本发明的目的是提供一种水基切削液。为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:2-巯基苯并咪唑3、纳米二氧化硅7、二甲基硅油2、双乙酸钠5、白炭黑5、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐5、妥尔油5、单甘酯5、乙二醇一丁醚6、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3、助剂8、水200;所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成,松香6、氰尿酸锌3、硅丙乳液2、异噻唑啉酮3、葡萄糖酸钙3、纤维素羟乙基醚3、二甘醇8、蓖麻酰胺5、聚乙二醇5、丙烯醇7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚3、消泡剂0.5、水60;制备方法是将纤维素羟乙基醚、聚乙二醇、硅丙乳液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚加到水中,加热至60°C,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;将松香、二甘醇、丙烯醇、蓖麻酰胺混合加热至70°C,搅拌均匀后将所得的产物缓慢加入,以500转/分的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至90°C,并在2500转/分下高速搅拌20分钟,再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌15分钟即可;由以下具体步骤制成,将妥尔油、单甘酯、二甲基硅油和2-巯基苯并咪唑混合,加热至70°C,搅拌反应25分钟后得到混合物A;将水煮沸后迅速冷却至75°C,再加入琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和乙二醇一丁醚搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1000 转/分下搅拌反应50分钟,得到混合物B;将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中,将温度控制在56°C,搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分,在1800转/分下高速搅拌35分钟后过滤即可。
本发明添加的助剂增强了切削液的分散、润滑、成膜性能,同时本发明的切削液防锈效果显著、分散性好、稳定性高、冷却效果好,提高了加工质量,成本低廉。
具体实施方式

本发明的切削液性能指标:5%的乳化液安定性实验(35°C,24h):不析油、不析皂;防锈性实验(45°C,钢铁单片24h)≥48h,无锈斑;防锈性实验(45°C,钢铁叠片8h)≥16h,无锈斑;腐蚀实验(58°C,铸铁24h)≥48h;腐蚀实验(60°C,紫铜8h)≥12h;对机床油漆适应性实验:不起泡、不开裂、不发粘。
