本发明提供一种无霜保湿冷藏系统包括制冷箱体、送风道、设置在送风道内的蒸发器、分离管,所述分离管两端分别为连通送风道的进风口和出风口,所述分离管的进风口一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管的进风道,所述分离管的出风口一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管的分离道,所述环形开口的前端、分离管的内部设置有离心扇,本发明中进风道抽取制冷箱体内的空气与送风道的空气混合,混合空气凝结小水珠后在离心扇作用下做离心运动,所述离心扇中部去除小水珠的干燥空气引入所述出风口,所述出风口干燥的空气再次进入所述出风口制冷,由于制冷过程内流经所述蒸发器的空气较为干燥减少了结霜,制冷箱体内保湿的效果较佳。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏设备领域,特别地,是一种具有保湿能力的无霜冷藏系统。
背景技术
传统的冰箱包括两种制冷形式,冷气强制循环式:又称间冷式(风冷式)或无霜冰箱。冰箱内有一个小风扇强制箱内空气流动,因此箱内温度均匀,冷却速度快,使用方便。但因具有电加热的除霜系统,耗电量稍大,制造相对复杂。冷气自然对流式:又称直冷式或有霜电冰箱。其冷冻室直接由蒸发器围成,或者冷冻室内有一个蒸发器,另外冷藏室上部再设有一个蒸发器,由蒸发器直接吸取热量而进行降温。此类冰箱结构相对简单,耗电量小,缺点是容易结霜。
上述两种类型的冰箱均存在冰箱内部的水分快速流失,造成冰冻冷藏的食物水分丢失,使食材脱水而影响食用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种无霜保湿冷藏系统,该器具能够降低冰箱内水分的流失。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该无霜保湿冷藏系统包括制冷箱体、送风道、设置在送风道内的蒸发器、分离管,所述送风道和分离管设置在所述制冷箱体内,所述分离管两端分别为进风口和出风口,所述送风道的两端连通所述进风口和出风口,所述分离管的进风口一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管的进风道,所述分离管的出风口一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管的分离道,所述分离管上开有环形开口配合连通所述分离道,所述环形开口的前端、分离管的内部设置有离心扇,所述进风道个所述分离道内设置有扇体分别控制进风和出风,所述进风道的进风和所述分离道的出风来自所述制冷箱体。
作为优选,所述进风道的进口设置在所述制冷箱体内的底部和所述分离道设置在所述制冷箱体内的顶部。
作为优选,所述分离管上开有环形缝隙配合连通所述进风道。
作为优选,所述离心扇的前侧、所述进风道与分离管连通点的后侧设置有混合桨。
作为优选,所述混合桨设置有一对且转动方向相反。
作为优选,所述混合桨所处分离管对应的内壁上设置有磁场或者电场,所述制冷箱体内设置有负离子发生器。
作为优选,所述环形开口后侧的所述分离管窄缩并向所述离心扇的中心方向延伸成管。
本发明的优点在于:
所述送风道和其内部蒸发器将管道内的空气制冷后送出至所述分离管进风口,进风道抽取制冷箱体内的空气与上述制冷后的空气混合,来自冷箱体内的空气由于换热制冷、其中的水分遇冷凝结成小水珠,混合空气中的小水珠因离心扇做离心运动,所述延伸成管的结构体将位于所述离心扇中部的离心去除小水珠的干燥空气引入所述出风口,所述出风口干燥的空气再次进入所述出风口制冷,由于制冷过程内流经所述蒸发器的空气较为干燥减少了结霜,因此整个制冷过程中制冷箱体内的空气湿度下降较少,制冷箱体内保湿的效果较佳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在本实施例中,参阅图1和图2,该无霜保湿冷藏系统包括制冷箱体、送风道400、设置在送风道400内的蒸发器410、分离管100,所述送风道400和分离管100设置在所述制冷箱体内,所述分离管100两端分别为进风口110和出风口120,所述送风道400的两端连通所述进风口110和出风口120,所述分离管100的进风口110一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管100的进风道200,所述分离管100的出风口120一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管100的分离道300,所述分离管100上开有环形开口310配合连通所述分离道300,所述环形开口310的前端、分离管100的内部设置有离心扇150,所述进风道200和所述分离道300内设置有扇体(未图示)分别控制进风道200的进风和分离道300的出风,所述进风道200的进风和所述分离道300的出风来自所述制冷箱体。
所述离心扇150的结构采用如图3,中心有轴、扇叶沿轴的径向布置,也能用扇叶偏离轴线斜置的扇体,都可以达到使经过的空气旋转的目的。
