本发明公开了一种用于活动板房的预制砼槽型空心板,它由腹板、水平顶板和悬挑板组成;所述腹板为两条沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁;所述水平顶板为轻质砼空心板;所述水平悬挑板为实心变截面平板。其轻质砼空心板中的圆孔为等间距设置的横向贯通圆孔。这样既减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重。同时两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型槽板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以将本发明用于活动板房中的楼板体系中,具有施工方便,造价低,使用寿命长的优点,市场前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预制的槽型板,具体涉及一种用于活动板房的预制砼槽型复合板。
背景技术
彩钢板活动房由于自重轻,安装方便,价格低等优势在各种临时用房建设中得到了广泛使用,但由彩钢板建造的活动房的不利之处就是隔音(特别是楼板)效果差,且重复使用次数少,回收率低。因此,为改善活动板房的室内建筑环境和提高活动板房的重复使用率,研发新型的轻质钢-混凝土组合活动板房,是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻质钢-混凝土组合活动板房的预制砼槽型复合板,将它固定在框架钢柱的横向牛腿上,形成钢柱--槽板框架结构活动板房。本发明公开了一种用于活动板房的预制砼槽型复合板,它由腹板、水平顶板和悬挑板组成;所述腹板为两条沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁;所述水平顶板为轻质芯模单向密肋板;所述水平悬挑板为实心变截面平板。所述轻质芯模单向密肋顶板,它由轻质材料条板、纵向肋梁和面板依次组成;轻质材料条板在预制生产时作为单向密肋顶板的芯模,生产完成后,作为保温层永久地保留在顶板之中。所述轻质材料条板采用容重小于800kg/m3,强度大于3MPa,导热系数小于0.3W/(m*k)的轻质砼材料,如加气砼,秸秆纤维砼等。所述纵向肋梁采用导热系数小于0.8W/(m*k)的轻骨料结构保温砼。所述腹板中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋,腹板的两端各设置有若干个横向贯通的圆孔。施工时,先将所述预制砼槽型复合板吊装放置在框架钢柱的横向牛腿上,然后通过在腹板上预留的横向圆孔中穿入钢筋或螺杆将其和框架钢柱连接为一体,这时,所述槽型板中腹板就成为了框架梁,同时和框架钢柱一起形成了密柱型槽板活动框架--楼板一体化结构。本发明为水平顶板以及两条竖直边腹板组成的槽型整体预制件,其水平顶板采用自保温单向密肋夹心结构,既减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高了楼板的保温隔热隔音能力。两条边腹板与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型槽板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下满足了楼板的建筑节能和隔音要求,简化了施工,降低了造价,将它用于活动板房中的楼板体系中,可大大改善活动房中楼板的保温隔热隔音性能和提高楼板的使用寿命。市场前景广阔。附图说明:图1为本发明的立体示意图。图2为本发明的横截面示意图。图3为本发明的纵截面示意图。具体实施方式:如图1-3所示,本实施例公开了一种用于活动板房的预制砼槽型复合板,它由腹板1、水平顶板2和悬挑板3组成;所述腹板1为两条沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁;所述水平顶板2为轻质芯模单向密肋板;所述水平悬挑板3为实心变截面平板。所述轻质芯模单向密肋1板,它由轻质材料条板23、纵向肋梁22和面板21依次组成;轻质材料条板23在预制生产时作为单向密肋板2的芯模,生产完成后,作为保温层永久地保留在顶板2之中。所述轻质材料条板23采用容重小于800kg/m3,强度大于3MPa,导热系数小于0.3W/(m*k)的轻质砼材料,如加气砼,秸秆纤维砼等。所述纵向肋梁22采用导热系数小于0.8W/(m*k)的轻骨料结构保温砼。所述腹板中1的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋,腹板的两端各设置有若干个横向贯通的圆孔11。施工时,先将所述预制砼槽型复合板吊装放置在框架钢柱的横向牛腿上,然后通过在腹板上预留的横向圆孔中穿入钢筋或螺杆将其和框架钢柱连接为一体,这时,所述槽型板中腹板就成为了框架梁,同时和框架钢柱一起形成了密柱型槽板活动框架--楼板一体化结构。本实施例为水平顶板以及两条竖直边腹板组成的槽型整体预制件,其水平顶板采用自保温单向密肋夹心结构,既减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高了楼板的保温隔热能力。两条边腹板与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型槽板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本实施例在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下满足了楼板的建筑节能要求,简化了施工,降低了造价,将它用于活动板房中的楼板体系中,可大大改善活动房中楼板的保温隔热隔音性能和提高楼板的使用寿命,市场前景广阔。

1.一种用于活动板房的预制砼槽型复合板,其特征在于:它由腹板、水平顶板和悬挑板组成;所述腹板为两条沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁;所述水平顶板为轻质芯模单向密肋板;所述水平悬挑板为实心变截面平板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预制砼槽型复合板,其特征在于:所述轻质芯模单向密肋板,由轻质材料条板、纵向肋梁和面板依次组成;轻质材料条板在预制生产时作为单向密肋顶板的芯模,生产完成后,作为保温层永久地保留在顶板之中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的预制砼槽型复合板,其特征在于:所述轻质材料条板采用容重小于800kg/m3,强度大于3MPa,导热系数小于0.3W/(m*k)的轻质砼材料,如加气砼,秸秆纤维砼等。
4.根据权利要求2所述的预制砼槽型复合板,其特征在于:所述纵向肋梁采用导热系数小于0.8W/(m*k)的轻骨料结构保温砼。
