The refreshing spray and the method of preparing the refreshing spray according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below.
The refreshing spray provided by the embodiment of the invention is mainly prepared from various raw materials. The various raw materials comprise 1 to 5 portions of menthol, 0.5 to 2.5 portions of camphor, 1 to 5 portions of eucalyptus oil, 0.5 to 2.5 portions of perilla leaf oil, 0.5 to 2.5 portions of clove oil and 0.5 to 2.5 portions of patchouli oil by weight portion. More preferably, the various raw materials comprise 3-4 parts of menthol, 1-2 parts of camphor, 3-4 parts of eucalyptus oil, 1-2 parts of perilla leaf oil, 1-2 parts of clove oil and 1-2 parts of patchouli oil.
The refreshing spray prepared by the proportion can jointly improve the human body excitability by the synergistic effect, and relieve the symptoms of human body fatigue, sleepiness and the like. Specifically, the menthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil, perilla leaf oil and the like act on organs such as cold receptors to enable a human body to generate cool feeling, so that the brain is stimulated to excite, and the effects of refreshing and resisting fatigue are realized. Meanwhile, the menthol, the camphor, the eucalyptus oil, the perilla leaf oil, the clove oil and the patchouli oil interact with each other to promote the blood circulation of a human body, increase the blood and oxygen content of the brain, improve the symptoms of cerebral anoxia, cerebral ischemia and the like, and further realize the effect of refreshing. Meanwhile, the mucosa can be stimulated through the interaction of the menthol, the camphor and the like, so that the capillary vessels can be contracted, and the symptoms of nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, dizziness and the like caused by the wind-cold type common cold can be further relieved.
The menthol is white crystal extracted from leaf and stem of herba Menthae, and has molecular formula C10H20O, is the main component in peppermint and peppermint essential oils. Menthol can selectively stimulate the cold receptors of human skin or mucous membrane to produce cold reflex and cold feeling; in addition, the blood vessels in deep tissues can be contracted to produce a therapeutic effect. The menthol has the effects of stimulating mucous membranes to generate cooling feeling, stimulating the brain to excite and realizing the effect of refreshing.
The Camphora is granular crystal extracted from branches, stems, leaves and roots of Cinnamomum camphora of Lauraceae. The Camphora has effects of dredging orifices, promoting qi stagnation, removing filth, killing parasites, relieving itching, and relieving swelling and pain. The camphor in the embodiment of the invention is used for exciting the central nerve, enhancing the respiration and the circulation of the human body, and simultaneously has an exciting effect on the blood vessel movement center.
The oleum Eucalypti is volatile oil obtained by steam distillation of Eucalyptus globulus Labill of Myrtaceae, Cinnamomum camphora of Lauraceae, or other plants of the same genus of the above two families. The oleum Eucalypti has antituberculosis, burn and dysentery treating, and disinfectant effects. In the embodiment of the invention, the eucalyptus oil is mainly used for sterilizing, refreshing and reviving the mind.
The perilla leaf oil is volatile oil obtained by steam distilling leaves or twigs of Perilla Britt of Labiatae. Perilla leaf oil has effects of reducing blood lipid, improving memory, resisting aging and resisting allergy. Specifically, the perilla leaf oil is used for relieving exterior syndrome and dispelling cold in the embodiment of the invention, and can prevent the wind-cold type common cold.
The oleum Caryophylli is volatile oil obtained by distilling dried flower bud of Syzygium aromaticum (L.) of Myrtaceae. Has the effects of warming stomach, lowering adverse qi, warming kidney, and relieving pain. In the embodiment of the invention, clove oil is used for relieving sleepiness and listlessness, has the stimulation effect and can strengthen memory and stimulate depressed mood.
Patchouli oil is a natural oil with woody, loamy and herbal fragrances. Patchouli has outstanding effects of eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics, stimulating the appetite, arresting vomiting and relieving summer-heat, so that the patchouli is an essential medicine for treating damp turbidity obstruction in middle-jiao, epigastric fullness and vomiting, summer-heat dampness and lassitude, chest distress and discomfort, cold-dampness retention and summer-heat, abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea in traditional Chinese medicine. The patchouli oil in the embodiment of the invention has the functions of dissolving moisture and dispelling cold and relieving exterior syndrome, and has good prevention and treatment effects on exogenous wind-cold caused by summer heat.
Further preferably, the refreshing spray comprises a spray carrier, and the mass ratio of the spray carrier to the various raw materials is 6-11: 1. Within the proportion range, the refreshing spray contains a proper amount of effective components, and the spraying effect of the subsequent refreshing spray is ensured.
Further preferably, the spray carrier comprises 5 to 15 parts of water and 75 to 100 parts of an alcohol solvent. The water and alcohol solvent are mixed to be used as the spray carrier because the water and the alcohol solvent can be mixed and dissolved in any proportion to form the mixed solvent, so that the refreshing spray can simultaneously dissolve and mix the water-soluble and water-insoluble active ingredients, and further the treatment effect of each active ingredient can be effectively exerted.
