本发明提供了一种枣树插穗生根液,由以下重份原料组成:2‑萘乙酸11‑16份、京尼平甙8‑12份、4‑氯苯氧乙酸钠5‑8份、β‑丙内酯3‑6份、黄芩苷4‑8份、玉精核糖甙6‑10份、蔗糖15‑20份、维生素B5 5‑9份、二甲基亚砜3‑7份、乙醇160‑200份、水1000‑1200份。本发明生根液可以提高枣树插穗的生根率,缩短生根周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及枣树插穗生根液。
背景技术
枣树,落叶小乔木,稀灌木,高达10余米;树皮褐色或灰褐色;有长枝,短枝和无芽小枝(即新枝)比长枝光滑,紫红色或灰褐色,呈之字形曲折,具2个托叶刺,长刺可达3厘米,粗直,短刺下弯,长4-6毫米;短枝短粗,矩状,自老枝发出;当年生小枝绿色,下垂,单生或2-7个簇生于短枝上。
枣树结的枣含有丰富的维生素C、P。枣可以说是一种非常好的水果,吃枣可以补血、降压、增强人体免疫力。同时,枣里还含有大量的维生素、多种微量元素和糖分,研究表明,它对保肝护肝,镇静安神还有一定的功效枣维生素含量更丰富,但是它有时令性,不能经常买到,而且多吃可能伤害消化功能。干枣虽然维生素含量下降,但铁含量升高,而且其营养更易吸收。
枣树扦插,是一种培育枣树的常用繁殖方法。可以剪取枣树的枝,或插入土中、沙中,或浸泡在水中,等到生根后就可栽种,使之成为独立的新植株。在扦插过程中,插穗生根率至关重要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种枣树插穗生根液,可以提高枣树插穗的生根率,缩短生根周期。
枣树插穗生根液,由以下重份原料组成:
2-萘乙酸11-16份、京尼平甙8-12份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠5-8份、β-丙内酯3-6份、黄芩苷4-8份、玉精核糖甙6-10份、蔗糖15-20份、维生素B5 5-9份、二甲基亚砜3-7份、乙醇160-200份、水1000-1200份。
进一步,由以下重份原料组成:
2-萘乙酸12-16份、京尼平甙9-11份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠5-7份、β-丙内酯3-6份、黄芩苷5-7份、玉精核糖甙7-10份、蔗糖15-18份、维生素B5 6-9份、二甲基亚砜3-6份、乙醇160-200份、水1000-1200份。
进一步,由以下重份原料组成:
2-萘乙酸14份、京尼平甙10份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠6份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙9份、蔗糖16份、维生素B5 8份、二甲基亚砜4份、乙醇180份、水1100份。
本发明枣树插穗生根液,还可以包括人参二醇4-9份、复硝酚钠6-9份。
进一步,还包括人参二醇6份、复硝酚钠7份。
枣树插穗生根液的使用方法,其特征在于,将枣树插穗插入生根液中,时间为5-7小时;插入长度不超过自身长度的五分之一。
本发明插穗生根液中含有主要成份生2-萘乙酸、京尼平甙、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠、β-丙内酯、黄芩苷、玉精核糖甙、蔗糖、维生素B5、二甲基亚砜;其中2-萘乙酸、京尼平甙、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠,都能起到很好的根系促进生长作用;β-丙内酯可进一步加速根系细胞分裂,进一步促进根系生长;黄芩苷、玉精核糖甙,起到灭菌作用,为根系生长提供健康环境;蔗糖、维生素B5,为根系生长提供必须养分;二甲基亚砜才可以更好的将蔗糖、维生素B5、β-丙内酯输送到根系内,促进各自的作用。
本发明生根液还可以添加人参二醇、复硝酚钠,它们加入的作用主要是提高细胞活力,促进细胞的分裂,达到促进根系生长目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1
枣树插穗生根液,制备方法如下:将2-萘乙酸14份、京尼平甙10份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠6份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙9份、蔗糖16份、维生素B5 8份、二甲基亚砜4份与乙醇180份混合均匀,然后加入蔗糖16份、水1100份混合均匀,即得。
实施例2
枣树插穗生根液,制备方法如下:将2-萘乙酸15份、京尼平甙11份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠7份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙8份、维生素B5 7份、二甲基亚砜6份、乙醇180份混合均匀,然后加入蔗糖15-20份、水1000-1200份混合均匀,即得。
