Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT‑LCD显示模组,包括镂空铝基框,所述镂空铝基框中部之间设置有横板,所述横板上设有自下而上层叠的背光片、荧光粉、阻热导光板、扩散片、增光片、遮光片、下偏光片、TFT‑LCD液晶显示屏及上偏光片;所述镂空铝基框下端之间设置有铝基镂空散热板,所述横板上设置有与背光片抵触的导热胶片,所述导热胶片贯穿横板延伸至横板下,所述导热胶片与铝基镂空散热板之间存在间隙;还设有用于将TFT‑LCD液晶显示屏连接信号源的导电胶条。本发明结构设计合理,在保证夜晚或光线较暗条件下背光显示功能的情况下,减少了LED背光源的使用,不仅降低了制造成本,还减小了产品的厚度,而且无功耗、更节能,散热好,使用寿命长。

Description

一种带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示屏技术领域,具体是一种带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组。
背景技术
TFT-LCD(thin film transistor-liquid crystal display)是薄膜晶体管液晶显示器,主要应用于计算机、视频终端、通讯及仪器仪表等行业,如笔记本电脑、台式计算机监视器、工作站、工业监视器、全球卫星定位系统(GPS)、个人数据处理、游戏机、可视电话、便携式VCD,DVD及其它一些便携装置。而TFT-LCD模组是组成TFT-LCD的最主要元器件之一,对于TFT-LCD模组的技术考核指标,主要是轻薄化、低成本、散热性、视觉清晰等方面。
现有液晶显示器需要加LED背光源才能在黑暗中发光,以便用户在夜晚使用。然而这样以来,既增加了制造成本,也会增加产品厚度,而且LED背光源在使用时也会有一定功耗,增加了TFT-LCD显示屏的温度,降低了其适应寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,包括镂空铝基框,所述镂空铝基框中部之间设置有横板,所述横板上设有自下而上层叠的背光片、荧光粉、阻热导光板、扩散片、增光片、遮光片、下偏光片、TFT-LCD液晶显示屏及上偏光片;所述镂空铝基框下端之间设置有铝基镂空散热板,所述横板上设置有与背光片抵触的导热胶片,所述导热胶片贯穿横板延伸至横板下,所述导热胶片与铝基镂空散热板之间存在间隙;还设有用于将TFT-LCD液晶显示屏连接信号源的导电胶条,所述导电胶条位于TFT-LCD液晶显示屏下端右侧。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述铝基镂空散热板上均布有散热孔。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述背光片为高导热反射片。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述高导热反射片采用PET聚脂板材制成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述阻热导光板采用光学级有机玻璃制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明减少了LED背光源的使用,而是由背光片上的荧光粉发出荧光,进而在夜晚或者光线较暗的条件下,可以照亮TFT-LCD液晶显示屏上的显示内容,不仅降低了制造成本,还减小了产品的厚度,而且无功耗、更节能。采用阻热导光板、导热胶片及铝基镂空散热板的设置,使TFT-LCD液晶显示屏下方的热量能够有效且快速的散去,可以使得TFT-LCD液晶显示屏在连续工作时的温度低,进而延长使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明结构设计合理,在保证夜晚或光线较暗条件下背光显示功能的情况下,减少了LED背光源的使用,不仅降低了制造成本,还减小了产品的厚度,而且无功耗、更节能,散热好,使用寿命长。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,包括镂空铝基框1,所述镂空铝基框1中部之间设置有横板2,所述横板2上设有自下而上层叠的背光片8、荧光粉9、阻热导光板10、扩散片11、增光片12、遮光片13、下偏光片14、TFT-LCD液晶显示屏15及上偏光片16;所述背光片8为高导热反射片,所述高导热反射片采用PET聚脂板材制成,所述阻热导光板10采用光学级有机玻璃制成;所述镂空铝基框1下端之间设置有铝基镂空散热板3,所述铝基镂空散热板3上均布有散热孔4,所述横板2上设置有与背光片8抵触的导热胶片7,所述导热胶片7贯穿横板2延伸至横板2下,所述导热胶片7与铝基镂空散热板3之间存在间隙5;还设有用于将TFT-LCD液晶显示屏14连接信号源的导电胶条6,所述导电胶条6位于TFT-LCD液晶显示屏14下端右侧。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明减少了LED背光源的使用,而是由背光片8上的荧光粉9发出荧光,进而在夜晚或者光线较暗的条件下,可以照亮TFT-LCD液晶显示屏14上的显示内容,不仅降低了制造成本,还减小了产品的厚度,而且无功耗、更节能。采用阻热导光板10、导热胶片7及铝基镂空散热板3的设置,使TFT-LCD液晶显示屏14下方的热量能够有效且快速的散去,可以使得TFT-LCD液晶显示屏14在连续工作时的温度低,进而延长使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,其特征在于,包括镂空铝基框,所述镂空铝基框中部之间设置有横板,所述横板上设有自下而上层叠的背光片、荧光粉、阻热导光板、扩散片、增光片、遮光片、下偏光片、TFT-LCD液晶显示屏及上偏光片;所述镂空铝基框下端之间设置有铝基镂空散热板,所述横板上设置有与背光片抵触的导热胶片,所述导热胶片贯穿横板延伸至横板下,所述导热胶片与铝基镂空散热板之间存在间隙;还设有用于将TFT-LCD液晶显示屏连接信号源的导电胶条,所述导电胶条位于TFT-LCD液晶显示屏下端右侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,其特征在于,所述铝基镂空散热板上均布有散热孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,其特征在于,所述背光片为高导热反射片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,其特征在于,所述高导热反射片采用PET聚脂板材制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有夜光反射背光纸的TFT-LCD显示模组,其特征在于,所述阻热导光板采用光学级有机玻璃制成。
