自然冷却至50℃以下,
步骤二,将配方量的阻燃成分、木质素、氢化蓖麻油和聚醋酸乙烯酯充分混匀,得到混合乳液,
步骤三,将混合乳液加入到步骤一得到的物料中混匀。
实施例2:
一种阻燃整理剂,其特征在于所述阻燃整理剂包括以下质量分数的组分:甲基磷酸二甲酯15%,木质素6%,糯米淀粉4%,三聚磷酸钠2%,氢化蓖麻油2%,聚醋酸乙烯酯3%,余量为水。该阻燃整理剂的制备方法为:
步骤一,将糯米淀粉与水混合后加热至56℃,保温2min后加入三聚磷酸钠充分混匀,然后加热至63℃,保温2min后自然冷却至50℃以下,
步骤二,将配方量的阻燃成分、木质素、氢化蓖麻油和聚醋酸乙烯酯充分混匀,得到混合乳液,

步骤一,将糯米淀粉与水混合后加热至56-58℃,保温2min后加入三聚磷酸钠充分混匀,然后加热至63-65℃,保温2min后自然冷却至50℃以下,

实施例4:
一种采用实施例1制得的阻燃整理剂进行处理得到的航空内饰用纺织品纱线,该纱线是由阻燃涤纶、阻燃腈纶和羊毛进行混纺,然后经阻燃整理剂进行功能性后整理得到。所述阻燃涤纶、阻燃腈纶和羊毛的质量比为6:3:1,混纺制得航空内饰用纺织品坯纱。
功能性后整理方法具体过程为:航空内饰用纺织品坯纱,经环保分散染料、毛用活性染料、阳离子染料“一浴两步法”或“两浴两步法”进行染色,然后采用本发明所述的阻燃整理剂浸渍(浴比1:8-10)30-60min→脱水2min,带液率控制在25%~30%→烘干 (60-80℃×30-60min)→焙烘(100-150℃,3-15min),检验,送航空指定第三方检测公司检测合格后,得到航空内饰用纺织品纱线产品。
经验证,以上实施例得到的航空内饰用纺织品纱线产品,阻燃效果好,所选用的阻燃整理剂无甲醛、无卤素,绿色环保,不含有毒、污染物质,符合Oeko-Tex的要求,不影响纱线强力及手感。
上述方法制得的航空内饰用纺织品纱线的主要指标如下: (1)损毁长度≤200mm;(2)续燃时间≤15s; (3)耐水色牢度(变色、沾色)≥4/3级; (4)耐摩擦(干湿)≥3-4级;(5)甲醛含量≤75mg / kg 。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1.一种阻燃整理剂,其特征在于所述阻燃整理剂包括以下质量分数的组分:阻燃成分15~20%,木质素5~6%,糯米淀粉4~5%,三聚磷酸钠1~2%,氢化蓖麻油1~2%,聚醋酸乙烯酯3~4%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃整理剂,其特征在于:所述阻燃成分为N-羟甲基-3-(二甲氧基膦酰基) 丙酰胺、四羟甲基氯化氨或甲基磷酸二甲酯。
3.一种权利要求1所述阻燃整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将糯米淀粉与水混合后加热至56-58℃,保温2min后加入三聚磷酸钠充分混匀,然后加热至63-65℃,保温2min后自然冷却至50℃以下,

功能性后整理:航空内饰用纺织品坯纱,经环保分散染料、毛用活性染料、阳离子染料“一浴两步法”或“两浴两步法”进行染色,然后采用所述的阻燃整理剂浸渍,浴比1:8-10,30-60min→脱水2min,带液率控制在25%~30%→烘干,60-80℃×30-60min→焙烘,100-150℃,3-15min,检验,送航空指定第三方检测公司检测合格后,得到航空内饰用纺织品纱线产品。
7.一种权利要求4所述的航空内饰用纺织品纱线的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤:

功能性后整理:航空内饰用纺织品坯纱,经环保分散染料、毛用活性染料、阳离子染料“一浴两步法”或“两浴两步法”进行染色,然后采用所述的阻燃整理剂浸渍,浴比1:8-10,30-60min→脱水2min,带液率控制在25%~30%→烘干,60-80℃×30-60min→焙烘,100-150℃,3-15min,检验,送航空指定第三方检测公司检测合格后,得到航空内饰用纺织品纱线产品。
