本发明的目的是提供一种水基切削液。为了实现本发明的目的，本发明通过以下方案实施：2-巯基苯并咪唑3、纳米二氧化硅7、二甲基硅油2、双乙酸钠5、白炭黑5、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐5、妥尔油5、单甘酯5、乙二醇一丁醚6、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3、助剂8、水200；所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成，松香6、氰尿酸锌3、硅丙乳液2、异噻唑啉酮3、葡萄糖酸钙3、纤维素羟乙基醚3、二甘醇8、蓖麻酰胺5、聚乙二醇5、丙烯醇7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚3、消泡剂0.5、水60；制备方法是将纤维素羟乙基醚、聚乙二醇、硅丙乳液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚加到水中，加热至60°C，搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用；将松香、二甘醇、丙烯醇、蓖麻酰胺混合加热至70°C，搅拌均匀后将所得的产物缓慢加入，以500转/分的转速搅拌，加料结束后加热至90°C，并在2500转/分下高速搅拌20分钟，再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌15分钟即可；由以下具体步骤制成，将妥尔油、单甘酯、二甲基硅油和2-巯基苯并咪唑混合，加热至70°C，搅拌反应25分钟后得到混合物A；将水煮沸后迅速冷却至75°C，再加入琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和乙二醇一丁醚搅拌均匀，搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1000 转/分下搅拌反应50分钟，得到混合物B；将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中，将温度控制在56°C，搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分，在1800转/分下高速搅拌35分钟后过滤即可。
本发明添加的助剂增强了切削液的分散、润滑、成膜性能，同时本发明的切削液防锈效果显著、分散性好、稳定性高、冷却效果好，提高了加工质量，成本低廉。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。本发明的水基切削液由2-巯基苯并咪唑3、纳米二氧化硅7、二甲基硅油2、双乙酸钠5、白炭黑5、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐5、妥尔油5、单甘酯5、乙二醇一丁醚6、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3、助剂8、水200组成；所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成，松香6、氰尿酸锌3、硅丙乳液2、异噻唑啉酮3、葡萄糖酸钙3、纤维素羟乙基醚3、二甘醇8、蓖麻酰胺5、聚乙二醇5、丙烯醇7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚3、消泡剂0.5、水60；制备方法是将纤维素羟乙基醚、聚乙二醇、硅丙乳液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚加到水中，加热至60°C，搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用；将松香、二甘醇、丙烯醇、蓖麻酰胺混合加热至70°C，搅拌均匀后将所得的产物缓慢加入，以500转/分的转速搅拌，加料结束后加热至90°C，并在2500转/分下高速搅拌20分钟，再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌15分钟即可；由以下具体步骤制成，将妥尔油、单甘酯、二甲基硅油和2-巯基苯并咪唑混合，加热至70°C，搅拌反应25分钟后得到混合物A；将水煮沸后迅速冷却至75°C，再加入琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和乙二醇一丁醚搅拌均匀，搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1000 转/分下搅拌反应50分钟，得到混合物B；将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中，将温度控制在56°C，搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分，在1800转/分下高速搅拌35分钟后过滤即可。
本发明的切削液性能指标：5%的乳化液安定性实验（35°C，24h）：不析油、不析皂；防锈性实验（45°C，钢铁单片24h）≥48h，无锈斑；防锈性实验（45°C，钢铁叠片8h）≥16h，无锈斑；腐蚀实验（58°C，铸铁24h）≥48h；腐蚀实验（60°C，紫铜8h）≥12h；对机床油漆适应性实验：不起泡、不开裂、不发粘。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
