技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车座椅的电磁驱动式的滑轨。
背景技术
现有的汽车座椅的滑轨,一般是机械式的,包括安装在汽车座椅椅脚底部的滑轨,以支持汽车座椅沿滑轨有一定范围的滑动,由于汽车座椅的移动需要动力机和机械传动方式连接驱动,其滑动的停止需要有限位块进行限位,因而滑轨两端均固定安装有金属的限位块,而该滑动动作的停止,座椅与限位块之间产生撞击和振动,既给座椅上的乘坐者带来较大的不舒适,又容易损坏座椅、滑轨和限位块。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种汽车座椅电磁滑轨,以解决现有的汽车座椅滑动舒适性低,容易收损的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本汽车座椅电磁滑轨包括汽车座椅椅脚底部的滑轨,所述滑轨的顶部为弧形,所述滑轨的顶部嵌装有覆盖所述滑轨顶部的滑轨极盖,所述汽车座椅椅脚的底部为向内凹陷的弧形,所述汽车座椅椅脚的底部嵌装有一弧形的座椅极板,所述滑轨极盖和所述座椅极板为电磁磁极极性相同的电磁铁,所述座椅极板的底部设有多道弯曲的凸起,所述滑轨极盖上设有多道供所述座椅极板凸起向嵌入的凹槽。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述凹槽和所述凸起呈直角的L形,所述凹槽和所述凸起的直角弯曲方向于所述滑轨的轴向垂直界面对称设置。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本汽车座椅电磁滑轨采用电磁磁极极性向同的滑轨极盖和座椅极板,通过电磁驱动汽车座椅椅脚在滑轨上移动,通过电气控制,可以达到非常精确地、平稳地滑动,启动和停止均非常平稳准确,既不会产生位移范围不准确的限位,又不会产生振动,因而非常理想地达到了舒适性和不易受损的两个目的;弧形的滑轨极盖和座椅极板,可以增大磁性的接触面积,并且使两个磁极能够曲面接触,扣合更加平稳、紧密;汽车座椅椅脚的座椅极板的面积远远小于滑轨的面积,因而在座椅极板上设置凸起,其加工难度和成本均不高;L形的凸起和凹槽,是为了使汽车座椅椅脚和滑轨之间结合没有径向滑动,对称设置轴向垂直界面两边的倾斜力被对面的凸起和凹槽抵消掉。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1、图2、图3所示的本汽车座椅电磁滑轨,它包括汽车座椅椅脚底部的滑轨1,汽车座椅椅脚一般有左右两组,每组两根,共四根,左右各设有一个滑轨1,滑轨1的顶部为弧形,滑轨1的顶部嵌装有覆盖滑轨顶部的滑轨极盖3,汽车座椅椅脚2的底部为向内凹陷的弧形,汽车座椅椅脚2的底部嵌装有一弧形的座椅极板4,滑轨极盖3和座椅极板4为电磁磁极极性相同的电磁铁,这里两者均为电磁正极,采用电磁磁极极性向同的滑轨极盖3和座椅极板4,通过电磁驱动汽车座椅椅脚2在滑轨1上移动,通过电气控制,可以达到非常精确地、平稳地滑动,启动和停止均非常平稳准确,既不会产生位移范围不准确的限位,又不会产生振动,因而非常理想地达到了舒适性和不易受损的两个目的。座椅极板4的底部设有多道弯曲的凸起5,滑轨极盖3上设有多道供座椅极板凸起5向嵌入的凹槽,弧形的滑轨极盖3和座椅极板4,可以增大磁性的接触面积,并且使两个磁极能够曲面接触,扣合更加平稳、紧密;汽车座椅椅脚2的座椅极板4的面积远远小于滑轨的面积,因而在座椅极板上设置凸起,其加工难度和成本均不高。凹槽和凸起5呈直角的L形,凹槽和凸起5的直角弯曲方向于滑轨2的轴向垂直界面对称设置,L形的凸起和凹槽,是为了使汽车座椅椅脚2和滑轨1之间结合没有径向滑动,对称设置轴向垂直界面两边的倾斜力被对面的凸起和凹槽抵消掉,使汽车座椅下面的左右两根滑轨和椅脚之间滑动平稳且左右两边受力均匀。

1.一种汽车座椅电磁滑轨,包括汽车座椅椅脚底部的滑轨,其特征在于:所述滑轨的顶部为弧形,所述滑轨的顶部嵌装有覆盖所述滑轨顶部的滑轨极盖,所述汽车座椅椅脚的底部为向内凹陷的弧形,所述汽车座椅椅脚的底部嵌装有一弧形的座椅极板,所述滑轨极盖和所述座椅极板为电磁磁极极性相同的电磁铁,所述座椅极板的底部设有多道弯曲的凸起,所述滑轨极盖上设有多道供所述座椅极板凸起向嵌入的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅电磁滑轨,其特征在于:所述凹槽和所述凸起呈直角的L形,所述凹槽和所述凸起的直角弯曲方向于所述滑轨的轴向垂直界面对称设置。
