the polishing mechanism comprises a first sliding block in sliding fit with the first sliding groove; a first threaded hole matched with the first threaded rod is formed between the two ends of the first sliding block; a connecting rod is fixed at the top of the first sliding block; a U-shaped frame is fixed at the top end of the connecting rod; a second sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the U-shaped frame; the two ends of the U-shaped frame are rotatably connected with a bidirectional threaded rod through ball bearings; and the circumferential side surface of the bidirectional threaded rod is in threaded connection with two oppositely-arranged grinding plates.

the chucking mechanism 2 includes a second chuck plate 201; a connecting frame 202 is fixed on one surface of the second clamping disc 201; a driving gear 203 is rotatably connected between the connecting frame 201 and the second clamping disc 201; five driven gears 204 meshed with the driving gears 203 are rotatably connected to the surface of the second clamping disc 201; a second threaded rod 205 is fixed at one end of the driven gear 204 and at one side of the second clamping disc 201 away from the driving gear 203;
the grinding mechanism 3 comprises a first slide block 301 in sliding fit with the first sliding groove 103; a first threaded hole 302 matched with the first threaded rod 104 is formed between the two ends of the first sliding block 301; the top of the first sliding block 301 is fixed with a connecting rod 303; a U-shaped frame 304 is fixed at the top end of the connecting rod 303; a second chute 305 is arranged on the inner side of the U-shaped frame 304; a bidirectional threaded rod 306 is rotatably connected between the two ends of the U-shaped frame 304 through a ball bearing; the circumferential side surface of the bidirectional threaded rod 306 is in threaded connection with two oppositely arranged grinding plates 4.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a second sliding block 401 matched with the second sliding groove 305 is fixed at the bottom end of the polishing plate 4; a third threaded hole 402 matched with the bidirectional threaded rod 306 is formed between the two sides of the bottom end of the grinding plate 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the array of the surfaces of the first clamping disk 102 is provided with a second threaded hole 105 which is matched with a second threaded rod 205.
As shown in fig. 2, a servo motor 106 is fixed on the surface of the base 1 and on a side of the supporting plate 101 away from the first clamping plate 102; one end of the rotating shaft of the servo motor 106 is fixedly connected with the first clamping disk 102.
One specific application of this embodiment is: when the brake disc is ground, five mounting holes in the center of the brake disc are inserted into five second threaded rods 205, a driving gear 203 is rotated, the driving gear 203 and five driven gears 204 respectively rotate to enable the five second threaded rods 205 to be in threaded fit with five second threaded holes 105 on the surface of a first clamping plate 102, the first clamping plate 102 and a second clamping plate 201 move relatively to clamp and fix the brake disc, a first threaded rod 104 is rotated, the first threaded rod 104 is in threaded fit with a first threaded hole 302, a first sliding groove 301 and a first sliding groove 103 are in sliding fit to limit a connecting rod 303, two grinding plates 4 respectively move to two sides of the brake disc, a bidirectional threaded rod 306 is rotated, a second sliding groove 305 and a second sliding block 401 are matched to limit the two grinding plates 4, the grinding plates 4 are attached to two sides of the brake disc when moving relatively, a servo motor 106 drives the fixed brake disc between the first clamping plate 102 and the second clamping plate 201 to rotate, so that the two grinding plates 4 simultaneously grind the two sides of the brake disc.
