Abstract

一种除湿机包含一壳体、一除湿机组、一滤网、至少一储水容器及一门体。壳体具有一容置空间及对应容置空间的一开口。除湿机组位于容置空间,并具有一进风侧及一出水侧。滤网位于容置空间,并对应于除湿机组的进风侧。储水容器位于容置空间,并对应于除湿机组的出水侧。门体枢设于壳体,以令门体遮盖开口或令开口显露于外。当门体遮盖开口时,门体盖住滤网与储水容器。当开口显露于外时,滤网与储水容器显露于外。

除湿机
技术领域
本发明关于一种除湿机,特别是一种具活动门设计的除湿机。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,各种电器设备的设计与应用除了使人们生活更为便利外,亦逐渐地朝向改善人们生活环境质量与健康的方向发展。举例而言,在常下雨的地区,如台湾的东北部,在雨季时,因日照时间较短,使得住家环境长期处于湿度较高的状态。由于湿度高除了对人体的健康带来负面影响外,人们换洗的衣物也会因湿度高而不易凉干,住家的墙壁也会因湿度高而发霉。因此,在台湾东北部的家庭一般皆备有除湿机,以改善雨季所产生的高湿度的不便。
以除湿机来说,除湿机内部一般具有一个主风扇鼓动室内空气经过以吸湿材料作成的一除湿轮来吸收空气中的水气,以使除湿机所排出的风为干燥气体而达成室内除湿的效果。至于除湿轮所吸收的水气,则通过一个内部循环气流凝结成水滴,并令水滴集结于内部储水容器。此外,除湿机内部亦会架设滤网以过滤进入除湿轮的空气,进而维护除湿轮的使用寿命。目前的除湿机一般皆具有取放口来供储水容器装设,使得使用者可通过取放口将储水容器取出并清理储水容器内的液体。惟,滤网一般会隐藏于除湿机内部而不易被更换,或是需另外开设一开口来供滤网插设或抽出。此举将造成除湿机壳体设计上的不便。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种除湿机,藉以解决以往除湿机的滤网不易被更换的问题,以及以往除湿机需开设多个开口来兼顾储水容器的取放与滤网的取放的问题。
本发明之一实施例所公开的除湿机,包含一壳体、一除湿机组、一滤网、至少一储水容器及一门体。壳体具有一容置空间及对应容置空间的一开口。除湿机组位于容置空间,并具有一进风侧及一出水侧。滤网位于容置空间,并对应于除湿机组的进风侧。储水容器位于容置空间,并对应于除湿机组的出水侧。门体枢设于壳体,以令门体遮盖开口或令开口显露于外。当门体遮盖开口时,门体盖住滤网与储水容器。当开口显露于外时,滤网与储水容器显露于外。
上述的除湿机,该除湿机组的该进风侧位于该除湿机组靠近该门体的一侧。
上述的除湿机,该门体具有一进风口。
上述的除湿机,该壳体包含一底板、一顶板、二侧板及一背板,该顶板位于该底板上方,该二侧板的相对两侧分别连接于该底板与该顶板,该背板的各侧分别连接于该底板、该顶板及该二侧板,以令该底板、该顶板、该二侧板及该背板共同围绕出该容置空间及对应的该开口,该门体枢设于该二侧板之一。
上述的除湿机,该除湿机组的该出水侧位于该除湿机组靠近该底板的一侧。
上述的除湿机,更包含一铰炼组件,该二侧板各具有一组装部,该铰炼组件的一端装设于该门体,该铰炼组件的另一端可选择地装设于该二侧板的该二组装部之一。
上述的除湿机,该铰炼组件包含一固定件及一枢转件,该固定件可选择地装设于该二组装部之一,该枢转件装设于该门体,并枢设于该固定件。
上述的除湿机,该顶板具有一出风口,该除湿机组具有一出风侧,该除湿机组的该出风侧位于该除湿机组靠近该顶板的一侧。
上述的除湿机,该至少一储水容器的数量为二。
上述的除湿机,该滤网可拆卸地位于该容置空间内。
根据上述实施例的除湿机,通过门体的设计,除了可将壳体的开口的数量简化成单个,又可兼顾滤网的拆装便利性与储水容器的取放便利性。如此一来,使用者仅需打开门体即可进行储水容器的取放与滤网拆装。
进一步,与门体相对的壳体背板因为没有其他开口,可以方便地当作壁挂的支撑面,增进安装使用的适用性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图2。图1为根据本发明第一实施例所述的除湿机的立体示意图。图2为图1的分解示意图。
本实施例的除湿机10包含一壳体100、一除湿机组200、一滤网300、二储水容器400及一门体500。
壳体100包含一底板110、一顶板120、二侧板130a、130b及一背板140。顶板120位于底板110上方。二侧板130a、130b的相对两侧分别连接于底板110与顶板120。背板140的各侧分别连接于底板110、顶板120及二侧板130a、130b,以令底板110、顶板120、二侧板130a、130b及背板140共同围绕出一容置空间150及对应的开口160。开口160位于侧板130a、130b相对于背板140的一侧。此外,顶板120具有一出风口121。二侧板130a、130b于远离背板140皆具有多个组装部131。每一个组装部131例如为多个供螺丝锁附的螺孔。在本实施例中,每一个侧板130a、130b具有两个组装部131,但并不以此为限,在其他实施例中,每一个侧板130a、130b也可以仅具有单个组装部131或三个以上组装部131。此外,本实施例的二侧板130a、130b皆具有组装部131的好处容后一并说明,值得注意的是,二侧板130a、130b皆具有组装部131的特征并非用来限制本发明,在其他实施例中,也可以仅一个侧板130a、130b具有组装部131。
除湿机组200位于容置空间150,并具有一进风侧210、一出水侧220及一出风侧230。除湿机组200的进风侧210位于除湿机组200靠近开口160的一侧。除湿机组200的出水侧220位于除湿机组200靠近底板110的一侧。除湿机组200的出风侧230位于除湿机组200靠近顶板120的一侧。
滤网300可拆卸地位于容置空间150,并对应于除湿机组200的进风侧210。举例来说,滤网300以卡扣的方式装设于除湿机组200的进风侧210,且壳体100的开口160将滤网300显露于外,使得使用者可经壳体100的开口160将滤网300拆下。
二储水容器400位于容置空间150,并对应于除湿机组200的出水侧220。详细来说,二储水容器400并排于除湿机组200下方,且壳体100的开口160将二储水容器400显露于外,使得使用者可经壳体100的开口160将二储水容器400抽出。值得注意的是,本实施例的储水容器400的数量为二,但并不以此为限,在其他实施例中,储水容器400的数量也可以为单个,或为三个以上。
门体500具有一进风口510,进风口510是由前后交错排列的多片板材所形成。详细来说,门体500有多个内板材与多个外板材。内板材较外板件靠近除湿机组,且多个外板材与多个内板材交错排列,并彼此分离而形成进风口510。值得注意的是,门体500的组成特征并非用来限制本发明,在其他实施例中,门体也可以是网孔之类的构造。
门体500枢设于壳体100,以令门体500遮盖开口160或令开口160显露于外。详细来说,本实施例更包含多个铰炼组件600,且铰炼组件600的数量匹配于每一侧板130a、130b上的组装部131的数量。铰炼组件600包含一固定件610及一枢转件620。固定件610可选择地装设于二侧板130a、130b之一的各组装部131上。枢转件620装设于门体500,并枢设于固定件610。如图1所示,当门体500遮盖开口160时,门体500盖住滤网300与储水容器400。如图2所示,当打开门体500而让开口160显露于外时,滤网300与储水容器400显露于外。从上述可知,通过门体500的设计,可将壳体100的开口的数量简化成单个,又兼顾滤网300的拆装便利性与储水容器400的取放便利性。
此外,请参阅图3。图3为根据本发明第二实施例所述的除湿机的立体示意图。在本实施例的除湿机10a中,由于二侧板130a、130b皆具有组装部131,故使用者可依使用习惯,或者因安装环境的限制,选择将门体500装设于左边的侧板130a(如图1、图2所示),或是选择将门体500装设于右边的侧板130b上(如图3所示)。
进一步,与门体500相对的壳体背板140因为没有其他开口,可以方便地当作壁挂的支撑面,增进安装使用的适用性。
根据上述实施例的除湿机,通过门体的设计,除了可将壳体的开口的数量简化成单个,又可兼顾滤网的拆装便利性与储水容器的取放便利性。如此一来,使用者仅需打开门体即可进行储水容器的取放与滤网的拆装。
此外,二侧板皆具有组装部的设计,让使用者可依使用习惯,或者因安装环境的限制,选择将门体装设于左边的侧板或右边的侧板上。

