本发明涉及环境卫生技术领域,具体为一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器。
背景技术
生活垃圾处理器一种现代化的厨房电器,安装于厨房水槽下方,并与排水管相连,通过交流或直流电机驱动刀盘,利用离心力将粉碎腔内的食物垃圾粉碎后排入下水道,可方便地将菜头菜尾、剩菜剩饭等食物性厨房垃圾粉碎后排入下水道,从而营造健康、清洁、美观的厨房环境。
目前在我们广泛使用的生活垃圾处理器中,结构单一、功能更是单一,特别是对生活垃圾处理器的结构特点进行细致分析时,发现传统生活垃圾处理器存在以下几点缺陷:首先,目前市面上的生活垃圾处理器都只是用机械破碎的方式来处理生活垃圾,把生活垃圾粉碎后便直接排入下水道,其目的只是为了生活垃圾不堵塞下水道,从而可以通过处理器即时排走,不必在厨房和垃圾桶之间来回奔走;但却未考虑环保节能,绿色生活,因为许多生活垃圾是可以再利用的,特别是对于有机物可以发酵转化能源,发酵后的残渣还可作为肥料;其次,现广泛使用的生活垃圾处理器都是将各种类型的垃圾在一起粉碎然后排入下水道,对于食物残渣之类可以轻松的自然降解,然而对于塑料制品,排放出去后却很难降解,白色污染难以解决,不利于保护环境;最后,现使用的生活垃圾处理器在工作时都需要打开水龙头,用来冲洗粉碎完的垃圾,自来水在处理器工作完成后还要再持续流动一些时间,十分浪费水资源。

为了克服现有技术方案的不足,本发明提供一种新型救生锤,能够实现将将可利用的食物残渣通过发酵产生沼气的方式,产生再生能源,环保节能,将食物残渣与塑料类垃圾分离,保护环境。

1.一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,包括离心研磨室(1)、甲烷发酵室(2)和气缸(3),其特征在于:所述离心研磨室(1)内设有过滤网(4),所述过滤网(4)内侧固定连接有离心叶(5),所述离心叶(5)中央固定安装有旋转轴(6),所述离心研磨室(1)上表面设有垃圾分流室(7),所述垃圾分流室(7)内部中央设有电机罩(8),所述电机罩(8)内部设有电动机(9),所述电动机(9)与旋转轴(6)固定相连,所述垃圾分流室(7)上表面设有垃圾倾倒口(10),所述离心研磨室(1)下表面设有防震垫(11),所述防震垫(11)下表面设有密封圈(12),所述甲烷发酵室(2)设于密封圈(12)下表面,所述甲烷发酵室(12)内部设有电加热网(13),所述甲烷发酵室(13)一侧设有甲烷排出口(14),所述甲烷发酵室(14)下表面设有残渣储存室(15),所述残渣储存室(15)下表面设有残渣排出口(16),所述气缸(3)分别对称设于离心研磨室(1)左右两侧,所述气缸(1)设有进气管(17)和出气管(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述过滤网(4)设有直径为1mm的网眼(19),且各网眼(19)之间的距离为2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述离心叶(5)共有三片,且互成120°角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述电机罩(8)为侧面倾斜角度为60°的圆台。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述残渣储存室(15)一侧设有残渣采集门(20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述出气管(18)贯穿于离心研磨室(1),且出气管(18)为倾角为45°的倒圆锥形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述甲烷排出口(14)末端设有阀门(21)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型发酵式生活垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述残渣采集门(20)外表面设有手柄(22)。