实施例3
将2-萘乙酸14份、京尼平甙10份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠6份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙9份、蔗糖16份、维生素B5 8份、二甲基亚砜4份、人参二醇6份、复硝酚钠7份与乙醇180份混合均匀,然后加入蔗糖16份、水1100份混合均匀,即得。
实施例4
枣树插穗生根液,制备方法如下:将2-萘乙酸15份、京尼平甙11份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠7份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙8份、维生素B5 7份、二甲基亚砜6份、人参二醇5份、复硝酚钠8份、乙醇180份混合均匀,然后加入蔗糖15-20份、水1000-1200份混合均匀,即得。

枣树插穗生根液,制备方法如下:将2-萘乙酸14份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙9份、蔗糖16份、维生素B5 8份、二甲基亚砜4份与乙醇180份混合均匀,然后加入蔗糖16份、水1100份混合均匀,即得。
对比例2
枣树插穗生根液,制备方法如下:将2-萘乙酸14份、京尼平甙10份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠6份、β-丙内酯5份、蔗糖16份、维生素B5 8份、二甲基亚砜4份与乙醇180份混合均匀,然后加入蔗糖16份、水1100份混合均匀,即得。
对比例3
枣树插穗生根液,制备方法如下:将2-萘乙酸14份、京尼平甙10份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠6份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙9份、蔗糖16份、维生素B5 8份、与乙醇180份混合均匀,然后加入蔗糖16份、水1100份混合均匀,即得。
试验:
2015年7月,申请人选择二年生且发育充实、无病虫害的枣树,剪取枝条做插穗,数量为350个,50个一组;插穗要求18-20cm,两节以上,有4-5片叶子,最下端叶子距离插穗底部有8cm以上;剪取时,保证插穗上端平口,下端斜口;剪取后的每组插穗先消毒处理,然后取出,洗净后分别放入实施例1-4、对比例1-3的生根液中浸泡插穗根部3-4小时;将生根处理过的插穗垂直插入苗床中,插入深度为插穗的二分之一至三分之一,插穗之间的行距为30-35cm,株距为15-18cm;扦插后洒水浇透,使插穗与沙土紧密接触。
60天后,申请人观察枣树插穗的根系生长情况。结果如下表所示

2-萘乙酸11-16份、京尼平甙8-12份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠5-8份、β-丙内酯3-6份、黄芩苷4-8份、玉精核糖甙6-10份、蔗糖15-20份、维生素B5 5-9份、二甲基亚砜3-7份、乙醇160-200份、水1000-1200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的枣树插穗生根液,其特征在于,由以下重份原料组成:
2-萘乙酸12-16份、京尼平甙9-11份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠5-7份、β-丙内酯3-6份、黄芩苷5-7份、玉精核糖甙7-10份、蔗糖15-18份、维生素B5 6-9份、二甲基亚砜3-6份、乙醇160-200份、水1000-1200份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的枣树插穗生根液,其特征在于,由以下重份原料组成:
2-萘乙酸14份、京尼平甙10份、4-氯苯氧乙酸钠6份、β-丙内酯5份、黄芩苷6份、玉精核糖甙9份、蔗糖16份、维生素B5 8份、二甲基亚砜4份、乙醇180份、水1100份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的枣树插穗生根液,其特征在于,还包括人参二醇4-9份、复硝酚钠6-9份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的枣树插穗生根液,其特征在于,还包括人参二醇6份、复硝酚钠7份。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的枣树插穗生根液的使用方法,其特征在于,将枣树插穗插入生根液中,时间为5-7小时;插入长度不超过自身长度的五分之一。
7.根据权利要求4任一所述的枣树插穗生根液的使用方法,其特征在于,将枣树插穗插入生根液中,时间为5-7小时;插入长度不超过自身长度的五分之一。
