The hand-operated grinder is characterized by comprising a shell, wherein a storage device is arranged on the left side of the shell, a grinding mechanism is arranged in the middle of the shell, a transmission mechanism is arranged on the right side of the shell, and a blanking cup is arranged at the bottom of the shell; the transmission mechanism and the grinding mechanism are in transmission connection; the grinding mechanism is sequentially provided with a locking device, a grinding cylinder body and a grinding device from top to bottom; the locking device is fixedly connected with the top of the grinding cylinder body; the grinding cylinder body is arranged in the cover body, the grinding device is arranged at the bottom of the grinding cylinder body, and the cover body is fixedly connected with the top of the shell; the left side of the shell is provided with a groove, the middle of the shell is provided with a cavity, the inner side wall of the groove is provided with a magnet, the side part of the storage cylinder is provided with an adsorbed layer, one side of the outer wall of the groove is provided with a gap, and a magnetic insulation plate is arranged in the gap; the magnetic insulation plate is a cavity, and the middle part of the magnetic insulation plate is provided with a hollow; the top and the bottom of the groove are respectively provided with a clamping piece, so that the storage barrel is clamped with the groove; the clamping piece is a spring piece; a concave part is arranged at the corresponding position of the stock barrel; the middle part of the shell is a cavity, screw holes are formed in four corners of the top of the cavity, a cup groove matched with the blanking cup in shape is formed in the bottom of the shell, at least two clamping pieces are arranged on the inner side wall of the cavity, and a limiting piece is arranged at the bottom of each clamping piece; the grinding cylinder body is provided with an inner charging cylinder and a charging cylinder; the charging barrel is arranged in the cavity; the inner charging barrel is arranged in the charging barrel; the outer wall of the charging barrel is provided with a clamping groove matched with the structure of the clamping piece.