Further preferably, the alcohol solvent is any one of ethanol, propylene glycol, and isopropyl alcohol. Ethanol, commonly known as alcohol, is the most common monohydric alcohol and is miscible with water in any ratio. Ethanol is a good solvent and can dissolve many substances, so that it is often used for dissolving medicinal components and is also often used for reaction solvents, which can increase the contact area between reactants and increase the reaction rate. Propylene glycol is miscible with water, ethanol and various organic solvents, and can be used as humectant, anticaking agent, antioxidant, etc. when used as carrier solvent. Isopropanol is an isomer of n-propanol, is a colorless transparent liquid, can be mixed and dissolved with alcohol, ether, chloroform and water, can dissolve various organic substances and some inorganic substances such as alkaloid, rubber, shellac, rosin, synthetic resin and the like, forms an azeotrope with water, and is insoluble in a salt solution. The isopropanol has strong dissolving capacity to lipophilic substances and ethanol.
Further preferably, the raw materials further comprise 1-2 parts of food additives, and further preferably, the food additives are any one of jasmine essence, rose essence, sandalwood essence and lemon essence. The food additive can improve the use sense of refreshing spray. The essence is a kind of concentrated aromatic oil synthesized by man to imitate the smell of fruit and natural perfume. It is an artificial perfume. The jasmine essence selected by the embodiment of the invention has certain functions of relieving depression, revivifying, improving confidence and activating blood and meridians. Can further improve the refreshing spray and revivify. The rose essence can stimulate the anterior lobe of the brain to secrete two hormones of nervone and nervone, so that the spirit is in the most comfortable state, and the rose essence can relieve brain fatigue, enhance mood and relieve nerve pressure and tension. The sandalwood essence can relieve mental stress, increase sense of fullness, relax the whole body and the like. The lemon essence can enhance the immune system, purify the body, promote the blood circulation, sooth and relieve the mood, and can revive the spirit.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for preparing the refreshing spray, which comprises the following steps:
dissolving 0.5-2.5 parts of camphor and 1-5 parts of menthol which are purchased in 75-100 parts of alcohol solvent at the temperature of 30-40 ℃. The camphor and the menthol are both solid, and in the process of preparing the refreshing spray, the camphor and the menthol are dissolved firstly to obtain the solid, and then the subsequent operation can be carried out. The solubility of camphor and menthol in alcohol organic solvents is superior to that in water, and therefore, dissolving both in alcohol solvents is an excellent choice.
Because the eucalyptus oil, the perilla leaf oil, the clove oil and the like are volatile oil, if the substances are directly added into the mixture of the menthol and the camphor alcohol solvent, the substances are easy to volatilize, so that the content and the proportion of the active ingredients in the refreshing spray are changed, and the treatment effect of the refreshing spray is reduced. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is preferable in the embodiment of the present invention that 1 to 2 parts of ice is added to the alcohol solvent in which menthol and camphor are dissolved to lower the temperature of the mixed alcohol solvent. Adding ice at 0-4 deg.C, adding 1-5 parts of oleum Eucalypti, 0.5-2.5 parts of Perilla leaf oil, 0.5-2.5 parts of oleum Caryophylli and 0.5-2.5 parts of oleum Pogostemonis, and mixing to obtain a first mixture.
Because the volatile oils are oily substances and have good solubility in organic solvents, the volatile oils are directly mixed with the organic solvents, so that the dissolution of each effective component is facilitated, and the treatment effect of refreshing spray is further improved.
Mixing oleum Eucalypti, folium Perillae oil, oleum Caryophylli and oleum Pogostemonis with alcohol solvent containing menthol and camphor, and mixing oleum Perillae, oleum Caryophylli and oleum Pogostemonis and alcohol solvent containing oleum Eucalypti. By adopting the mixing mode, the mixing can be more uniform. Firstly, the ratio of perilla leaf oil, clove oil and patchouli oil is equivalent, the equal quantity and the increasing mixing are easier to mix evenly, and the mixing is the key requirement of refreshing spray. If the mixing is not uniform, the content of the effective components may be different, and the effect of refreshing spray is further influenced.
Further preferably, 1-2 parts of food additive and 5-15 parts of water are further added to the mixed solution to dissolve the substances partially insoluble in the organic solvent and to promote the content of the active substances in the refreshing spray.
Further preferably, the raw materials are filtered after being mixed, so that solid substances possibly contained in the mixed solution are removed, the solid content in the refreshing spray is reduced, and the spraying effect of the refreshing spray prepared in the later stage is ensured.
And then sterilizing the filtered liquid obtained after filtering, removing pathogenic bacteria possibly contained in the filtered liquid, protecting the treatment effect of the refreshing spray, and simultaneously, prolonging the quality guarantee period of the refreshing spray. High-temperature sterilization cannot be adopted in the embodiment of the invention, because volatile oil is easy to volatilize at high temperature, the treatment effect of refreshing spray is further reduced. Meanwhile, volatile oil is volatilized and accumulated to a certain concentration, so that explosion is easy to occur, and further production accidents are caused. The sterilization mode adopted by the embodiment of the invention is the existing sterilization mode, such as radiation sterilization and damp-heat sterilization.
And (4) after the sterilization is finished, subpackaging the mixed solution of the raw materials by adopting the existing tank pressing method to obtain the spray. It should be noted that the refreshing spray according to the embodiment of the present invention may be used as other agents such as drops, paste, and the like.
The invention provides a refreshing spray which utilizes the synergistic effect of menthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil, perilla leaf oil, clove oil and other substances to jointly act on human brains, promote blood circulation, improve the states of human fatigue, sleepiness and the like, promote the excitation state of human bodies and further play a role in refreshing.
