中医针对荨麻疹是辨证论治：根据不同的症状，予以不同的治疗方法。将荨麻疹分为风热相搏证、风寒外袭证、卫外不固证、气血两虚证、冲任不调证、心经郁热证、脾胃不和证、虫积伤脾证、毒热燔营证、血瘀经脉证。其中心经郁热型荨麻疹主要症状为：皮肤瘙痒，出现风团，呈鲜红色或苍白色、皮肤色，少数患者有水肿性红斑，部分患者可伴有恶心、呕吐、头痛、头胀、腹痛、腹泻。心经郁热型荨麻疹的治疗主要以透表和卫为主，兼以清营凉血、疏肝解郁、清心泻火、补气补血、祛风舒络。
本申请中选用的中药其药性分别为：紫草：入心、肝二经。清热凉血，透疹解毒。桑叶：归肺、肝经。功能疏风清热，凉血明目。一枝黄花：归肺、肝经。清热解毒，疏散风热。麦冬：归心、肺、胃经。养阴生津，润肺清心。黄连：入心、肝、胆、脾、胃、大肠径。清热燥湿，解毒。旱红莲：归肝、胆经。清泄肝火，凉血止血，清热解毒，活血祛瘀。白蒺藜：入肝经。平肝解郁，祛风明目。钩藤：入肝、心包经。功能清热镇惊、平肝熄风。荷梗：清热解暑，通气行水。苦石莲：入心、脾、肾三经。散瘀，止痛，清热，去湿。刺五加：入肝、肾二经。功能祛风湿，强筋骨。绞股蓝：归肺、脾经。祛痰止咳、养心安神。水榆果：入脾、胃二经。治血虚劳倦，补血补气。山稗子：凉血，止血。积雪草：清暑、解热、利水去湿。白芷：解表、祛风、止痛。黑老虎：祛风、消肿、行气、止痛、活血、散瘀。地筋：清热止渴，祛风除湿。藕节：解热毒，消瘀血、产后血闷。天麻：入肝经。功能平肝熄风，定惊。锐蓄：利尿，清热，杀虫。乌梢蛇：归肝经。祛风，通络，止痉。蝉蜕：入肺、肝经。功能散风热、退目翳，透气，解痉。远志：入心、肾、肺经。功能惊悸健忘，痈疽疮肿，咳嗽多痰，失眠多梦。山药：入脾、肺、肾经。健脾开胃，补气养阴，止泻涩精。本申请选用的各种中药成分分别能够起到各自的作用，并且能够协同作用，达到治疗部位，起到较好的疗效，经临床检验，治愈率达94.2％，疗效显著。
实施例2
本发明为一种治疗心经郁热型荨麻疹的中成药，由以下重量份数的原料制成：紫草25份、桑叶25份、一枝黄花25份、麦冬18份、黄连18份、旱红莲18份、白蒺藜18份、钩藤19份、荷梗18份、苦石莲17份、刺五加18份、绞股蓝18份、水榆果18份、山稗子18份、积雪草16份、白芷18份、黑老虎16份、地筋16份、藕节16份、天麻16份、锐蓄15份、乌梢蛇16份、蝉蜕16份、远志9份、山药7份。
实施例3
本发明为一种治疗心经郁热型荨麻疹的中成药，由以下重量份数的原料制成：紫草21份、桑叶21份、一枝黄花21份、麦冬13份、黄连13份、旱红莲13份、白蒺藜13份、钩藤13份、荷梗13份、苦石莲13份、刺五加13份、绞股蓝10份、水榆果10份、山稗子10份、积雪草10份、白芷10份、黑老虎10份、地筋10份、藕节10份、天麻10份、锐蓄10份、乌梢蛇10份、蝉蜕10份、远志4份、山药4份。

1.一种治疗心经郁热型荨麻疹的中成药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的原料制成：紫草10-25份、桑叶10-25份、一枝黄花10-25份、麦冬9-18份、黄连8-18份、旱红莲8-18份、白蒺藜8-18份、钩藤9-19份、荷梗8-18份、苦石莲6-17份、刺五加6-18份、绞股蓝5-18份、水榆果6-18份、山稗子6-18份、积雪草6-16份、白芷6-18份、黑老虎6-16份、地筋6-16份、藕节5-16份、天麻6-16份、锐蓄5-15份、乌梢蛇6-16份、蝉蜕6-16份、远志2-9份、山药1-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗心经郁热型荨麻疹的中成药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的原料制成：紫草12-23份、桑叶12-23份、一枝黄花12-23份、麦冬10-16份、黄连10-16份、旱红莲10-16份、白蒺藜10-16份、钩藤10-16份、荷梗10-16份、苦石莲10-16份、刺五加10-16份、绞股蓝7-12份、水榆果7-12份、山稗子7-12份、积雪草7-12份、白芷7-12份、黑老虎7-12份、地筋7-12份、藕节7-12份、天麻7-12份、锐蓄7-12份、乌梢蛇7-12份、蝉蜕7-12份、远志3-5份、山药3-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗心经郁热型荨麻疹的中成药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的原料制成：紫草21份、桑叶21份、一枝黄花21份、麦冬13份、黄连13份、旱红莲13份、白蒺藜13份、钩藤13份、荷梗13份、苦石莲13份、刺五加13份、绞股蓝10份、水榆果10份、山稗子10份、积雪草10份、白芷10份、黑老虎10份、地筋10份、藕节10份、天麻10份、锐蓄10份、乌梢蛇10份、蝉蜕10份、远志4份、山药4份。
