Abstract
本发明公开了一种车用复合材料密封条的制造方法,属于汽车零配件技术领域,包括以下步骤:A.加工制得金属骨架,金属骨架浸入防锈液中,经加热固化在金属骨架的表面形成防锈涂层;B.制备弹性体,并将其液体原料按照密封条外轮廓形状注塑成型;C.制备胶水,并将胶水进行加热,加热温度为60‑100℃,并保温30s,而后立即放置到脱泡机中进行真空脱泡,脱泡时间为5min;D.将胶水涂覆至金属金属骨架外,放置5min后进行加热;将弹性体粘接在加热后的金属骨架上。加工简单,成本低,而且制作周期短,在制造过程中便于分别对金属骨架和弹性体的质量控制,胶水的处理增加了弹性体与金属骨架的连接性能,保证其整体的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种车用复合材料密封条的制造方法。
背景技术
汽车门窗中的密封条是汽车门窗上必不可少的配件,它依靠密封条的压缩变形来弥补汽车门窗的缝隙,起到密封和减震作用。汽车门窗密封条可以防止外部的风、雨及尘土等有害物质侵入车内,减少汽车在行驶中门、窗等部位产生的振动,能缓和车门关闭时的冲击力,还能提高隔音和隔热效果。此外,汽车前后门窗的密封条可以防止车辆在高速行驶时气流产生的噪音,提高整车的舒适性。
目前的密封条摩擦系数较高,在长期使用过程中易发生弹性消失、老化等形象,严重影响其密封性能和减震性能。而且密封条内的金属骨架易发生锈蚀,影响密封条的强度和外观,有时还会使车身上对应密封条处出现锈渍。故研制了克服上述缺陷的密封条,现需提供一种制备该改进密封面的制造方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车用复合材料密封条的制造方法,以解决现有的密封条存在的上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种车用复合材料密封条的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A.加工制得金属骨架,金属骨架浸入防锈液中,经加热固化在金属骨架的表面形成防锈涂层;
B.制备弹性体,并将其液体原料按照密封条外轮廓形状注塑成型;
C.制备胶水,并将胶水进行加热,加热温度为60-100℃,并保温30s,而后立即放置到脱泡机中进行真空脱泡,脱泡时间为5min;
D.将胶水涂覆至金属金属骨架外,放置5min后进行加热;将弹性体粘接在加热后的金属骨架上。
进一步地,所述弹性体由下述质量份的物质制备而成:三元乙丙橡胶K4869:30~60份,三元乙丙橡胶3072EM:15~25,高岭土:3~7,氧化锌:4~7,硬脂酸:1.5~2.5,分散剂L-24:0.5~1.2,聚乙二醇:1.5~2.5,GPF 级炭黑N550:35~55,重质碳酸钙:15~20,石蜡油:21~30,发泡剂:0.5~1.1,促进剂:1.3~1.7,防焦剂CTP:0.06~0.12,硫磺:0.5~1.22;金属骨架外表面具有防锈涂层。
进一步地,所述防锈涂层由下述质量份的物质制备而成:硅酸盐水泥:12-25份,硅烷偶联剂KH570:3-5份,氯化石蜡:2-3份,聚酯乳液:15-25份,苯丙乳液:20-25份,过氧化甲乙酮固化剂:0.08-0.15,自来水:30-50份。
本发明的有益效果是,加工简单,成本低,而且制作周期短,在制造过程中便于分别对金属骨架和弹性体的质量控制,胶水的处理增加了弹性体与金属骨架的连接性能,保证其整体的使用寿命。制得的密封条摩擦系数低,具有良好的密封性能、机械性能以及减震性能,不易出现开裂老化,安全环保,有效防止其锈蚀,不会影响外观,且保证了较高的强度。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
本发明提供的车用复合材料密封条的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A.加工制得金属骨架,金属骨架浸入防锈液中,经加热固化在金属骨架的表面形成防锈涂层;
B.制备弹性体,并将其液体原料按照密封条外轮廓形状注塑成型;
C.制备胶水,并将胶水进行加热,加热温度为60-100℃,并保温30s,而后立即放置到脱泡机中进行真空脱泡,脱泡时间为5min;加热温度可采用70℃、80℃、95℃或100℃。
D.将胶水涂覆至金属金属骨架外,放置5min后进行加热;将弹性体粘接在加热后的金属骨架上。
弹性体由下述质量份的物质制备而成:三元乙丙橡胶K4869:30~60份,三元乙丙橡胶3072EM:15~25,高岭土:3~7,氧化锌:4~7,硬脂酸:1.5~2.5,分散剂L-24:0.5~1.2,聚乙二醇:1.5~2.5,GPF 级炭黑N550:35~55,重质碳酸钙:15~20,石蜡油:21~30,发泡剂:0.5~1.1,促进剂:1.3~1.7,防焦剂CTP:0.06~0.12,硫磺:0.5~1.22;金属骨架外表面具有防锈涂层。
防锈涂层由下述质量份的物质制备而成:硅酸盐水泥:12-25份,硅烷偶联剂KH570:3-5份,氯化石蜡:2-3份,聚酯乳液:15-25份,苯丙乳液:20-25份,过氧化甲乙酮固化剂:0.08-0.15,自来水:30-50份。

1.一种车用复合材料密封条的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:A.加工制得金属骨架,金属骨架浸入防锈液中,经加热固化在金属骨架的表面形成防锈涂层;
B.制备弹性体,并将其液体原料按照密封条外轮廓形状注塑成型;
C.制备胶水,并将胶水进行加热,加热温度为60-100℃,并保温30s,而后立即放置到脱泡机中进行真空脱泡,脱泡时间为5min;
D.将胶水涂覆至金属金属骨架外,放置5min后进行加热;将弹性体粘接在加热后的金属骨架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用复合材料密封条的制造方法,其特征在于,所述弹性体由下述质量份的物质制备而成:三元乙丙橡胶K4869:30~60份,三元乙丙橡胶3072EM:15~25,高岭土:3~7,氧化锌:4~7,硬脂酸:1.5~2.5,分散剂L-24:0.5~1.2,聚乙二醇:1.5~2.5,GPF 级炭黑N550:35~55,重质碳酸钙:15~20,石蜡油:21~30,发泡剂:0.5~1.1,促进剂:1.3~1.7,防焦剂CTP:0.06~0.12,硫磺:0.5~1.22;金属骨架外表面具有防锈涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用复合材料密封条的制造方法,其特征在于,所述防锈涂层由下述质量份的物质制备而成:硅酸盐水泥:12-25份,硅烷偶联剂KH570:3-5份,氯化石蜡:2-3份,聚酯乳液:15-25份,苯丙乳液:20-25份,过氧化甲乙酮固化剂:0.08-0.15,自来水:30-50份。