所述制冷箱体为传统保温材料制成的冷藏、冷冻箱,所述送风道400和其内部蒸发器410为一般无霜冰箱都带有的风冷扩散制冷装置,需要指出的送风道内肯定带有送风结构,由于属于一般结构,简化了描述。
所述进风道200的进口设置在所述制冷箱体内的底部和所述分离道300设置在所述制冷箱体内的顶部,由于所述分离道300出口的空气温度较低,因此分离道300出口设置在制冷箱体的顶部,温度低的空气自行下降,利于内部的热对流换热。
上述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,所述分离管100上开有环形缝隙210配合连通所述进风道200,环形缝隙210接触面积大利于进风口110的空气和进风道200内空气的混合。
所述离心扇150的前侧、所述进风道200与分离管100连通点的后侧设置有混合桨130,所述混合桨的转动加速了空气的混合换热,所述混合桨130、140设置有一对且转动方向相反。
所述混合桨130、140所处分离管100对应的内壁上设置有磁场或者电场,所述制冷箱体内设置有负离子发生器,所述磁场或者电场可采用不同磁极的磁铁和不同极性电极板对称设置构成,由于所述制冷箱体内设置有负离子发生器,因此空气中存在负离子,带负离子空气可在磁场中旋转或者在电场中改变方向,任何方向的改变都会加速来自所述进风口110和进风道200的空气的混合度。
上述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,所述环形开口310后侧的所述分离管100窄缩并向所述离心扇150的中心方向延伸成管160,所述延伸成管160的结构体利于第一时间将位于所述离心扇150中部的干燥空气进入所述出风口120。
上述实施例中的无霜保湿冷藏系统的运行原理:
图1箭头所示为空气流动方向,所述送风道400和其内部蒸发器410将管道内的空气制冷后送出至所述分离管100的进风口110,进风道200抽取制冷箱体内的空气与上述制冷后的空气混合,来自冷箱体内的空气由于换热制冷、其中的水分遇冷凝结成小水珠,当混合空气经过所述离心扇150时,被离心扇150驱动旋转,混合空气中的小水珠因离心力做离心运动,所述延伸成管160的结构体将位于所述离心扇150中部的离心去除小水珠的干燥空气引入所述出风口120,所述分离道300将含小水珠的混合空气导入所述制冷箱体内参与制冷箱体内空气的换热,大部分小水珠在制冷箱体内因换热和流动再次被汽化,而所述出风口120干燥的空气再次进入所述出风口120制冷,干燥的空气流经所述蒸发器410减少了结霜,整个制冷过程中制冷箱体内的空气湿度下降较少。

1.一种无霜保湿冷藏系统,包括制冷箱体、送风道(400)、设置在送风道(400)内的蒸发器(410),其特征在于:
还包括分离管(100),所述送风道(400)和分离管(100)设置在所述制冷箱体内,所述分离管(100)两端分别为进风口(110)和出风口(120),所述送风道(400)的两端连通所述进风口(110)和出风口(120),所述分离管(100)的进风口(110)一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管(100)的进风道(200),所述分离管(100)的出风口(120)一侧的管身上设置有连通分离管(100)的分离道(300),所述分离管(100)上开有环形开口(310)配合连通所述分离道(300),所述环形开口(310)的前端、分离管(100)的内部设置有离心扇(150),所述进风道(200)和所述分离道(300)内设置有扇体分别控制进风和出风,所述进风道(200)的进风和所述分离道(300)的出风来自所述制冷箱体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,其特征在于:所述进风道(200)的进口设置在所述制冷箱体内的底部和所述分离道(300)设置在所述制冷箱体内的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,其特征在于:所述分离管(100)上开有环形缝隙(210)配合连通所述进风道(200)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,其特征在于:所述离心扇(150)的前侧、所述进风道(200)与分离管(100)连通点的后侧设置有混合桨(130)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,其特征在于:所述混合桨(130、140)设置有一对且转动方向相反。
6.根据权利要求4所述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,其特征在于:所述混合桨(130)所处分离管(100)对应的内壁上设置有磁场或者电场,所述制冷箱体内设置有负离子发生器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无霜保湿冷藏系统,其特征在于:所述环形开口(310)后侧的所述分离管(100)窄缩并向所述离心扇(150)的中心方向延伸成管(160)。
