本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种酸性染料用匀染剂。本发明所述的酸性染料用匀染剂,纤维织物的染色效果好,染色均匀,缓染性能好,色牢度高,染色后的纤维织物不会出现色条、色斑等点疵现象;组分简单、合理科学,原料成本低,对环境友好、天然环保无污染,对人体无毒害,甲壳素应用与酸性染料中对羊毛进行染色过程中具有极佳的匀染效果,同时赋予织物良好的抗菌性能,组分中添加了茶叶提取液和艾草提取液,进一步提高了染色后织物的抗菌防虫性能。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种酸性染料用匀染剂。
背景技术
在织物的染色过程中,极易出现染色不均匀的现象,会产生色条、色斑等疵点,使得织物品质受到极大的影响。为促使染色均匀,不产生色条、色斑等疵点,有效提高染色均匀性并保证染色效率,纺织行业通常会用到匀染剂。
匀染剂一般需要具备控制染料被织物吸附的速度,可以促进染料在织物上分布均匀以及不影响色牢度等特点。
酸性染料是指一类在酸性介质中进行染色的染料。酸性染料按其化学结构和染色条件的不同分为强酸性、弱酸性、酸性媒介、酸性络合染料等。酸性染料色泽鲜艳,日晒牢度和湿处理牢度随染料品种不同而差异较大。纤维疏水性表层以及本身的差异性导致纤维对染料的亲和力存在差异,易造成染色不均及色差问题,酸性染料结构简单,含磺酸基和羧基等酸性基团,这些基团可以增加染料对纤维的亲和力导致酸性染料对不易染匀,酸性染料对纤维素纤维缺乏直接性,不能用于纤维素纤维的染色,因此需要用到匀染剂。
现有的酸性染料用匀染剂存在配方成本高,工艺繁杂,匀染效果不佳等问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种酸性染料用匀染剂。
技术方案:本发明的目的在于提供一种酸性染料用匀染剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲壳素30-50份、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠20-30份、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂5-9份、平平加O 6-10份、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸4-6份、亲水性气相白炭黑1-3份、艾叶提取液3-5份、茶叶提取液5-9份、氯化钠3-5份、尿素3-5份、去离子水35-45份。
优选地,所述的酸性染料用匀染剂包括以下重量份的组分:甲壳素40份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂7份、平平加O 8份、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸5份、亲水性气相白炭黑2份、艾叶提取液4份、茶叶提取液7份、氯化钠4份、尿素4份、去离子水40份。
优选地,还包括定香剂,所述的定香剂的重量份为1-3份。
优选地,所述的定香剂为苯甲酸苄酯。
优选地,所述的甲壳素为水溶性壳聚糖。
优选地,所述的甲壳素的脱乙酰度≥95%。
优选地,所述的甲壳素中细菌菌落总数≤1000cfu/g,大肠杆菌≤30cfu/g。
优选地,所述的艾叶提取液制备方法为称取配方量的艾叶放入到粉碎机中粉碎后加入6-8倍的水水提45-60min后抽滤水洗至洗液呈中性即得;所述的茶叶提取液制备方法为称取配方量的茶叶放入粉碎机中粉碎后加入质量8-10%的纤维素酶一起放入酶解罐中,15%盐酸调pH值4-4.5,酶解温度30-35℃以120-150r/min搅拌酶解4-6h离心取上清液即得。

一种酸性染料用匀染剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲壳素30份、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠20、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂5、平平加O 6、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸4、亲水性气相白炭黑1、艾叶提取液3份、茶叶提取液5份、氯化钠3份、尿素3份、去离子水35份。
还包括定香剂,所述的定香剂的重量份为1份。
所述的定香剂为苯甲酸苄酯。
所述的甲壳素为水溶性壳聚糖。
所述的甲壳素的脱乙酰度95%。
所述的甲壳素中细菌菌落总数≤1000cfu/g,大肠杆菌≤30cfu/g。

所述的定香剂为苯甲酸苄酯。
所述的甲壳素为水溶性壳聚糖。
所述的甲壳素的脱乙酰度98%。
所述的甲壳素中细菌菌落总数≤1000cfu/g,大肠杆菌≤30cfu/g。
所述的艾叶提取液制备方法为称取配方量的艾叶放入到粉碎机中粉碎后加入8倍的水水提60min后抽滤水洗至洗液呈中性即得;所述的茶叶提取液制备方法为称取配方量的茶叶放入粉碎机中粉碎后加入质量10%的纤维素酶一起放入酶解罐中,15%盐酸调pH值4.5,酶解温度35℃以150r/min搅拌酶解6h离心取上清液即得。
