本发明提供了一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,其包括墙面主体,墙面主体的侧面上设置有多个凹槽部,凹槽部包括对称设置的两槽体,两槽体呈V形排列,两槽体之间形成空隙,槽体的相对两侧分别设置有第一凸条和第二凸条,第一凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,第二凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,墙面主体内还设置有第一保温板。本发明相较于现有技术可以有效地提高防水性能,并且具有保温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑PC预制件领域,具体而言,涉及一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构。
背景技术
现代的住宅建筑中,已经逐步朝着模块化安装的趋势发展。这种模块化安装,顾名思义,就是在工厂内将住宅中各个模块,例如飘窗、立柱、墙面等制作完成,再运送到现场进行组合安装即成,这样就使得建筑的施工时间大大缩短,这些模块所使用的PC即混凝土预制件,也叫预制混凝土。
目前的墙板连接中,需要考虑连接的紧密性问题,以实现建筑后期优秀的防水性能。但是,传统的墙板预制件制作中,基本上都是通过在侧面设置简单的凸条,来提高连接的紧密性,这一技术手段在后期使用过程中,我们发现,很容易因为外部稳固变化引起变形,从而影响建筑的防水性能。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种可以有效提高防水性能的建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构。
为此,本发明提供了一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,其包括墙面主体,墙面主体的侧面上设置有多个凹槽部,凹槽部包括对称设置的两槽体,两槽体呈V形排列,两槽体之间形成空隙,槽体的相对两侧分别设置有第一凸条和第二凸条,第一凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,第二凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,墙面主体内还设置有第一保温板。
进一步地,上述槽体在俯视角度下呈长方形。
进一步地,上述第一凸条的长度小于槽体的长度。
进一步地,上述第一凸条在俯视角度下呈三角形。
进一步地,上述第二凸条的长度小于槽体的长度,第二凸条在俯视角度下呈长方形。
进一步地,上述第二凸条的一端具有三角形凸出部,三角形凸出部朝着空隙内延伸。
进一步地,上述空隙内设置有圆形凸柱。
进一步地,上述第一保温板上设置有两对称设置的第二保温板。
本发明所提供的一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,主要在墙面主体的侧面上设置有多个凹槽部,凹槽部包括对称设置的两槽体,两槽体呈V形排列,两槽体之间形成空隙,槽体的相对两侧分别设置有第一凸条和第二凸条,第一凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,第二凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,墙面主体内还设置有第一保温板;通过上述改进的结构,利用多个凸条的结构以及V形排列的槽体所构成的结构,连接时,利用槽体的结构形成连接处向宽度方向上两侧的张力,此时再利用槽体两侧的凸条收紧效果,两者相结合,使得连接处更为紧密,从而相较于现有技术可以有效地提高防水性能,并且具有保温性能。

参见图1至图3,图中示出了本发明实施例提供的一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,其包括墙面主体1,墙面主体1的侧面11上设置有多个凹槽部12,凹槽部12包括对称设置的两槽体121,两槽体121呈V形排列,两槽体121之间形成空隙13,槽体121的相对两侧分别设置有第一凸条122和第二凸条123,第一凸条122沿着槽体121的布置方向布置,第二凸条123沿着槽体121的布置方向布置,墙面主体1内还设置有第一保温板14。
本实施例所提供的一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,主要在墙面主体的侧面上设置有多个凹槽部,凹槽部包括对称设置的两槽体,两槽体呈V形排列,两槽体之间形成空隙,槽体的相对两侧分别设置有第一凸条和第二凸条,第一凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,第二凸条沿着槽体的布置方向布置,墙面主体内还设置有第一保温板;通过上述改进的结构,利用多个凸条的结构以及V形排列的槽体所构成的结构,连接时,利用槽体的结构形成连接处向宽度方向上两侧的张力,此时再利用槽体两侧的凸条收紧效果,两者相结合,使得连接处更为紧密,从而相较于现有技术可以有效地提高防水性能,并且具有保温性能。
参见图2至图3,槽体121在俯视角度下呈长方形;第一凸条122的长度小于槽体121的长度;第一凸条122在俯视角度下呈三角形。通过上述改进的结构,利用三角形的第一凸条的作用,可以使得连接时进一步地形成槽体两侧的收紧效果,从而使得连接更为紧密。
继续参见图2至图3,第二凸条123的长度小于槽体121的长度,第二凸条123在俯视角度下呈长方形;第二凸条123的一端具有三角形凸出部124,三角形凸出部124朝着空隙13内延伸。通过上述改进的结构,利用三角形凸出部的第二凸条的作用,可以使得连接时进一步地形成槽体两侧的收紧效果,从而使得连接更为紧密。
继续参见图2至图3,空隙13内设置有圆形凸柱15。通过上述改进的结构,可以利用圆形凸柱在其他预制件插入后在其内所形成的空腔的作用,在连接时可以保证连接面内不会存在过多的空气,从而使得连接更为紧密。
参加图1,第一保温板14上设置有两对称设置的第二保温板16。通过上述改进的结构,可以提高石墙的保温性能。

1.一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,其特征在于,包括墙面主体(1),所述墙面主体(1)的侧面(11)上设置有多个凹槽部(12),所述凹槽部(12)包括对称设置的两槽体(121),所述两槽体(121)呈V形排列,所述两槽体(121)之间形成空隙(13),所述槽体(121)的相对两侧分别设置有第一凸条(122)和第二凸条(123),所述第一凸条(122)沿着所述槽体(121)的布置方向布置,所述第二凸条(123)沿着所述槽体(121)的布置方向布置,所述墙面主体(1)内还设置有第一保温板(14),所述第一凸条(122)的长度小于所述槽体(121)的长度,所述第一凸条(122)在俯视角度下呈三角形,所述第二凸条(123)的长度小于所述槽体(121)的长度,所述第二凸条(123)在俯视角度下呈长方形,所述第二凸条(123)的一端具有三角形凸出部(124),所述三角形凸出部(124)朝着所述空隙(13)内延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,其特征在于,所述槽体(121)在俯视角度下呈长方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,其特征在于,所述空隙(13)内设置有圆形凸柱(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑PC保温石墙防水连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一保温板(14)上设置有两对称设置的第二保温板(16)。
