Abstract
本发明涉及在输送线材活套的辊道辊子下面排列的送风井内安装的可摆动的喷气调节阀的结构,在辊道辊子之间该送风井端部有一个锥形喷嘴。鉴于送风井如此构造,对从出气孔喷射出的喷气流在流量上、同样也在方向上进行调节。进一步指出的是,该调节阀(5)在其横截面上是可调节地铰接在送风井锥形喷嘴(1)的出气孔(6)区域内。
Description
本发明涉及在输送线材活套(Drahtschlingentransport)的辊道辊子下方排列的送风井内安装的可摆的喷气调节阀的结构,在辊道辊子之间该送风井有一个锥形喷嘴。
在这种已知的构造中,调节阀安装在送风井内,该送风井总是位于产生喷气的鼓风机的后面,并或多或少地相隔一段距离。这种结构的缺点是,仅仅通过调整出气孔的固定结构和尺寸,以及与流量有关的固定横截面,来调节从送风井的锥形喷嘴喷射出的喷气流,所说流量由设置在送风井内的调节阀进行调节。
本发明的任务实质是,克服上述缺点并且实现以下可能,当锥体的出气孔喷射时,对从送风井的锥形喷嘴喷射出的喷气流的流量以及方向进行调节。
本发明的任务将在以下说明,该调节阀在其截面内是可调地铰接在送风井锥形喷嘴的出气孔区域内。
根据上述构造,在喷气流对在辊道辊子上运输的线材活套形成冲击前,直接调整从出气孔喷射出的喷气流。
如本发明进一步所述,调节阀的方向可以转至全部堵塞出气孔横截面的关闭位置,因此,例如当装置处于长时间停车状态或输送线材活套时,不需要供给喷气,出气孔是全关闭的,并且防止了杂质或流体的进入。
本发明进一步包括以下可能,当以原本公知的方式给共有的送风井配备多个锥形喷嘴时,配备给每个喷嘴锥体的调节阀可以彼此间形成自由调整。这样的改进实现了以下可能,通过喷气流来调整在辊道上运输的线材活套的导入。

如图1所示,锥形喷嘴的出气孔1、2位于在喷嘴盖板4上方的辊道辊子3之间。喷气调节阀5固定在沿辊道宽度方向上延伸的出气孔内,而且如图2所示,在出气孔1的一条棱边7处,上述调节阀5铰接在锥形喷嘴6的出气孔区域内。这些调节阀5通过不同的角位对从出气孔1喷射出的喷气流产生影响,并且当阀口处于水平位置时,锥形喷嘴6的出气孔1是关闭的。
Claims (3)
1、在运送线材活套的辊道辊子下方排列的送风井内安装的可摆动的喷气调节阀的结构,该送风井有一个其端部在辊道辊子之间的锥形喷嘴,其特征在于,该调节阀(5)在其横截面上是可调节地铰接在送风井锥形喷嘴(6)的出气孔(1)区域内。
2、如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,调节阀(5)的方向可以转至全部堵塞出气孔横截面的关闭位置。
3、如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,以公知的方式给每个送风井配备多个锥形喷嘴(6),配备给每个锥形喷嘴(6)的各调节阀(5)彼此间可以独立地调整和固定。
