本发明公开了直埋防腐保温复合管道。
背景技术
复合管道是复合管管材,根据管材的结构分类很多,复合管的生产工艺比较复杂,成型工艺要求非常高;其次,复合管道不能采用搭接焊工艺焊接,只能采用精度要求极高的对接焊工艺。最后,即使将复合管道加工成完全符合要求的复合管道,其对生产工艺高求高,特别是现有的复合管道,其在使用时,往往会出现强度和耐腐蚀性能差,容易受外界因素引起的破坏,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了具有很高的机械强度和优良的耐腐蚀性能,能保护管材在运输、安装及使用过程中不受外界因素引起的破坏的直埋管道防腐保温管。
本发明具体技术方案如下:所述多层复合结构包括内钢管,减阻层,保温层和外护管,所述内钢管上安装了减阻层,所述减阻层外安装了保温层,所述保温层包括耐高温纤维毡,复合硅酸钙保温瓦和聚氨脂泡沫保温层,所述耐高温纤维毡外覆盖合硅酸钙保温瓦,所述合硅酸钙保温瓦覆盖聚氨脂泡沫保温层,所述外护管安装在保温层外,所述外护管的材料为钢管外覆盖防腐层,或者玻璃钢外护套,或者PE管壳,所述外护管外设有涂层,所述涂层为加强防腐涂层。
作为本发明进一步限制地,所述聚氨酯泡沫可耐温达到120℃,通过改性或与隔热材料组合可耐温达到180℃。
作为本发明进一步限制地,所述玻璃钢抗压强度 120-220Mpa,抗拉强度210-355Mpa,抗冲击强度1.0公斤。
本发明的技术效果:本发明的直埋防腐保温复合管道,保温性能好,降低能源成本;具有耐腐蚀能力,可直接埋入地下或水中,施工简便迅速,造价低;耐腐蚀和耐冲击性,可直接埋入地下冻土;使用寿命长,具有很高的机械强度和优良的耐腐蚀性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的直埋防腐保温复合管道,包括多层复合结构,所述多层复合结构包括内钢管1,减阻层2,保温层和外护管6,所述内钢管1上安装了减阻层2,所述减阻层2外安装了保温层,所述保温层包括耐高温纤维毡3,复合硅酸钙保温瓦4和聚氨脂泡沫保温层5,所述耐高温纤维毡3外覆盖合硅酸钙保温瓦4,这样设置,耐高温纤维毡采用玻璃长纤维,以非织物式方式均匀迭合制成,出风面经过特殊处理,解决了普通耐高温玻纤棉的掉纤维现象。性能稳定:可在240℃高温下长期使用,所述合硅酸钙保温瓦4覆盖聚氨脂泡沫保温层5,这样设置,合硅酸钙保温瓦用于保温吸声。所述外护管6安装在保温层外,所述外护管6的材料为钢管外覆盖防腐层,或者玻璃钢外护套,或者PE管壳,所述外护管6外设有涂层,所述涂层为加强防腐涂层7。这样设置,增加了管道的使用寿命。
本实施例的直埋防腐保温复合管道是把绝热层和防腐层同时包覆在钢管道外表面上,从而形成管线的保温防腐层,与其他方法相比,具有连续作业、生产效率高、成本低、节约能源、无污染环境等突出优点,用一步法成型建成的钢管道绝热防腐生产线自动化程度高,绝热防腐层的质量完全符合国家标准。已形成作业管线范围达φ48mm-φ1000mm以上,保温层耐热温度高,高温泡沫及高温复合泡沫包覆,除锈效果好,在线抛丸除锈可达Sa2-Sa3以上,并且纠偏机现已改为全液压自动纠偏机,纠偏范围达φ48mm-φ1000mm以上,纠偏精度高,作业稳定可靠,克服了原电动纠偏机在多水的环境中作业时经常发生故障的历史。同时,管道送进机采用多辊胶轮压紧传动,使钢管传动稳直,克服了由于送进不稳造成的泡沫发泡包覆时偏心的产生。本实施例的直埋防腐保温复合管道用于原油输送管道,直埋式供热管道和制冷系统管道的绝热防腐,应用前景十分广泛,可应用于集中供热单位、远距离输油、供水、供气等工程。
本实施例的直埋防腐保温复合管道,1、保温性能好,降低能源成本。 2、具有耐腐蚀能力,可直接埋入地下或水中,施工简便迅速,造价低。 3、耐腐蚀和耐冲击性,可直接埋入地下冻土。4、使用寿命长,具有很高的机械强度和优良的耐腐蚀性能。需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

2.如权利要求1所述的直埋防腐保温复合管道,其特征在于:所述保温层耐热温度高,其具有高温泡沫及高温复合泡沫包覆。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的直埋防腐保温复合管道,其特征在于:所述保温层的最高温度为180度。