Claims (10)

1.一种除湿机,其特征在于,包含:
一壳体,具有一容置空间及对应该容置空间的一开口;
一除湿机组,位于该容置空间,并具有一进风侧及一出水侧;
一滤网,位于该容置空间,并对应于该除湿机组的该进风侧;
至少一储水容器,位于该容置空间,并对应于该除湿机组的该出水侧;以及
一门体,枢设于该壳体,以令该门体遮盖该开口或令该开口显露于外,且当该门体遮盖该开口时,该门体盖住该滤网与该储水容器,当该开口显露于外时,该滤网与该储水容器显露于外。
2.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该除湿机组的该进风侧位于该除湿机组靠近该门体的一侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该门体具有一进风口。
4.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该壳体包含一底板、一顶板、二侧板及一背板,该顶板位于该底板上方,该二侧板的相对两侧分别连接于该底板与该顶板,该背板的各侧分别连接于该底板、该顶板及该二侧板,以令该底板、该顶板、该二侧板及该背板共同围绕出该容置空间及对应的该开口,该门体枢设于该二侧板之一。
5.如权利要求4所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该除湿机组的该出水侧位于该除湿机组靠近该底板的一侧。
6.如权利要求4所述的除湿机,其特征在于,更包含一铰炼组件,该二侧板各具有一组装部,该铰炼组件的一端装设于该门体,该铰炼组件的另一端可选择地装设于该二侧板的该二组装部之一。
7.如权利要求6所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该铰炼组件包含一固定件及一枢转件,该固定件可选择地装设于该二组装部之一,该枢转件装设于该门体,并枢设于该固定件。
8.如权利要求4所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该顶板具有一出风口,该除湿机组具有一出风侧,该除湿机组的该出风侧位于该除湿机组靠近该顶板的一侧。
9.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该至少一储水容器的数量为二。
10.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,该滤网可拆卸地位于该容置空间内。
