A gear type twin-well pumping unit comprises a frame, wherein the frame comprises an upper layer surface and a lower layer surface, two opposite surfaces of the upper layer surface and the lower layer surface are respectively provided with a groove, a transverse moving frame is embedded between the upper groove and the lower groove, long arms at two sides of the transverse moving frame are connected with steel wire ropes, and the steel wire ropes are connected with an oil well pump through a roller; a vertical moving frame capable of moving up and down is embedded in the transverse moving frame, a track groove with a rectangular middle part and semicircular two ends is arranged on the vertical moving frame, and an annular rack parallel to the track groove is fixed at the center of the track groove; a motor is fixed on the lower layer surface, the motor is connected with a belt pulley on the speed reducer through a belt, and a gear meshed with the annular rack is installed on an output shaft of the speed reducer; the invention has large torque and high transmission efficiency, can realize single well operation, does not influence the maintenance of the other well, and can be suitable for the simultaneous oil extraction operation of two oil wells with different well distances.

Background
At present, a beam-pumping unit occupies an absolute domination position in oil extraction in an oil field, and has the main characteristics of simple structure, wide application range, reliability, durability, low manufacturing and maintenance cost and mature technology; but the beam-pumping unit also has the obvious defects of large volume, low system efficiency and high energy consumption. In recent years, various new walking beam type machines are developed, the defects are relieved to a certain extent, the electric energy utilization rate and the load lifting capacity are improved, but the balance effect is not improved fundamentally, the acceleration is high, the load is large, the effective load utilization degree is reduced, and the service life of the oil pumping unit is prolonged.
With the continuous increase of oil field encrypted wells and cluster wells, in order to save energy, reduce consumption and improve the efficiency of the pumping unit, part of double-well pumping units are also developed successively, such as the conventional crank bidirectional balance beam type double-mule-head double-well pumping unit in Jilin oil fields, and small-batch tests are carried out in the oil fields, but the batch popularization cannot be carried out due to high requirements on well spacing, poor applicability and the like; besides, the problems of different well spacing ranges, different working conditions of two wells, single-well operation and the like also need to be solved.

In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a gear type twin-well pumping unit which can reduce transmission links, improve transmission efficiency, realize simultaneous production of twin wells and single-well operation and meet requirements of different well distances.
A gear type twin-well pumping unit comprises a frame, wherein the frame comprises an upper layer surface and a lower layer surface, two opposite surfaces of the upper layer surface and the lower layer surface are respectively provided with a groove, the two grooves are positioned in the same vertical plane, a transverse moving frame which only moves in the horizontal direction is embedded between the upper groove and the lower groove, long arms at two sides of the transverse moving frame are connected with steel wire ropes, and the steel wire ropes are connected with an oil well pump of an oil well by bypassing rollers arranged at two sides of the lower layer surface; a vertical moving frame is embedded in the transverse moving frame and can move up and down in the transverse moving frame, a track groove with a rectangular middle part and semicircular two ends is arranged on the vertical moving frame, and an annular rack parallel to the track groove is fixed at the center of the track groove; the lower layer is also fixed with a motor, a power output shaft of the motor is connected with a belt pulley on the speed reducer through a belt, a gear is arranged on the output shaft of the speed reducer, and the gear is meshed with the annular rack.

when the pumping unit works, a motor 12 (taking the motor as an example of anticlockwise rotation) transmits power to a gear 8 through a speed reducer 9, and initially, an annular rack 7 is positioned above the gear 8 and moves to the left under the driving of the gear 8, the annular rack 7 is fixed on a vertical moving frame 5, and the vertical moving frame 5 is embedded in a transverse moving frame 4, so that the transverse moving frame 4 is finally driven to move to the left, a steel wire rope 1 is driven to move to the left, a left oil well is lowered, and a right oil well pumps oil;
when the most protruded part at the right end of the annular rack 7 is in contact with the gear 8, the two parts are at the same height, the annular rack 7 stops moving instantly without being acted by the gear 8, the transverse moving frame 4 reaches the leftmost end, the oil pumping of the right oil well is finished, meanwhile, the vertical moving frame 5 moves downwards along the transverse moving frame 4 under the action of self gravity and the meshing of the gear, the annular rack 7 is transferred to the lower part of the gear 8, the annular rack 7 drives the transverse moving frame 4 to start moving rightwards along with the rotation of the gear 8, the steel wire rope 1 is further driven to transfer rightwards, the left oil well pumps oil, and the right oil well is lowered, and therefore the alternate oil pumping operation of the two wells is finished.
